      Bought game online was shipped to wrong address. Was told we can't refund or replace your state laws don't allow us to. Seems to me they are running a scam to mess up the orders and then oh when you file a claim they denied it and steal your money someone needs to hold them accountable for ripping off customers would be zero stars if I could.

      I just got off the phone with *****, and her lead ****** and I can't speak highly enough of them. Both were extremely understanding and professional helping me deal with the nightmare that is CDL Last Mile delivery service. They "lost" an expensive package that's for my 8 year old son's birthday and kept promising (aka lying) that it was scanned and with the driver out for delivery 3 days in a row before finally admitting that it was lost. So now I have an extremely upset son on his actual birthday. Gamestop initiated the investigation paperwork and filed the claim without me having to do barely anything. Also, they are going to overnight the exact items that were lost so that my son will still have presents to open as close to his birthday as possible. Amazing! 10 out of 10 for the way they handled this and also 10 out of 10 for both ***** and ******. They both reflected credit upon themselves and Gamestop as a whole. In my opinion they deserve recognition for their actions and/or a raise at the earliest. Thank you so much ***** and ******, you just made an upset kid's birthday so much better. He's actually smiling and enjoying his big day now! May *** bless the both you and I pray that you continue to prosper.-***** from **

      My complaint is on their website. They offer as of 9/26/2022, free shipping on when you spend over $49. Okay that's fine. I get my items in my cart, well over $49 and go to checkout and they are charging me $9 for shipping. I suspected that I am getting three different packages because when I place 1 item in my cart that is well over $49 I get the free shipping for it. If this is the case on their website then it is misleading when I couldn't find any information anywhere, where I have to spend money only on certain products to get the free shipping for those products. ie spend $49 plus on games to get free shipping or $49 plus on toys to get free shipping or spend $49 on electronics to get free shipping, but not being able to combine items from all 3 groups to get free shipping.

      I pre-ordered the *** 2K 23 *************************** Championship Edition for the memorabilia on July 25th 2022. The game released on September 9th, and I received an item on the 15th of September. I spent $213.98 and waited in anticipation for this item for over a month just to get a GI ************ Eyes replica sword. I tried to call the customer service line and waited on hold for 56 minutes before I gave up. I sent an email and a response never came. I cant get the item ever unless I buy it from a scalper on **** for close to $2000.00. So now Im out and cant even get a response from GameStop online, and have to go to a store to try and get this rectified.

      Poorest customer service I've encountered since Buy.com but they went out of business. If GameStop fails to improve, eventually folks with stop keeping them alive by investing in them. They need to focus on customer satisfaction. Live Chat feature was removed and customer service line takes over an hour to get anyone on the line. **************** email doesn't respond at all. There is no quality control. It's just a sham company.

      They don't have a working way to connect with customer service if there is an issue with your order.I received defective items from GameStop on 9/3 and I tried for a week and a half to get in touch with customer service to figure out how to get them replaced. There is literally no way to get in touch with them to resolve this (or at least not a way they respond to)On September 3rd (the day I got the item), I sent customer service a request through their online customer service form, it said I'd hear back within 24 hours, I still haven't heard back. I also tried chatting (always says "We are not online at the moment") and calling (either wouldn't go through or on hold for an hour with no indication I was even waiting to talk to someone) throughout the week. On 9/9 I sent an email to their customer service. After not hearing back I finally tweeted them. Crickets. I've heard of bad customer service, but have never run into a situation where customer service is non-existent in such a large company.To make matters worse, I was told I qualified for 1 to day shipping before I checked out. It took them 4 days to even ship the item, then it took another 9 days for it to be delivered (this was the speed they purchased, this wasn't a shipping issue). Instead of 1 to days it took 14 days.

      Purchased several items online, two came damaged. I emailed and called the company with no response. When I called her 800 number I was placed on hold immediately after selecting customer service. Waited over 20 minutes with no response, nothing. No customer service at all, what a shame.

      One item within the order I placed was never delivered. The statement on the GameStop website about responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours is not true. Chat is not available. Email is not returned. Phone calls are not answered. I called 3 times. Sent 3 emails. GameStop never responded.

      Two days I look forward to in the year, the start of the *** season and the release of *** 2k. Game stop did not deliver and failed me, there excuse was shipping. Some people got the game when they where suppose to but others that preordered 2k did not... I was not lucky because my copy didnt get shipped...
