I have tried to contact shiftsmart through messaging in app multiple times to no avail I've been ignored every time. I tried calling the number for phone support and it just rings for hours until it hangs itself up!
I have been turned away from 3 shifts which would amount to 150$ and I sent in the shiftsmart app the picture of the store and gave the names of the mangers that turned me away. I drove over an hour to each shifts and had to drive back.Business Response

When investigating this concern, the Shiftsmart Payments team determined this partner's account was flagged for fraud due to having several accounts registered to them. Partners are only permitted to have one active user account on the Shiftsmart platform per section 4.1 of the Shiftsmart Partner Terms of Service.

I signed up for Shiftsmart in order to receive some remote work due to me being laid off my full time job in September. I signed up with Sulit Group that is partnered with Shiftsmart and they have cheated me out of money. I clocked in through the Shiftsmart app and attempted to login to start my shift and it keeps saying invalid login several times. I have reached out to SULIT GROUP and they are not responding. My first two shifts they didn't pay me at all due to an error on their end. I was suppose to be paid $60 on 10/22 from 1pm-5pm and they only paid me 11.00 I was having login issues which I reported to them and they did nothing. I clocked in on time through the app and I attempted to login and it keeps giving me an error they refuse to do anything about it. I'm also suppose to be working now my shift started at 6pm I'm having login issues and they are doing nothing about it. I know I will not get paid because I'm not logged in their system but I'm having issues and they refuse to help. This is my only source of income and they are stealing from me and cheating me out of my money. I'm losing money and I have responsibilities. SULIT GROUP AND SHIFTSMART ARE NOT PAYING ME WHAT I AM OWED AND THEY ARE STEALING. I am requesting funds that are owed to me.Business Response

I am reaching out to inform that I have been working for a company named Shiftsmart for about a month now due to being laid off from my permanent job and I needed a source of income in order to pay bills. I reached out before because I wasn't receiving my pay and now the company is retaliating and intentionally not responding to my emails when I inform them that SULIT GROUP PARTNER has been harassing me through messages while off shift about my performance and that is unprofessional. I have a LOGIN ERROR that prevents me from logging into their system, so that i can work. I worked on 11/05 between the times of 1pm-6pm and no issues. I picked up 2 shifts for 11/06 for 12pm-5pm and 5pm-10pm I haven't been able to login now for 2 hours. I have been messaging SULIT GROUP regarding my login error and no one has responded even SHIFTSMART is ignoring me. I know that i will not get paid because im unable to login for work due to an error on their end. I have missed out on 2 hours of work and the clock is still ticking. I am very upset because i depend on this money in order to take care of my responsibilities. I clocked in on SHIFTSMART app per guidelines and i am requesting compensation due to SULIT GROUP AND SHIFTSMART ERROR and i accepted and confirmed both shifts that equal to $125.00. 12pm-5pm for $60.00 and 5p-10pm for 65.00. I follow all guidelines and i have yet to receive a resolution. I will attached proper documentation for the issues that i have been having also SULIT GROUP has been harassing me while off shift about my performance and that is unprofessional.

On 10/16/2022 and 10/18/2022 i showed up to a circle k location for a shift and both times the managers sent me home. I provided all the information they asked for to verify i showed up. They told me i falsified information and removed my account from accepting anymore shifts and told me to email the legal team for further investigation and i still haven't received a response or pay for showing up to location.Business Response

on 10/18 I worked two shifts for Dynata totaling in 10 hours with a pay rate of $10 per hour. on 10/19 I was only paid for 4 hours and one shift. I am not working all these hours and taking all these shifts with dynata for nothing! I have a job and for days shift smart has been playing with my money. I've contacted shiftsmart and specifically **** over 5 times on 10/19/22 for an adjustment for that rejected shift and no response OR adjustment!! Dynata never responds within the app and the phone line NEVER ANSWERS! I called over 10 times with NO answer just told that I have an over 10 min wait then after 20 mins, it hangs up. I was contacting the manager from dynata throughout the 18th in regards to the shift for technical issues and to ask about my shift and for them to assign me a project so for them to only pay me for 4 hours and 1 shift when I worked 10 HOURS is ridiculous!!!! PLAYING WITH MY MONEY!!!!!! One more time and I'll be done using this app and filing an even bigger complaint. I just want my shift ADJUSTED! i'm owed $60!Business Response

My account is wrongfully flagged for circle k. I was falsely accused of not showing up to work, but I was turned away by the manager. I had first priority access for circle k shift and I can tell you this happens often so I don't know why my account gets flagged this case. I constantly had to maneuver my schedule since I don't know if I'll be turned away. There been times when the managers would end my shift early due to work being done or they'll leave their shift and the next employee clocking in would ask me to leave. I am disheartened about the unfair decision to flag my account. I worked on this app for 5 months and have a high reliability score. My car even got vandalized while on the shift and still completed my job.Business Response

I worked a 5pm-12pm at the rate of $16 per hour on 10/11/2022.I actually went a little over the five hours. This is gig work 1099. I worked the shift with this company I wasn't paid for my time .I have left countless messages and tickets with no response. The only response I do need is my money I worked for. I am a single mother with four children and was looking forward to the money I earned. It was supposed to be available the next day but they put rejected on the payment no explanation or nothing .The fact that I signed up to work that shift and did that I deserve my money and I should not have to go through these measures .My next step will be contacting the state department of labor. The Shiftsmart Payments completed an investigation and determined this partner's shift scheduled for 10/11/2022 was rejected in error and in turn issued payment for the applicable hours owed. The Partner replied to further dispute this payment amount. In an effort to alleviate this partner's ongoing concerns, the Payments team issued payment for the remaining scheduled hours for this shift. The partner was notified of the available balance and responded with a positive disposition.

This company changed my login credentials and has refused to let me work for no reason for 4 days. After numerous days of sending messages and asking for a new login, I was told that my account was disabled. This company has been said to disable your account due to sending messages. I worked for shift smart on october 1st 2022. I worked 6.17 hours but only got paid for 4 hours. I contacted shiftsmart and still havent heard back from them. I sent them the details of everything I did while I was there. I told them what the lady looked like to verify what time I left. I told them what the man looked like when I got there to check in. I am a 1099 employee and I worked for them for 3 hours at 12 an hour and they paid me 4.50 I was supposed to be paid 36 they base there pay off of dialing time and talk and wait time and being actively in there interviewer site they don't pay for breaks well I dialed actively for 3 hours never took a break they have you share your screen for them to see so I know they saw me dialing actively the whole 3 hours I never not once entered break time I want my pay to be fixed its not right they are constantly being able to donthis to people it is a group on Facebook about them and how they are always cheating people it's not rightBusiness Response

Yes they did get back to me the same day but I worked those full 2 hours and they know that never took a break never stop dialing they tell you you can check 21 days after to see if times match and they will be gladly yo adjust payments and I will when I'm 21 days past that day they paid me but there is a group in Facebook with millions of complaints on short of pay and they have the same response alit of people are saying they are changing that time in those reports because a person knows if they have sat at an computer and dialed for but I know how to get my proof from now on I will record with my own camera me and my screen they won't be able to lie then and I'm going to do this everytime cause this isn't right its just nobody is willing to do anything about it

On 9/26/2022 I accepted a shift for Dynata Corp I done my training and started my first shift. During the shift multiple times I asked for help even messaged managers to further assist me instead I got a response about how I didn't make calls in a 2 hour span in my shift. And then was unassigned after my shift was over and ignored when asking why was I unassigned after my shift was over I received no response. Here comes today 9/27 and still no response to why I was unassigned after my shift was over and no explanation about my pay for that shift that was completed.Business Response
