Date of transaction: March 4, 2023 Total amount paid: $35.43 I ordered from this location and received the ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I have ever received. I ordered 8 wings (All flats) and after my husband arrived home with our order, I saw there was only 1 flat with my order.When I called to inform the location, the supervisor stated they would only be able to remake my order or apply a credit. I asked how long would it be to remake it and he stated 25 minutes. Considering it being a busy Saturday, I waited a bit longer to give them time to remake my food and arrived to the restaurant 35 minutes later. When I arrived, my order was still not ready and the customer service was HORRIBLE! No one greeted me at all and after waiting about 10 minutes, I finally asked an associate if my order was ready, only to be told they were JUST beginning to make it. I asked for a supervisor and the associate VERY rudely said "if you want a credit, I'm not making your food." I said I wanted my money back at this point since I have now waited this long for an order I originally put in 2 hours ago now. The supervisor then approached me stating he would remake the entire order and have it ready for me the following day. I will not be returning back to this or any other Wingstop again. The customer service is unprofessional and an embarrassment for the food industry.Initial Complaint

I canceled order # ***************** that was placed on 2/10/23. Never received a refund. Called a couple and the said to give it time. Still no refund. I filed a dispute with my CC company and Wingstop retaliated by blocking or flagging my card so now my card gets declined at other merchants and they can't fix it.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 2/24 I ordered with Postmates to wing stop for an order then received one time from my order that was correct. The lemonade. I reached out to support for a solution I was told while it must be frustrating to receive the incorrect order it's not eligible for any kind of reimbursement or refund for something I was not able to eat. I was using a promotion which is why they got me to order and it was almost $35 worth of food after promotion. It was a great discount but what I received was missing eight wings, six tenders the fries I ordered and I received six wings that I could not eat with the bone in of somebody else's order that clearly was already touched pictures as shown before work and once again, the only thing I receive that I ordered what is the drink . While I work at a business down the street I usually do a lot of my order in for lunch is at work so I was not able to re-order, nor was I give him another order for myself to even have a lunch during work.Initial Complaint

On 11/27/2022 I placed an order at Wing Stop in the ****************** of Philadelphia. I placed the order directly through the Wing Stop website for delivery. After placing the order, I received a text from ********* stating that a driver has been assigned. I was confused because nowhere on the website does it tell you that they use ********* as a third party delivery service. (I could have just used ********* myself). Anyways, I was following the driver along as it lets you track the order. The driver was at the top of my street about to arrive, so I went downstairs in preparation. I then received a text that the order was delivered. I went to the porch and there was no order. I walked up and down to see if maybe she left it at the wrong house (since I know she was on my street) but no luck. I called Wing Stop right away to inquire and they referred me to *********. I called ********* and they stated the refund must come from Wing Stop, but they will start the refund process for me, which they did. I was told someone from Wing Stop would contact me within 48 hours. No call, no email, no biggie. A week later I called, and they could see the request for refund, and told me it is in process. I then waited 2 weeks to call back as I had not heard anything. The rep stated she can see the notes from the previous calls, and stated she will "kick it up" to management.
Another 2 weeks later, and I called again. The rep said that she can see that ********* had already refunded the store, so she is unsure why I have not received my refund yet. "I will kick it back up to management." I just want to note, that on every one of these calls, the rep would end the exchange advising me that someone will definitely be reaching out to me within 48 hours. I have gotten no contact in 2 months. I am really at a loss here. I need some help. I just tried one more time before typing this, and was told the same thing. I am unable to speak to am manager. I need help

Placed an order for wings on 12/2/22, order was not delivered as I have cameras where I can see. The order was placed through**********, which I contacted.********** placed the order again, and the Wingstop in **********, NC canceled the order. I've been trying to get my money since the second from Wingstop as********** stated that the refund would come from Wingstop. Ive contacted the customer service at Wingstop for the entire month and each time someone in management is to call back and never does. I would like my money back. On November 20th, I place an online order for a take-out for $14.25. After submitting the order, it said it was a 45 minute wait, which would not work for me. I immediately called the store and asked them to cancel the order. They said the order would be cancelled and the credit would show up in 2 - 3 business days. On Dec 1st, 2022, the credit still did not show up. I have called the store 4 times and spoken to several employees and managers. They all took my name and number and said they would call back, but no one has called back. I am attempting to collect on the cancelled order.Initial Complaint

11/17. I purchased $50 in food from wingstop. While eating my cold and I started having stomach pains and vomiting. When I felt better I contacted wingstop they said they were going to issue my refund and didn't. I informed them I buy from there all the time. I put the uneaten portion of our food which is 98% off the order, in the refrigerator in case they wanted to make it seem like we ate the entire order.Initial Complaint

I ordered Wingstop delivery through their website. They used Door Dash to deliver the order. Door Dash never delivered the order to my apartment. I called Wingstop and was advised my the manager that I would have to wait until they receive a picture from Door Dash before he could process a refund. I asked if he could just remake the order and I would come pick it up he advised no he couldn't he needed the picture. He said he would be sending me an email. I never received the email or a refund. I have contacted Wing Stop 3 times in reference to my refund and still have not received anything.
