      I placed an order 10/4 (order number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) for delivery via the app. The order stated it was delivered however I never received it. I contacted the store manager of ********************** (Talia) who asked that I wait 10 minutes and then call back. After waiting 10 minutes I called back and confirmed that the order had not been delivered. She stated she would process the refund the next business day for some reason and I would receive it back to my original payment method. As of 11/20 I have not received my refund.

      11/13 at 7:56pm, taking advantage of 40% off promotion, I placed an ******** order with Wingstop **************** Texas ($19.51+fees = $23.48) under ****** ****. It showed a potential 9:20 pm delivery time (1 hour 24 minutes) so I immediately cancelled order & UE refunded $23.48 at 7:57pm (within a minute of placing order). We were shopping near that WS so decided to order directly on WS website & pick up ourselves. Drove there & placed online order at 8:01pm as Courtney ****/Guest, order # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX & sat in parking lot for the suggested 20 minutes. Went in & was told they didn't have our order. Showed them the order # & was told to come back in 30 minutes. 50 minutes after placing direclty with WS, we had our order, but still better than the potential 1 hr 24 minute wait with UE. This morning, I wake up to find a $19.51 cancellation fee from Uber, stating Wingstop claims they had already starting making our order. Mind you, we cancelled the UE order in less than a minute and it took WS 50 minutes to get us the order we placed on the WS website at 8:01. Based on this, I fail to believe that they were diligent enough to start an Uber Eats order in less than a minute. Plus we DID order, ordered directly from Wingstop, and had to pay more $$ than if we had ordered through UE. (UE $19.51+ fees = $23.48; WS = $26.84 and now Wingstop wants to charge us another $19.51?)

      First off, let me point out, that I notice African Americans are treated with less respect and not given the same service as other races. I went to the Wing Stop at ******************************* ***********************. I ordered online. When I picked up my order, I notice my fries and wings were cold. I called the business, Elizabeth got a nasty attitude, stating she not making nothing over. I stayed that she didn't even give me a receipt. I went back for my receipt and asked for a refund or remake. She refuse and started getting nasty again. The other African American guy walked in and he was treated with rudeness as well. Unlike the white family sitting in there, treated with high respect.

      I was left sitting for almost 30 min , they had my order under a name Renee , my name is Pam , I clearly ordered under my own name , I paid under Renee then she told me , the wings were cold , it was missing three out of the 15 I ordered , I ask for a second ranch , she said I was unable to get one , They should have gave me a fresh order , but she waited until I paid 23.00 to tell me they made a mistake , this came with no apology, very rude and unprofessional. I was very upset , I always come here , and lots of family and friends and this is the service they gave me . I was so upset .

      I ordered a wing combo for delivery on 10/28/2022 on the Wingstop app. The tracking system said the ordered delivered, but when I checked the door the food wasn't there. Because the order said it was completed it didn't allow me to call the driver. Contacted the store explain to them that my order said it was delivered but never showed up. The manager at the time said he would issue me a refund but it would take a few days to credit to my account. Said that was fine and went ahead and place the order again on the app. This time it was delivered as promised. However about a week later I contacted the store because I had not seen a refund post to my account. The manager I talked to said he would look into it and get back to me. I never heard back from him so I filed a complaint on the website. The website apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a $10 gift card however no refund has been processed. I just want a refund for the order that was not delivered and I don't want to have go through reversing charges with my card.

      I purchased an order online for $20.88. However, the two sauce that I paid extra for was not inside my bag. I contacted the store to get a refund for the sauces and spoke with Stephanie. She told me and sent a message to her manager inquiring about a refund for the two sauces.

      Then I reached out to corporate about my concerns and I was told I will receive a confirmation email regarding my refund of the two sauces and the money will be placed back into my debit card ending in 1145. However, I still did not receive any confirmation email regarding my refund.

      Went to wingstop in *******, Ut. Our order was not to our liking and contacted wingstop. They said they would issue a refund. About 5 days later contacted them again and they said that the refund could not be processed and need to email them my card info to process the refund I did not feel comfortable doing this so I said they could email me a check. I have yet to receive my refund and something needs to be said or done.

      I ordered from Wingstop through the app and got sick soon after eating the food. I suffered from extensive diarrhea and queasiness. I made this purchase (almost $50 worth of food) for my two friends as well and they also had issues with the food. Not to mention it tasted weird and was chewy. I called in the next day to file a complaint and request a refund and was told by the manager on duty that the GM would process the refund and would call me back. I received no call back nor refund. I called back on Thursday and spoke to the GM, Misty, and was told that she'd handle it. Less than 10 minutes later, I get a call back from Misty saying that I will not be receiving my refund due me "not being able to prove I got sick from their food" I clearly got sick from their food and they know it. I asked how I am supposed to prove that now and she said I'd need a doctors note or something. I called the corporate customer service number and was told the situation would be sent to upper management and Id receive a call. I received a call today from an upper manager (I forgot his name) and he called to "explain" why I won't be getting a refund. He said that he "believes I got sick but it can't be proven that I got sick from them." I told them that $50 is too much money for me to let go to waste on bad food. He kept trying to explain that he's been in the business for 20 years and always gives refunds but would need proof of illness. I asked him how I would prove that and he said that doctors do lab tests for that and to bring a note and I'd receive a refund. I told him that it's ridiculous that I need a doctors note for a self-treatable condition which would cost me $100+ just to get diagnosed for a $50 refund from WINGSTOP, not my boss, not my teacher, not my parent, a random Wingstop manager. I told him that I simply don't believe that he was acting correctly and was trying to finesse me out of my money. I'm disgusting with the food, attitude, response time, and scamming.

      Food and they told me that they were trying to process a refund for me but it's been four days now and I have not heard nothing from them so I'm just hoping that you guys can please try to process me a full refund

      We went to wingstop on dobson and rio Salado at mesa riverview in mesa az. And my husband went to the one on power road and baseline in mesa az. And we were at that location three times and we got the teriyaki wings and Italian style and the French fries both times and the food didn't taste good and we ate one time in the restaurant and then the other time had it too go and the sauce was all over the top.and they don't put the French fries in a container it is on a tray and that is not sanizate with the covid virus still out there. And the chicken wings didn't taste first two times . My husband went there on power road and baseline in mesa az. And everything wasn't fine . The sauces were on top of the box of wings he bought the classic, lemon pepper and the Hawaiian , blue cheese and regular French fries. He paid $23.89. And the orher two times was the same price so altogether we paid $54.00 dollars. The food didn't taste good and the sauces were on top of the box and the French fries were in a tray when it should of been in box too.my husband has a belly ache and very sick . We want our money back and no gift card because we are not going back. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are on social security disability. We are a disabled couple.we were homeless too and lived in a motel room for 24 days. But we are in a place now.
      Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you.
