I visited the ********* facility at ******************** in September, the customer service was poor, my food was terrible and cold, plus they were talking on their phones and messing with the food, plus going in and out of the bathroom and outside smoking, coming back fixing food orders, no gloves. The District Manager texted me about the complaint/survey I completed. He promised to reimburse me for my poor service and food issues on October 2, 2024 and still to this day I have not received anything. I have tried contacting him by calling and texting, but I have not heard anything back from him as of yet. I have also left messages on the phone that he texted me from, no response received. Per the text message he promised to refund me $15.00, which was more than I paid for the food.Customer Answer

I ordered my food through **** Eats on 10/31/2024. I placed a bundle ordered for WingStop and Bombshells. Wingstop I ordered a 10pc all flats for extra cost with a side of fries. I ordered fries cheesecake and ice cream from Bombshells. The order latest arrival time was set for 11:15pm. It changed to 11:25 then 11:35pm. I placed my order around 10pm. The app showed Wingstop was delayed.. it was showing delayed before the driver got there.. once there he still had to wait 30 mins before he could leave to bring my food. My order arrived incorrect. The wings were smothered in seasoning. The did not give me flats like I paid for. They also gave the food to the person not sealed. My fries were not covered but sitting open on top of the chicken and the bag folded over. I contacted **** immediately and they offered little to no resolution. I contacted Wingstop this morning and after 2 1/2 minutes of ringing a guy answers and I asked for a manager. He said he was the manager I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me.. I asked for corporate number and he gave me a fake disconnected number and store number *********** store number 900 ). I called back and he became aggressive .. I disconnected the call and felt as though neither company seems willing to right their wrong. They delayed my ordered and brought my food incorrectly. I dont eat drumsticks and the wings were overly seasoned so it was a waste. I sent PICTs showing what I ordered vs what I received. Pictures showing the bag had no seal .. open fries .. my phone call to resolve the issue today to the store.Initial Complaint

The transaction took place on October 12, 2024 at spent $32.99 on an order I never received, so I requested a refund. The location name is Wing Stop Lubbock 7th St at the address *************************************. I have filed the refund request, along with two escalation requests with their corporate office. I Placed my order at 10:44pm from home, website says order will be ready in roughly 20 minutes. I get in my car @ 11:57pm * arrived @ 11:07pm. I walked out of wingstop around 12:20am with NO FOOD in hand. When i got tired of waiting * finally asked for a refund, thats when the cook decided to ****** my name from the order ticket / receipt to inform me that they ran out of bone in chicken. I waited over an hour just to be told there was no chicken that I selected. To say that I was extremely aggravated is an understatement. Then i was told that it would take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to receive my $30.08 refund. This place used to be a quality establishment.. im not sure what was going on last night but, they need management on duty @ night EVERY NIGHT. Those boys were unorganized, disheveled, frantic , * the kitchen was smoking all night bc the grease was clearly too hot. Also how does a chicken joint run out of chicken? Ive never heard of *********** running out of chicken its insane.Ordered on October 18, 2024 at 10:44 PM Order #: ********** Update: its been 7 FULL business ******** still have NOT received my refund. Ive called wing stop on Friday, 10.25.24 * was told it would be 3-5 business days if the refund hasnt already been processed by their corporate. I called wing stop Tuesday 10.29.24 * was told my ***** * *** that they are unable to check if my refund was processed they stated it would be 5-7 business days if the refund wasnt processed the prior two times inquired about it. 10/25/2024 Wingstop, ***************** NLR, ** Ordered my food ahead and after ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************** person got their food faster. After another 10 minutes I go and complain about the effort and after receiving my food I go home and see they ruined my food because they were upset about the complaint I made. They drenched my parmesan wings in cheese to the point where I couldnt eat it because off all the cheese crumbs and some of the wings they gave me were hard and burnt.Initial Complaint

I ordered a delivery order from the ********** location and was missing half my order. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who insisted I needed. To come up to the restaurant to have them remake order ( defeats delivery). I asked for a refund and they said couldnt do. The manager then hung up on me.Called corporate to file a complaint. And Received no follow up. This Comes after about a month before ordered delivery and received the wrong persons order. I had to drive to the restaurant and reorder and wait for my refund ( which I never received until I called corporate) and waited 30 min over my food due time.Not only do I want a refund but feel that this should be addressed with the restauramt. I placed an online order on 9/30/24 and received a pick up time of about 20 minutes. I arrived to the location and there was a sign on the door that there was no chicken. I went inside and was told the same thing and that I should be receiving a phone call by the manager who was not present to issue a refund. Why the online ordering was not turned off, remains a mystery. To date, I have not received a call. I contacted corporate to advise them what happened and was simply told to dispute with my bank. Absolutely no immediate resolution from them at all. I should not have to wait 90 days for my bank to investigate and return my money because I used a debit card. This should have been done automatically but this location is poorly managed and that is evident by the response or lack thereof that Ive received. *** even called the store directly and no one will return my call.
