      Poor customer service at the local franchise and headquarters level. I filed a complaint with the local franchise in *******, ** and it was not addressed. It was actually deleted by the manager that I filed the complaint against. I then filed the complaint with the headquarters office and was told that I would hear back in 72 hours. Over a week later, still no response.

      I had another terrible experience with Wingstop and this incident was so horrific that I felt the need to file a formal complaint.After a 12 hour shift I put my faith into Wingstop by ordering dinner for my family. Once my order was delivered, I instantly there was something wrong. I first called the driver who also stated that he thought it was strange that the bag was so light based upon my order and he suggested I reach out to the place I ordered from. WHAT A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!I called Wingstop #*** and was met with such a nonchalant crew member. When I asked to speak with a manger, he stated that there was a shift leader and I was left on a never ending hold. I then called back and spoke with someone else to let them know what happened and this persons only suggestion was that I come pick up the order, which clearly was a HUGE inconvenience which I why I selected delivery.Once I arrived at the store the entire experience just got WORSE. The crew members were disrespectful, dismissive, and all out rude. I was met with such disgusting disrespect that I will make it my mission to have this location shut down. The crew members told me to hold on and wait while they counted change, did not greet me, and told me to say my name nicer to them. Additionally, when I asked to speak with the manger, he looked at me and then walked to the back of the kitchen. This is such a disgusting establishment and I truly seek justice for other individuals and families who are just looking for a way to feed their families after a hard day of work.

      I placed a late night order for my kid at the Wingstop on ******************************************** and it was terrible. The food was old, dry, and rubbery. They workers did not get the order right; tried to short me on the number of wings that I paid for. Then the wings that they dropped was not fully cooked through. It was a horrible experience and I will be contacting plenty of more people about this experience that happen on 10/17/24 at 2345. If I was the owner, I would fire the manager and replace the entire crew from this shift.I will be filing a complaint about this experience and the uncooked food that my kid was served.

      I waited over 1hr and 15 min and was given the wrong order. I called back and a female coworker answered , told the managers that was cooking . They - managers yelled from the back saying that I could not pick up my correct order the next day . I was given the incorrect order from the employees after I gave my name from my online order .

      On 7/29/24, I placed an online order thru Wingstop in *******, NC28027(store #****).I traveled from ********* to ******* to get the ******** was crowded because the Wingstop in ********* on *. ***** St didn't have any chicken available,everyone placed an order thru the next closest location.An employee held a bunch of papers stating 120 orders his team had to fill and would be 6 hr wait in order to receive their food.I requested a refund.I presumed he was the manager (not sure-on receipt it states his name is *******)but he stated this is what I like to hear,anyone who wants a refund get in line(who does that?).Never apologized to us customers for the inconvenience.I gave him my online ppwrk to process my refund.He showed me a receipt with the refund information and told me he couldn't give it to me because it was company policy(this is for their eyes only).I was like what,how is that even possible?I advised him I needed documentation because I don't want this amount to go thru on my card.He rolled his eyes, and printed out a receipt,it had no refund amount and when I asked he stated that's all I can give you.I already showed you the refund and you'll receive it within 5-7 business days.I knew he was (B.S'ing).I left and vowed never to return due to the unprofessionalism.I made a complaint online about the store as well as receiving my refund.I've been trying to get a refund for a service that I didn't receive since 7/29/24.I've continuously called Wingstop Corporate and emailed them.When you call the *** always states that its being escalated to a manager and the manager will reach out to you within 48 hours and that never ********** one ever emails you back.This is an absolute mess.All I want is my refund of $45.65 for the food service that I didn't receive.I would strong recommended that NO-ONE ever go to this *******, ** location and don't request a refund because you'll never get a call back or email response and you'll be lied to about receiving a refund.

      They don't make your order on time. Ever. Seriously, I have NEVER put in an order and show up in the time frame they state and it is ready. Today was the straw that brok the camel's back. I waited a half hour more than what they stated for when the food would be ready for pickup and the chicken was cold and barely had any sauce on it! Done with this restaurant chain.

      I went in to this establishment the 1st time in my life, and will NEVER EVER go there again, or any other wingstop for that matter. * Female Clerk about in her 40's took my order * we waited for 30 minutes * I approached and asked if our order was ready, she asked for name, I told her the name. She said no orders are here for that name. Then I showed her the receipt, and explained I have groceries and Ice cream in the car and I would just like my money back. She then looked at the receipt, looked at me, and said, "OHHH, I remember you, you were that lady from yesterday!" In a very snarky, rude, condescending way. I told her, "Lady, I have never been here and this is the first time I've walked into this building!". By that time I was so upset, she persisted to argue with me, until I put her on the spot with accusing me of being someone else! 1. She was rude, took no owner ship at all in her mistake 2. She should NEVER EVER BRING UP PAST experiences with customers she has beef with!3. NEVER apologize for her error 4. Made it act like I was an unconvinced 5. REFUSED to give me refund 6. REFUSED to give me Mangers name 7. REFUSED to give me Mangers info 8. Mind you this was .70cent wing Tuesday, Lady tried to charge me for a 10 piece full meal, when all I wanted was 10 pieces and some fries, which is a few dollars cheaper. She had the audacity to try to tell me it was cheaper in a meal. I did ask her to explain how that would be? She said well when you add sauce and drinks. I didn't want sauce and drinks. Absolute nightmare, made me so sick and worried she did something with my food, and I will never ever ever go to wingstop again! 8. Finally received my food, and threw it away when I got home

      WINGSTOP *********, ** is the worst f****** place ever. Look at one of the ****** reviews. A fly was found on one of the customers ranch. The manager is rude to customers and does not have great attitude. This place needs to fire all their people and hire new ones that actually want to work there. It took them 40 mins to give me my order. 40 mins?! Just to find out that they gave me the wrong order. Had to wait another 20 mins. I hate this f****** place but i love wingstop.
