September 8 2023 , @9:30 I order wingstop them meal arrived and as I started eating the tender it tasted funny . I look at the meat and its undercooked. I call that night they didnt pick up . I accidentally order my food to the wrong store and when I tried to call the store to let them know I was told there was nothing they Could do. Then I proceed to ask for the manager and the worker hung up in my face. I was not able to get in touch with customer service or anyone I just wasted money and I couldnt get a refund or even get decent customer service to help me solve this issueInitial Complaint

On Aug 7, 2023: Nobody has contacted me about this issue and concerns. I have done things to inform the company about what happened. I went back in because the fries was cold and old. First guy asked what's wrong? I told him, he handled the problem. By saying we can't take the fries you have back but I can get you some new fresh ones. The next guy stands up and ask me what's the problem with an attitude. Then holds his hand out. I ask what he need?His response, "the fries!" I reply, "he just said you'll ain't take the fries back." He reply, "you not going to eat them are you? I'm just going to throw them in the trash!" So I give them and he walk to the back to sit down with the fries. I get home, bite into a wing and they are also cold, rubbery, and sauce less. I hit the well done button on the website. There's no reason for my wings to have been uncooked. I had gotten food poisoning from eating them! I wasn't going to drive and be met with more disrespect!Initial Complaint

I called in an order at approx 9:35 CST and requested that my chicken and fries be qell done. I was told the order would be ready in 30 mins. I get there a little before 10 am and was told to wait another 10 mins. I had my son go back 15 mins later to be told it would take another ***** mins. My son goes back in and receives the order. I drove about 15 mins to my home and looked at the order, the fries were not well done and extremely salty. The chicken was not well done as requested either. I called wingstop and spoke to the manager ************** believe was her name. I expressed my displeasure with the order and her response was everything was well done because I watched them cook it. I advised it was not well done and I can send her pictures and she advised that wasn't necessary. She again reiterated that she watch them make the order. I again advised I could send pics. I told her the order was not to my liking and she pretty much accused me of lying by saying she watched them make it. I have purchased well done orders from this location before and never had a problem until now. I advised the manager that I was going to file a complaint and she hung up. She never apologized for my dissatisfaction with the order. She just kept saying she watched them make it. Does she watch all the orders that are made or did she just watch my order? I wouldn't be taking the time to file a complaint if I were satisfied with the order. Check my history, I have placed many orders with no complaint. I am only requesting a refund at this point because after spending $55, I was told my food was how I wanted it and it wasn't. I have no intention on ever eating at that wingstop again. I cannot eat fatty half cooked chicken and ****** salted half cooked fries. That manger should be fired. I received no apologies from her and then on top of her not apologizing and offering to remake the order, she hung up on me. I am being ignored regarding the issue with an order I had submitted on the Wingstop app., Monday, August 7th. My order was wrong, and the delivery driver was not a female but a ************************* who does not speak English! I ordered a 10-piece wing combo 1/2 mild and 1/2 BBQ with carrot sticks and blue cheese dressing and a 32 oz Coke Zero. I received an 8-piece 1/2 BBQ and the other 1/2 was a flavor that was a flavored that was made up. No drink! I called the store located at ********************************************************************* and was told to contact Doordash. I've called twice that day and was put on hold four times!! I was passed off to several people before I disconnected the call. Two days later I've reached out to Corporate and was put on hold but was "helped". I was told I would get a refund in the *** of $20.57 and the manager would reach out to me, No one has reached out to me, and I know Wingstop is ignoring me!Initial Complaint

An online order for catering was placed on Tuesday August 8, 2023. I called immediately to cancel the order because the delivery was scheduled for the wrong date. I spoke to a manager on the phone who said the order was cancelled and would be refunded. It has been 4 days and the charge was not refunded. I called today to speak to a manager who now informed me that my order would not be refunded through wing stop and that I needed to contact door dash. I asked the manager for his name and store information, in which he became rude and refused to provide that information. He told me that he did not have to give me his name because that is irrelevant. He also told me that I was acting like a crab and could pull up to the store" whenever.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order from Wingstop ******* Ave., *********** ** branch last July 29, 2023 8:58PM and came to the store at around 10:05PM to pick up the order but it was not available.I talked to 3 of the staffs in about 10 - 15mins interval regarding my order and got the same answer from all of them, to wait and theyre going to look for the order.70-80 persons were crowding inside the store that time with the same problem as mine. After more than an hour waiting inside the store and did not get any realistic answer from the staff I decided to leave the store opting to make a call the following day to settle the problem.I called up the store the following day and my name and contact number were taken and told me that a store manager will call me to start the refund process.I never had a call from the store and decided to visit it last August 10 at around 2:50PM and was able to talk to a lady in the counter and told me to leave my name and contact number so she can check the sales record and give a call rightaway to fix the problem.I came back to the store at around 5:45PM that day and was able to talk to the person named ***** and told me to come back the next day so I can talk to the Manager named ***** regarding the issue.On my way home I decided to buy some wing from Wingstop ********* *********** branch and found that lady I talked to in ******* Ave branch at 2:50PM. She recognized me at a glance and tried to avoid me by calling the customer falling in line behind me first. I waited until they were done and I approached her and placed my order. After which I reminded her about the concern I presented to her earlier that afternoon and told me that there is nothing she can do about it but to give me a gift check worth 30USD to cover my unserved order of 55.08USD.I did not agree with her settlement and she told me that it is the best option I have for she is Manager ***** and her decision is final.Initial Complaint

On July 30th I contacted ******* wingstop regarding my order that I would be placing the next day, I placed my order on august 1st at 7:36 for pickup on august 2nd at 11:30am when I arrived to the store to pick up my order and the employee told me that they never received my order nor was it ready so it delayed all ******************************************* late getting them to my classmate. Also the bottled drinks I requested werent available with no notification as well and some of the food was underdone as well. We asked to speak with the manager or supervisor no one was available. I made a complaint online and I still havent been able to get ahold of anyone of management from that store. I was very disappointed. My order was a total of ******. On August 6, 2023, I called in a combo mix and match order to Wingstop. This consist of boneless and bone in wings. I ask the bone in to be all flats. I was told the order will be ready in 30 minutes, the normal time is 12 to 15 minutes. Someone from Wingstop called to confirm my order for all flats and stated there was going to be an up charge for ordering all flats. I agreed to the up charge. When I get to Wingstop I paid for my food when I looked at my order it was wrong. There were no boneless wings and there were drums and flats. I was charged for all flats and I did not get what I was up charged for. When I expressed to the cashier about my order being wrong she instantly got an attitude and told me thats what I ordered. I told no thats not what I ordered. I told the cashier to refund my money back. The cook came and ask if he could remake the order for me, I agreed. I witness the cook take old fries that were sitting out on the counter and put them back in the fryer to refry them. Then I witness the cook take fresh fries and mix them with the old fries and was filling orders with the old and new fries together. When I confronted the cook he denied what I just witness. I ask the cashier to refund my money back she told me she could not refund the money back I ask for my money back in cash she would not give me my money back. I asked for manager she said the manager was not there. I told the cashier to call the manager on the phone because I need my money back. The cashier said she called the manager 17 times he never answered the phone. I asked for the manager name the cashier only provided the managers first name. I left the resturant with no food or my money. The cashier was very nasty and rude, using profanity toward me. The cashier was very hostile toward me. I want my $18.15 refunded back to my debit card ending in ****. This store should be shut down. The customer service is the worst I ever experienced.Initial Complaint
