      I tried to order some things on Cyber Monday, but none of it was available online, only via in store pick-up at best or you actually have to go to the store to buy it. I am not able to go to the physical store on my own due to mobility limitations. Why can't I order online and have it delivered from them like I can pretty much everybody else? This seems like a variation of bait-and-switch and is discriminatory against people who for some reason or another have to use the online option.

      Ordered headphones online and was waiting for an email to tell me when to pick them up, and its saying now that my order is in progress and they are awaiting product availability ?!?! Its been almost 24 hours and have heard nothing. Called corporate and they said everything looked fine on their end and to go to the store and see whats going on. ***** said they cant do anything til it shows up on their end. Cant do a refund because then it will take days to get the money back and now I might as well just wait for the order to go thru. DONT BUY ONLINE. Just go in the store and see if they have it. Otherwise youll be waiting, and if youre buying if for a gift and need it soon, good luck.

      I purchased a video game for my son but he did not like it. I took it back to the GameStop (******************************************************** *****) that I purchased it from the next day and they would not refund my money. The package was open but nothing was damaged. These people have no ethics or customer service and I will not support them with my business.

      I believe that GameStop engages in false and misleading advertising, specifically as it relates to the shipping of online orders. Their website has a banner at the top stating "Free 1-3 Day Shipping Over $59". This is false and misleading in many cases. The order that I placed four days ago was supposed to be received today. Instead, it was just scheduled to enter the shipping process today with actual delivery to occur nearly a week from now (*****+ days delivery time). This isn't the first delayed shipment by GameStop. I called GameStop corporate, and after 30+ minutes on hold, the customer service rep said he couldn't issue any store credit for this late delivery. The fact that I have been a customer for years and am also a ********************** Pro member was irrelevant. When I told him that I would file formal complaints with the **** the State AG, and the BBB - he became belligerent and stated "you do what you have to boss" before ending the call. So, I'll spend the next few hours drafting and submitting formal complaints to every governmental and private regulatory body overseeing GameStop operations. Afterwards, I'm heading over to the local GameStop storefront to cancel my Pro membership, delete my online GameStop account, and do my Christmas shopping elsewhere.

      We went tonight to the Pokemon Violet and ******* launch. **** was great and I talked to her a few days ago and she told me about the opening for launch at 11pm tonight. We came back today and were told to get in line for a number. We waited and then no none assisted. I then asked the other guy behind the counter that was in a demon slayer hat and white robe arrange the bags, if he knew how to proceed. we knew that they were busy and the store was a bumbling mess. He very vaguely told us to get in line with his coworker for a ticket number.We got in line and the other coworker was ****! She was great as usual, she came to help us and we said we wanted to get ******. Then from the other guy aforementioned, he yelled over that we had to get in the back of the line. **** said and proceeded to help check us out because he was making a mild scene. The worst part was the paper that ran out in the printer. She had to put a new roll in and it was done wrong. She went to this guy and he verbally and loudly chastised her in front of us and other customers calling her dumb and asking if she knew how to read. She blew it off like a good sport but that isn't right and I wouldn't recommend anyone work in a field like that is they can't handle the stress that comes with it and definitely not condescend and humiliate their coworkers. We got the game, but the experience and store was trash and a mess and chaos without order. **** was the best! considering the circumstances. this was at the ********* RIM location in ***********.

      Order a Xbox elite series 2 control from them online...told it would be delivered to me four days later, they took My money right away and here I am a week later and still no controller... Tried to call them multiple times and only to be left on hold for over an hour every time... Tried to chat. It was not working, send them emails two days in a row and still have yet to hear from them... They do not reply to anything and they basically stole my money and never gave me my product... Nobody should trust this company

      This is by far one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with and I sincerely hope they go out of business. For the second time I have preordered a game with them and they have failed to get the game to me on release day. The preorders specifically say they will be shipped 3 days ahead of release but each time it isnt shipped until two days prior. I hope *********** direct runs this company into the ground, they all deserve to go hungry.

      Money has been stolen from me by this company. I used a gift card for a purchase online and the order was cancelled since the item never shipped. I was told I'd be refunded via gift card through the mail. I've tried calling the ***** number several times and waited at least 30 mins each time. Nobody ever answered the calls. Their online chat doesn't work at all. Last time I went to my local GameStop for help the guy inside made me go through several hoops for my refund despite me having a return slip email on my phone. I emailed them multiple times and FINALLY got a response. They told me the gift card balance was refunded to the gift card used. My balance shows NO reflection of this. I replied back to them regarding this matter and no response received. You know after being robbed of my money for a month now, it gets old quick! This company has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Look at all the other reviews, I mean c'mon! Look how many other people they have stolen from, just a bunch of crooks!

      This company does not even deserve one star! There was an issue with rewards that would not work, after many times sitting on hold with no answer and not getting email responses for weeks, I was told to create a new account and they would give me extra rewards. Did what they said, got the rewards, still don't work. In the meantime, I ordered a game, got a delivery confirmation for an address I hadn't lived at in 6 years, even though I had ordered from them in the past and had things delivered to my current address. Called to let them know and was told they would reship to my correct address and would get confirmation in 1-2 business days. After a day a got an email stating my request was "denied". I called to complain that I was lied to and they said they would "escalate" it, even though it will probably be denied yet again and will be out $60.00.This company has horrible customer service and should honestly be shut down for taking people's money. And the rewards issue is still unresolved.

      My local GameStop lied about the trade-in value I was to receive. I was clear about what I was asking over the phone. I wanted to trade in an Xbox One X in perfect condition, nothing missing. I was told I would get either $300 store credit or be handed $240 in cash for my console. After I get there in person he hands me $96. I call him out and he plays dumb Its not even about the money, its about the deception. Never going back again.Store is:1419 ************************************************************
