      Wingstop *************************************** This store needs to be shut down and re staffed with hardworking professional employees. Im on Uber Eats driver and I just filed a complaint with corporate & also Uber Eats. Theres always an issue with my customers orders every time I pick up. I was cussed at by the ******************* who did not want to give me names or the store number. Something needs to be done about this store ASAP.

      Wing Stop in Clayton ** is horrible , not because of the food, but the employees.Horrible horrible , disrespectful people.Take a "look" for yourself and you will see the exact reason !

      Close the wing stop down in ******** MS! ** makes absolutely no sense for the wait time for food ti be over a hour & the food cold as if its been the freezer! **s too small for 50 of the employees to be on that little space! They are rude! Either close it down or get better ***************** always out of something! Chicken is no where near as good as it used to be? My toddler can cook better chicken & have better service than those humans!

      Waited 2 hours for my order to be made. I had no seasoning/flavoring on my tenders or my fries per request. Ranch was chunky and expired. Absolutely beyond disgusting

      I purchased 20 wings at *********, once I got home I noticed they didnt give me all the wings. I called and the phone was not working. The next day I went back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He was very rude while I was talking, he disregarded what I was saying. He implied that they have a policy about their wings, but there was no policy up In the restaurant. He brushed me off saying, he had to get back to what he was doing. He was not trying to make it right when in fact it was their fault.

      I have had great difficulty getting a refund from the *******, ** location. I walked in, ordered wings, was told to wait 30 minutes and they had misplaced my order. No food and was informed that the refund takes 3-5 days and its been longer than that.

      Went to go pick up an order. Lady manager was extremely rude. Gave my food away and when asked to remake it, told me it wasnt her problem and to request a refund. Then became irate and started screaming and being racist. Threatening to call police when I just wanted to have my order remade and also have a receipt showing it was paid. Complained to the owner and will continue to follow up about her being removed from her position

      They're constantly stealing from customers that place big orders. They do what they want. Also they promote they're open untill midnight but close at 11. And even if you're eating in there before 11 they'll kick you out just because they're closing. This place should not be open for business.

      Accidentally placed a double order, I called the restaurant and they advised me to cancel the order online. As soon as I go on the website it says call the restaurant where you placed your order. I decide to keep both orders since I couldn't cancel it and there is no actual number for Wingstop that can be called. I arrive at restaurant and they only gave me one order. The cashier told me I canceled my order online but I never gave her my name at any point so I dont understand how she came up with that. Basically had a hard time receiving food that I paid for because I called and tried canceling but couldnt get any help. I never have a good experience here I think Im done trying

      I showed up to pick up a dash and they literally just gave it away to some random person. I had to call this poor lady and be like "yeah they just gave away your 60 WINGS to some random person" They aren't paying attention at all, there's usually 5 dashers waiting and the cashier usually has their kid there... Boy this is a business not a daycare.
