First ordering on your website with the free delivery promo with DoorDash and I never got my order!!The DoorDash driver canceled it after a hour in a half waiting in traffic and not even being at the location to pick it up!!DoorDash contacted me that day about the issue and canceled and told me not to worry about the charge that it was going to be refunded but on Tuesday I got a bank notification that the charge did post!!!I called doordash Tuesday morning and they said to contact you guys since it was ordered on your website not door dash!!! I called the location around 1130am on Tuesday and the lady that Answer her name was **** was rude when taken my information down to investigate to see what happen!! Extreme food poisoning from this business in ****. (Wing Stop on Soscol Ave) This is the second time this has happened. The first time we got sick we didn't think it was the food. This second time we all had terrible stomach issues and bathroom issues that lasted for over 24 hours. I have talked to many other people in **** that have had the same issue so something is going on. If you read the reviews you see this is a reoccurring issue and I personally think the place needs to be inspected and shut down until further notice. I would never wish anyone to go through what me and my family did and I am extremely unhappy. As a first responder in the medical field this is absolutely unacceptable and they need to be held accountable.Customer Answer

I spoke with the *********************************** and they informed me they have received several complaints on this business and their lack of cleanliness and several cases of customers getting food poising and sick. I ordered a large family pack for my mother in laws birthday to take over and enjoy at her home with family. When I ordered I got an error message but not any kind of confirmation. I also checked my email and had nothing so had assumed it did not go through. I had spent quite a bit of money that day and thought maybe I went over my debit card daily limit, so I entered my husbands information and his debit card number and it went through. Shortly after I got TWO confirmation emails from the order that I got an error code for. My first thought was to get to the store asap to let them know I didnt need both orders because I know theyre always busy and didnt want to create extra work for them. The employee said he took the other ticket and was forwarding to the manager to get me refunded. I waited several days and nobody reached out and did not receive a refund. I tried calling the store over 25 times and they will not answer the phone AT ALL. Theres also no way to leave a message. I have contacted the customer service center 3 times now to be told to keep waiting. This order was over $100 and is not acceptable. Also what business doesnt answer their phone? I ordered an order of wings for delivery on this businesses website. I was then called by the delivery driver from grubhub to tell me that someone else had picked up my order and wingstop was telling them I had to pay again to get my order. I then called wingstop and they said that it happens all the time and they would not send out my meal unless I paid for another order. They were the ones who messed up and let someone else besides my driver take it. They then told me I needed to call grubhub to get a refund. I called grubhub they said they could not pay me back since wingstop payed them. They did refund wingstop back the money for my delivery. I then called wingstop back and told them that they were the ones that would have to refund me my money. To this day they have still not refunded me my money. So they still owe me ***** for their mess up and every time I call them they start out saying well grubhub will pay you back.Initial Complaint

I along with my granddaughter went to the Wingstop on Firetower Rd. **********, N.C. today for lunch. This restaurant was so dirty, all the tables were dirty, bathroom was filthy. They only served water or tea no ice in machine, no napkins and only ranch and honey mustard sauce. The fries were cold and the chicken was dry. The cook was cursing like a sailor. This was my first and last time at this franchise. Someone had to bribe the health agency to get a rating.Initial Complaint

On August 6, 2024 I made a online order through the Wing Stop application on my mobile phone. *************************************************** is the shops location and ************** is their phone ********* was a 25 wing combo with a side of fries, corn and 2 beverages. My total including delivery fee was $37.00. The Wing Stop location commissioned DoorDash for the delivery. The driver by the name of ****** stole my entire order. I complained to DoorDash and they sent a refund to the ********* location to refund my card. I called the following day to confirm that ******** issued the store location refund. A young lady "confirmed" that had been refunded for the order and that my funds should be returned to my card in 5 business days. A week went by and still no refund. I called the Wing Stop only to be told it may take a few additional days. It has been nearly a month and my refund has not been returned to my card. I called only to be told the active staff had no record of my transaction and could not help me. This is theft of service. I paid for a meal I never received and my money was not returned. It is not my fault that the company uses a dodgy service such as DoorDash .Yet DoorDash did their part by refunding the shop. The shop did Not do their part to refund me!Initial Complaint

I placed an online order on 8/18/24 and was advised that I couldnt get my food when I arrived to the ***********, *** location. I have made numerous calls to corporate, the store location and have spoken to the area district manager. Each time I call into corporate, I have been advised that I cant speak to a supervisor and that it would take ***** business hours for a call back. At this time, I am in need of a prompt resolution. I was promised a refund for the food I never received.
