      On October 25, I was charged twice for an order of wings and fries, $61.50 and $60.96. The address: *********************************. The very same day that I made the purchase, I checked my account and I saw that I was charge twice on my online bank account. I did not keep the receipt because I bought from that store before and never had any problems with them. I called the store the same day and queried about the charge and the cashier admitted to the error. The cashier (his first day on the job) told me to come back to the store and ask the manager for a refund. However, before I could head over to the store, the manager called me and told me that the store does not give refunds. Instead, I have to call the corporate office, but he did not have the contact information. I looked up the info online and called the corporate office approximately 5 times. The first time that I called, the *** told me that someone would get back to me within 3 business days. No one called. The second time that I called, the *** told me that she would escalate it and someone would contact me. I have called approximately 4 times since then and each time I was told that the issue would be escalated. I feel at this point that the company has no intentions of refunding my money because no one has gotten back to me concerning the error.

      I had trouble placing an online order October 2, 2024 because the website froze up. I placed a second order and had my husband pick it up. A couple of days later, I noticed that I had been charged for both orders. I called the office and spoke with ***** ********* *************)and she told me she could see the charges but to wait until it cleared the bank and then give a copy of my bank statement to the manager of Wingstop and she would take care of it. I did not hear anything back in over a month so I called her today and inquired about the outcome. ***** told me that the manager said he could not read my paperwork and ask me to bring in something that he could read. I told Mrs. ********* that I gave the manager a sealed envelope with her name on it and asked him to give it to her. There was no discussion about anything. I feel like I am getting the run around. It is only $37 but it is MY $37.

      On 11/8 I placed an online order to pick up on store. The wait time was ***** minutes. I showed up 30 minutes after placing my order, and was told it is going to be about an hour more wait until I receive my food. I told the employees at the store that I am unable to wait an hour so please cancel my order. They told me I need to contact corporate to cancel my order as they are unable to cancel orders in store. When I got home. I realized that you cannot contact corporate through a phone number. You have to fill out a form on their website. I filled out two forms to which I have not been contacted back yet. I have been in contact with the store several times and have been told I will receive a callback from the manager and never did. I finally got a hold of somebody and they stated they processed my refund over a week ago. I still do not have my refund. I then called the store again and asked where my funds are, and they said that they would inform the district manager of my concern and they would further assist me. I just want my money back at this point. I did not receive my food and I do not have my funds!!!

      Date 11/26/24 called into store to place order, wanted something before I got to work, was calling it in so I'm not late. Was told to hold after 5 minutes no one came back to phone so hung up and called again a lady answered this time, first time it was a man. Told her I had been waiting for someone to come back to phone, she hung up the phone, I started calling back over 10 times, it would ring once then pick up but no one said anything. Finally I was 1 minute from store they finally picked up, asked to speak to Manger who told me their is no other person for me to talk to, and they don't have a corporate number, and don't have corporate. I had to look up info to call and put in this complaint. He only gave me the store number, which the lady that hung up on me picked up when I called in front of them this is unprofessional, some training needs to be done here.

      I have been contacting corporate every since 10/6/2024. They have not followed up about my complaint at a wingstop location. I am requesting compensation for the treatment I have received and the incident with my food.

      EXTREME DISRESPECT & EGREGIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - ORDER #********** At approximately 9:00 on Saturday November 23rd 2024, my 15-year-old daughter ordered food. The total came to $58.86. After what was already an extremely long wait to pick up the food, I drove them home. Upon arriving home, they sat down to eat and my daughter realized that she did not have the 6 Hickory Smoke BBQ wings that come w/ 6 pc Classic Combo. My daughter called up to the Wingstop at *************** to let them know that she did not have her wings and we were told that the manager told them that in order for us to prove that we didn't have our wings, that we had to bring all of our food back up to the store to prove that we didn't have the six wings. (This in and of itself seems like an extremely petulant policy, and I know for a fact that this is not the policy or it is not practiced equitably).At this point, at 9:45 at night, I have to tell several 14-15-year old girls to stop eating their food, pack it up, and drag them back to the store to prove that we did not have the food. At this point when I get to the store, after the extreme inconvenience (and lies), I state that we just want our money back. They tell me they cant give me a refund nor can they give me the wings. After going back and forth, they then began hurling indecencies at me and the girls. No one got to enjoy their meals b/c for the last ***** minutes we stood in the store with food in our hands trying to prove that we didnt get our food. Given that no one enjoyed their food (because everyone else was forced to stop eating and bring their food back up to the store). We are requesting a full refund.

      The contents of the bag had soaked through all the way on to our cloth car seats. Grease was pouring out of the containers This is absolutely disgusting and now we have to pay $120 to have the seats shampooed it occur dealer.

      I placed an online order. When i arrived at the store to get my order. They said someone had come in & picked up my order. They would not replace my order or issue a refund. The area manager was called by the manager only to tell me. I would have to dispute it with my bank. I have NEVER experienced this at any restaurant or business. I called the police department. The police arrived & told me there wasnt anything they could do because this was a civil matter. This was a $50 order. I was very mad & could not believe this was really happening. **************** was horrible. Professionalism by area manager was none at all. These type of businesses must be reported and outed. This has to stop & people need to be informed.

      I have been waiting for a refund from this business since February of this year. Every time I call they apologize and tell me they have to resubmit a report and put it at high priority so the right department will look at it and take care of it and after *************************************************************** my refund. I attempted to place an order through their website on January 17th and when I hit place order the system said order not complete items in cart are not available. So after another attempt of placing the order it said the same thing. I called the store to see if they were fully stocked and the employee said yes. I also asked if they received an order from me and she said no. So at that point I tried a third time and again the site said items not available order not complete. When I went to go place an order a few weeks later I saw that my balance was zero on my gift card and it was for the January 17th order which I never received a phone call from the store telling me my food was ready and it was for carry out which I never do as I live in ********* and have things delivered. Since February I have called at least once a month and had to explain everything all over to each representative I talk to who again says they will escalate it to the proper team. There is no way this should take this long to get a refund when it is the company who is at fault.

      The wrong order came and it was way too salty and not even fresh. I got traditional wings when i ordered all boneless
