Saturday 12/7/2024 I placed an online order though Wingstop. Ordering $30 worth of food and even tipped the delivery driver. I got this meal to feed my family. The driver picked up the order said he delivered to my address which he didnt. I stood outside waiting on him to pull up he never came. I called and called and called no answer. I ordered online went to the Wingstop nearest my home and found out my order was at the Wingstop in *****************. The young lady told me to call that store and I did. I called all night on Saturday and all day on Sunday. I got no answer. I started calling on Monday and got no answer called the ************************ location. Explained my situation and the young lady gave me Coporate number. I called Coporate and talk to a customer service ***resentative on Tuesday. Corporate has reached out to that store and to no avail. No one has answered them either. I just want my money back. And as of Friday December 5, 2024 I *** not have my money. I called Coporate again they went through all the same bill and asked all the same questions and the *** told me they reached out to the store with no response. But thats neither here nor there. I ordered WingStop through the app for delivery on Halloween. My order was not delivered. The WingStop App has no ability to complain or report anything about the order. I never received an e-mail confirmation so I had no ability to contact anyone about my order. The "contact us" page on WingStop's website is not functional, so I have found no way to contact WingStop to report any complaints or request a refund. Even worse, my payment included a tip which I cannot request a refund for despite that the delivery driver never delivered my food or answered any of my calls.DoorDash, who the WingStop App hired to deliver my order, advised they have an agreement with WingStop that absolves DoorDash of any liability or responsibility for missing orders.Initial Complaint

I went to ******* ******** location yesterday and was not happy with my order. I tried to go through the contact us option on the website but it does not work (not surprising) I even gave it a whole day and tried today in case it was an issue with the site. Anyways, I ordered boneless wings, fries, and corn. I picked up my order and the workers were extremely rude which is not uncommon for this location. Actually every location, Ive never been to a Wingstop where they werent rude actually, but anyways the food was trash. The boneless wings looked like popcorn chicken! Unbelievable honestly! I have pictures if needed. The fries were soggy even though I requested them to be well done and they barely gave me any, I ordered a large and I dont think they even gave me the equivalent to a small. The only thing good was the corn. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and wasting my money that I finally decided to file a complaint. My order number was #********** and Id like a refund for my order. I am sick of spending my hard earned money for trash food and service! It was partially my fault for giving this location another try but Im done and id like my money back asap. And word of advice start hiring employees that actually dont hate their lives and are nice to your customers, if they dont enjoy cooking or people suggest they find a factory job but how **** allow your employees to be rude is crazy, if it wasnt for the ranch you would not be in business solely because of service.Initial Complaint

Did online order purchased 8 piece combo. My wife picked up my food wen I opened it the fries were burnt and the chicken was over cooked I immediately called the ******* location where I placed the order. The manager was nonchalant and acting irritated. Dear Wingstop **************** Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Wingstop ********* #*** and to request a resolution to my concern.On 11/26/24, I placed an online order (Order Confirmation #**********) for a 10pc Classic Combo. I requested that the wings be extra done, but unfortunately, they were not prepared as requested. Additionally, the fries were cold as ice when I received my order.Although I live some distance from the Wingstop location, I made a special trip back the following day to return the order. I spoke with ********, the manager on duty, who assured me that he would escalate the issue to his district manager and initiate a refund to my card. On October 25, I was charged twice for an order of wings and fries, $61.50 and $60.96. The address: *********************************. The very same day that I made the purchase, I checked my account and I saw that I was charge twice on my online bank account. I did not keep the receipt because I bought from that store before and never had any problems with them. I called the store the same day and queried about the charge and the cashier admitted to the error. The cashier (his first day on the job) told me to come back to the store and ask the manager for a refund. However, before I could head over to the store, the manager called me and told me that the store does not give refunds. Instead, I have to call the corporate office, but he did not have the contact information. I looked up the info online and called the corporate office approximately 5 times. The first time that I called, the *** told me that someone would get back to me within 3 business days. No one called. The second time that I called, the *** told me that she would escalate it and someone would contact me. I have called approximately 4 times since then and each time I was told that the issue would be escalated. I feel at this point that the company has no intentions of refunding my money because no one has gotten back to me concerning the error.Initial Complaint

I had trouble placing an online order October 2, 2024 because the website froze up. I placed a second order and had my husband pick it up. A couple of days later, I noticed that I had been charged for both orders. I called the office and spoke with ***** ********* *************)and she told me she could see the charges but to wait until it cleared the bank and then give a copy of my bank statement to the manager of Wingstop and she would take care of it. I did not hear anything back in over a month so I called her today and inquired about the outcome. ***** told me that the manager said he could not read my paperwork and ask me to bring in something that he could read. I told Mrs. ********* that I gave the manager a sealed envelope with her name on it and asked him to give it to her. There was no discussion about anything. I feel like I am getting the run around. It is only $37 but it is MY $37.
