      I ordered through the wing stop app. Never received my food. Manager said it was my fault for using the app. They stole my money and now refuse to issue a refund. I am appalled at this businesses and their selfishness. Manager then says "if I can't tell her who I spoke to on Friday she can't do anything". Like there isn't a system to go back too. Uneducated and untrained. Had I wanted to order through a third party I would've ordered through ******** myself if I wanted another person handling my food. It is not my fault they didn't deliver. They are THIEVES!

      I did a **** order for $30.00...the wings were amazing I had 5 mild and 5 lemon pepper a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries all tastes burnt. I love **** stop fries so I was highly disappointed. All of the crumbles from the bottom of the fryer was in my fry tray it was horrible.

      Hello , Im at the point where I have to file a complaint to the company. Ive called 3 times phone number ************** and spoke with 3 different people. All telling me the same thing that my money would be returned for my order that was wrong. I was told that someone would contact me by phone or email. Never received ether . I feel its very unprofessional since I was inconvenienced with my food I picked up personally from the restaurant . My order number / confirmation is #********** and I placed the order August *******.

      I ordered an order on the Wingstop app on 09/21/24 order number **********. The order came through door dash and I had ordered ranch cups and extra and the ranch was thrown all over the bags and the food was absolutely soggy and not even edible and surely not something I am paying for. I called door dash immediately and they advised they were sorry and that they would refund the store and I would have to contact the store and get a refund through them but it should be no problems as they were refunding the store. I then called the store and I spoke to ****** who was extremely unprofessional and told me I couldnt speak with a manager and that I would have to wait till 12 am to get a refund. I called later that night and spoke to a manager and he assured me that door dash refunded me and I explained door dash did not have my card information that manager hung up and said call back if I dont get the refund. It has been 5 business days and still no refund. I have called corporate guest services and spoke to actually really nice lady who advised she created a ticket and I should get an email shortly with my refund information she explained if I did to call back and it would get escalated. I called back today and had the WORST experience of them all with ******* with guest services who advised there is absolutely nothing she can do and she doesnt handle complaints when I literally called and spoke to someone on Monday in the same **** and same phone number. This has been absolutely so unprofessional. It should not be this hard to get a refund and at this point Wingstop is a fraudulent company. I am so angry. Also the Beloit Wisconsin store never answers their phone or tries to assist

      I ordered food from wingstop in van buren ********, but the food wasn't ready at the specified time. I waited an extra 10 minutes before arriving at the location. Food wasn't done or even being prepared. Had to leave so I could get to work on time. Was told I'd get a refund . Never received my refund. It's been 3 weeks and I'm constantly getting the run around. The event took place on 9/9/2024

      This occurred 9/21/24. Food was ordered at a certain time and after about ****************************************************** I was told the other half was accidentally missed and they were then going to start it. After about 20 minutes I was told they forgot about it again and were going to start it. I then asked them not to finish the other half and requested a refund. They said they couldn't do that until the next morning. I am now waiting for 9/22/24 to see what they'll do. But by the time I got home my food was completely cold because of how long they had me waiting for my second half which they forgot twice. I would like to receive a complete refund for the entire order seeing as it was not fresh in any way and also for the fact that I was waiting for over an hour for my order to not be fulfilled completely and forgotten about multiple times. This establishment always seems to be understaffed and unorganized with really long wait times for dine in food and to go orders.

      I bought online buy one get one free chicken sandwiches today on sunday sept 22 at ***** am on line. After i received my order. I checked my sandwiches the chicken ***** is different size. The i went back to store and i explained to the worker. I want to get exchanged but she not allowed me. She said that the size. I am regular customer at wing stop. I never got this size chicken ***** like this when i bite the meat thin and too much buttered this store at store 1651 at ********** and rosemead. ***************************** if buy one get one free the give me different size *****. I feel dissatisfied of the service at this store and the could not solve the problem. The play trick for cheating regular customers. I record all in vidio.

      I placed an order online on August 3rd. The wait time for delivery was longer than I anticipated so I canceled the order. I contacted the store and spoke with an employee who confirmed that the order cancellation went through and that he is unable to process the refund but instead would have to send the request for a refund to the higher up in the company for processing and that it may take 5-7 days. I've reached out on multiple occasions and I still have not been refunded. I was even told that the person who is supposed to refund the order was having laptop issues but they would be reaching out to me. No one has reached out. Everytime I call I am told that the request is being sent but I have yet to receive the refund in the amount of $44.53. It's has been over 44 days and I have not received my money back for food that I never received.

      Your ********, ** site off of ******* ***** cannot count and your company does NOT answer phones. I order 20 wings and was given 16. I spent over 30 minutes on hold for no one to answer.

      We ordered $92worth of food because we had a few kids over with our kids and ordered it through the Wingstop app and said it was gonna be an hour, that turned into 3 hours then turned into no food at all but still took our money, called them and they said its door dash fault, Ive got the order number and they still arent refunding us our money
