      Give it zero stars if I could I placed an order at 10:45 online , even called back at 11:45 to make sure my scheduled order was ready at noon- "your order is ready"We get here and ask for our order "we have no boneless wings today" as 12 other people were served their food - hard to believe not one person ordered boneless wings out of 12 orders. They will not refund me as I ordered online. Not once have we came here and had things done on time or good service. We are on a lunch hour break and here goes 45 minutes of that. Terrible.They got the wings delivered by the manager , but still no urgency or apologies. It's not right- you just lost customers

      This is the worst Wingstop ever I recently ordered a 10 on December 26!and I didnt get the right size too and I was missing a couple items And then I called back to tell them what was wrong with my order they gonna tell me that its not their which I ordered they through got it door dash to me that said its not nothing they can do I have contacted wingstop.com com two times and never got an answer back at all.side note this not first time this happened to me Im always getting messed up I have go in for now on to get my right food

      On January 27th, ****, we placed a takeout order from store #*** at i-45 & 242, as we've done repeatedly. Despite our usual routine, we discovered that part of our order was missing upon unpacking specifically, 10 wings of a certain flavor. Contacting the store, we were met with indifference and refusal to address the issue. Despite explaining the oversight, the response was dismissive, stating that since we had checked the order before leaving, they wouldn't provide the missing items.Upon arrival at the store, the manager reiterated the stance, suggesting that it was our responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the order, despite our designated pickup person being our 17-year-old son. Our total expenditure amounted to $160.00, including a $25 tip, reflecting our regular patronage amounting to thousands annually.Expressing our disappointment, we were met with a solution that required us to return the entire order to receive the missing items. This unreasonable demand, given that our group was already consuming their meals, was met with incredulity. When confronted with the potential loss of valued customers, the manager remained steadfast in his decision.It's regrettable that the store is willing to sacrifice customer loyalty over a small oversight. We expect better accountability and service from an establishment we have faithfully supported.

      Horrible costume service, manager, talk with me appropriate words when I was there with my 10-year-old child , messed up my order and doesnt give me what Im paying for and making big argue in the store really loud. My child was so scared. I never have situation like that ever., she disrespect me!! And Dont even give me my order. Ridiculous customer service this kind of manager its not supposed to work this kind of job her name is ***********, store is located in *********** ** route 130 store number is # **** and that happen, January 24/2024! I at around 7 pm ! I would appreciate it. If I dont see this manager, again with her aggressive, attitude, and appropriate words. ! I will told all of my friends and families to crash down rating the Wingstop if I dont see any action on my report, I even called cops I already reported !!

      Had dinner delivered from *******, ** location ***************************************************** Food arrived sitting in what seemed to be old dirty oil, food literally smelled like they dug chicken out of the trash, threw it in some oil they saved from weeks ago, rolled it on the ground & sold it. There is no way they thought the food they served was edible. I've called several times, after an answer I explained my concerns with their food quality & that I was not even able to eat my food due to the smell alone & the bits of *************** looking things. Was told I could come in. I told them I was at work is why I ordered to be delivered & can not leave until 11pm & they will be closed by then. She then says there is nothing she can do about it even after I offered to send *************** I asked for corporate number & was hung up on. I am highly upset I gave these people money for literal TRASH. People need to know to steer clear of this location. I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. they do not care about anyone & will most likely make you sick if you eat it!

      I contacted Wingstop regarding a local restaurant not properly sealing a to go order that was delivered to me. Their supposed customer service email address redirected to me someone named ******************** who said to me, "If the Dasher did received a package that was not sealed, what would stop them from simply sealing the package themselves? Our stores have protocols in place to ensure all contents are packaged safely for transit. Please reach out to DoorDash customer service, with any additional questions. Please also email wecare@wingstop for any additional questions as this is my personal work email." *********** did not try to address my concern at all. They showed no care nor concern at all. I highly would NOT recommend doing business with nor eating at a Wingstop restaurant ever again.

      I ordered wings with this company to serve at our department's Christmas party. The order was to be made and picked up at the Airline Drive location on December 8, 2023. I was told that since I did not receive an order number or confirmation, it may have been because it was for a future order. However, as of today, I am still waiting to receive the ordered item. I have taken the following steps to address this issue: On November 30, 2023, I noticed a pending withdrawal and called the store; however, it was almost the end of business, and the Manager was not around. I was advised to call back the following morning. I visited the Airline Drive location when I discovered the pending charge on December 1, 2023. The team manager informed me that since the order was to be ready for the following week (December 8), they could not pull it up to review or confirm. She shared that she would correct the order date if it came through. She instructed me to call her back on the following date and again on the anticipated order date. I contacted customer support via phone and also spoke with the local DM on December 5, 6, and 7. The DM instructed me to allow system processing for December 8. She shared that she would get bank information and process a refund if the order did not transfer. She informed me that she would be out till Tuesday, December 12. I allowed this time. On December 8, since the order was not processed, I provided them with the necessary details. This information was sent to an email which the store manager provided. Unfortunately, I have not received any information or resolution regarding the order status or refund. I can provided all documentation to support the withdrawal and my contact with the team. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that the company contact me and initiate the necessary steps to refund the total amount paid for the undelivered item. Very dissatisfied customer

      I know the person who isn't getting paid. And he gets pay biweekly and it has been two months already he still hasn't received his paycheck. And I'm just really concerned about this person who isn't getting his pay and it's really unfair for this to happen and specially it's almost the holidays pls the new year it's right around the corner. And I'm the auntie of this person who is getting treated like this. And he confirmed me it the supervisor, manager and HR who have been involved this issue. Please help

      The ************************ is hands not only the worst wing stop I ever been to. But it has the worst costumer service I ever seen in my life. Wouldnt recommend this store to my dog!!!!!
