      On 9/25/24 around 5:20PM I arrived at Eyemart on Coliseum Blvd to pick up my warranty replacement lenses for my Oakley frames that I ordered from Oakley direct. I contracted Eyemart express to replace the lenses due to scratching that had happened to them, which was my own fault. Upon arriving I was greeted by an associate with a "Ma" name, I do not remember her full name. She took me to the back side of the front counter and I handed her my frames. She effortlessly popped out my old lenses, and attempted to put in the new lenses purchased through Eyemart. She then noticed and told me "they made the lenses a little too big, I can't get them in, I'm going to go in the back to trim them, and get them to fit". After about 15 minutes of waiting she came back out to tell me she got them in, but broke my frames doing so. After looking, she broke off the left nose piece. After some bantering she told me she could give me a $100 credit to new frames, of which is about 1/3rd the cost of the frames she broke. She told me I signed a waiver (a year ago) that waived any wrong doing if they were to break my frames. She never said sorry, never sympathized, and all the other associates smirked when she said I signed a waiver. This speaks volumes to the lack of technical ability and quite frankly competency of the entire staff there that night. I was very boisterous in my distaste of the situation, and I could see other guest extremely surprised on how she was handling the situation. Zero ownership in her mistake, and zero empathy. All this to say, I highly doubt the ** or DM to stand behind me, and this will likely go unnoticed, or responded to. It's clear that the management there is not doing their part and letting their employees act with negligence. 50 years ago a upset customer might tell 6 people about their experience. Now that customer can tell thousands.

      Disappointed. The lady did not tell me of the walk in even after she knew it was URGENT AND DID NOT . I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES HOW TO GET SOONER APPOINTMENT. I can't. Leave any stars. Zero because I was refused help several times and was VERY POLITE even when reception laughed about my appointment being a month away when I need contact s or glasses to drive.

      On my 4th pair of glasses. Not made correctly, and I've spent over ******. Even with a doctor ******* for the 4th pair. 1st pair progressive only very thin line down middle and nothing in focus.2nd Pair single lense. Midrange out of focus and right eye not clear as left in distance.3rd pair HD progressives left eye distance and mid great but readers on very bottom edge of glasses. Right eye one clear and narrow field of view compared to left NO HD. 4th pair not right either doctor ******* no HD in left no right eye find. Taking back tomorrow ?? for 5th pair.

      Visited Springfield Illinois Store Absolutely the Worst experience was Greeted by Tech ***** who was extremely rude, and of no assistance she informed me that a appointment wasnt happening that the doctor was leaving at 1:30. This store has limitless Possibilities to succeed if they revamped and got a Staff in there that is eager to serve the Public, and be grateful they have a job if I could rate this store a 0 I would very dissatisfied

      I would like to thank the eyemart location in **********, **** (************). They did a wonderful job on my 2 year old nephew glasses. He had glasses previously from another company and the glasses did not hold up like the glasses purchased at Eyemart. Eyemart lenses do not pop out. I highly recommend this location for children glasses.

      The ************************ enforces the Eyeglass Rule. It requires eye doctors - ophthalmologists and optometrists - to give patients a copy of their prescription - whether they ask for it or not. It's the law.I asked multiple times for my prescription and Eyemart refused to provide it.Outrageous. The lab manager was very rude. (Destiny at their ********* location). Can you imagine if a hospital refused you your lab results?I understand they don't want you to obtain your lenses elsewhere, but this is against the law.The lab manager told me to call customer service headquarters, which I did, and they told me to call the lab manager. Priceless!

      I had a bad experience here I ordered glasses now Im getting the go around trying to get them.they say the main office had to order them and they tell me they will call me back by the end of the day and they dont call me back.i was sending people there to get glasses but I wont now this is poor customer service.i will not come back to this store in **************** **.

      They demanded my Social Security Number in order to sell me a pair of glasses, This is clearly a violation of my civil rights. They have no right to ask for my social security number. **** only want to collects the information to sell to others. They are very underhanded in this practice. There is No reason at all that you should have to give your Social Security Number to make a cash purchase of a pair of glasses.. Very unfriendly customer relations..*********************************

      Spent over $400 on glass here, late last year. Realized something was wrong immediately after trying them on, as I could not see a thing through them. The lady told me if its still like that in a week to come back and get them fixed. A week later they were still messed up and I couldnt walk or drive while wearing them. They took them back and realized the prescription was not correct. So they fixed them only to still have issues with them. Its been a few months and Im just over not being able to wear any of the glasses Ive purchased from here. Went to ****** what time they open to see if I could return them or something only to find out theyre closed, permanently?! ******. Want my money back.

      No.1 in 2022 I had two sets of lenses cut for my own frames, I have been wearing glasses since ****. Being in my 60s my vision has changed so when the new lenses were mounted in my frames and my vision wasn't perfect I rationalized it to my age. With my vision getting worse and experiencing headaches I went back in September of 2023. I had an eye exam and the lenses were checked by their ophthalmologist and was informed that my prescription was incorrect. I purchased new sunglass and my regular lenses , again using my own frames, When I received them my sunglass frame was the same but there were new frames on the regular lenses that were defective. leaving the next day on a extended trip I decided I could live with them and proceeded on with life. On December 18 2023 my wife was talking to me and noticed a crack in my lens. I went into Eyesmart in Riverdale **** and was told that I had not purchased the clear lenses their and if I had. there was nothing they would do about it, This is the worst customer service I have ever paid for. I called the customer service line and received lip service only. Will never use this company again. they are money only! A true disgrace
