      Please watch out for these people they will over charge you with little fees each month. I moved into a house infested with roaches. They would only spray the house once and told me I'm required to get rid of the ***** problem. Overall horrible experience i can not wait until my lease is up to move out.

      June 25, Still havent heard from them. Come on Invitation Homes do better! Why cant you follow through? Renters beware! You do not want to be in the same situation as so many. This company doesnt seem to care about their tenants, the laws or quite frankly nothing but cheating people and their own money. Well below is my original post and ** did send me a DM saying they are looking into my situation. Could this be real? Could they possibly do the right thing? We shall see.....I will continue to share updates. Posted originally 6/23: Why doesnt the ************ respond to security deposit disputes? Ive been waiting over a month. First you sent the ledger to the incorrect address which is a violation of Florida Statute *****. I notified you of my change of address before I moved out but you still sent it to the wrong address. I moved out early because of code violations issued by Pinellas County Code Enforcement for a leaking roof. The roof leaked for almost a year. The walls and ceilings of the home were damaged, moldy and musty. ** spent months parading contractors in and out of the house just to deny the bids canceling work orders and deleting them. Finally the roof was replaced but it leaked more after the replacement because the contractor did a lousy job and didnt replace the rotten wood. It was actually raining in the kitchen! The house was deemed to not meet minimum housing standards and ** failed to resolve the issues within the required timeframe after receiving written notice. Therefore, Florida statutes allow for the tenant to terminate the rental agreement without additional fees. Your office billed me for charges that need to be removed and I am owed my security deposit and rent abatement. Your office has ignored every communication sent. Please respond and do the right thing!

      The process was easy and quick. I have had to set up a couple of maintenance requests, just normal moving in things but everyone I have talked to has been very helpful and easy to work with.

      ***** performed the maintenance in a timely manner. Fixed all of the items in the work order. Communicated his arrival time so I was home.

      I had a great experience with ****** ***** from Invitation Homes. He arrived on time, was polite, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Its always a relief to have a technician who is both courteous and competent. Trevar made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

      ** is not working like it's supposed to installation was installed today it is still hot in here. It is almost 90 degrees in here. The ** sits at 80 to 89 sometimes 90 and that's with the ** on. it's running up my light bill because I'm trying to keep it somewhat cool in here. My kids are waking up in the middle of night sweating saying it's hot in here. It is extremely hot in my kids bedrooms there is poor installation going to those rooms. there is a little to no airflow going into their rooms. I have been dealing with this issue since day one. You all have not fixed the problem. Duct work needs to be repaired which you all know this. why you all refusing to do I don't know. but it's ridiculous I can't believe you all are doing me and children like this this is so unfair. I'm pretty sure you have working ac in your home why can't me and my children have the same. We are burning up in here while you have a cool home to go to. If this issue is not resolved, I'm going to have to move and I want my full deposit back as well as something off of my rent this is not right at all. I'm pleased with how you all are treating me and my children. Then you all not trying to accommodate me I had to go buy a window unit and fans to try to keep it cool in here. It's so sad I don't dresses this. I pay my rent with no problem but this is how me and my kids get treated. I moved here to give them more space but now I wished I I didn't move here and rent from you

      I STRONGLY suggest staying far, far away from this company. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else. Honestly, even a motel would treat you better than Invitation Homes.

      We really appreciate the experience leasing from Invitation Homes. In our experience, there can be a wide variation in how quickly a maintenance issue is resolved. Today we had an issue with the air conditioning that was resolved in only a couple hours on. Saturday. In the summer heat this type of responsiveness is so appreciated!
