      I will never rent from one of their properties again. They took over our San Antonio complex about halfway through our lease. The portal was never transitioned properly. I couldn't send messages or maintenance requests. After hours phones never worked. I got fast busies and hang ups. That problem disrupted someone's event because music was to be turned off, but wasn't. They couldn't get help. When the new Asst Manager arrived they did fun things, staff was nice and seemed to care but there were inexcusable issues. Very loud fire alarms went off many times, scaring our dog. It would shut the internal doors, causing horrible heat and no circulation in hallways. The last time it lasted a couple weeks and they wouldn't allow doors to be propped. The elevators made horrible noises and the one we used most never had an inspection certificate. I asked about it and was told that the previous mgr had it in her name, so they couldn't take care of it?? Dogs peed in the hallway and carpets were stained. We were moving out of state and gave ample notice and a forwarding address. Our lease ended 6/13 but we left a couple weeks before that and cleaned, so they could lease quickly. A few weeks ago, I was told there was a final inspection and we would get our whole deposit back, minus the water bill. When I followed up, I was told it was mailed 7/12. A week later, I was told it mailed 7/16. As of July 19, we have yet to get it. By law in TX, landlords are required to return deposits within 30 days of vacating, which means they have broken the law. I could seek compensation of 3x my rent, plus $100 and legal expenses. I called Asset a couple of times (and had before when we were having issues) and not once have they returned calls. They could care less. They charge 5% of your rent if you are 3 days late (but I was always on time) but they do this? The apts are expensive so there should be better care. As of today, our old apartment is still vacant. Gee, I wonder why....

      I live in The ***** Apartments in ATL, GA. I have had mult issues with the complex as far as harassment, medicine being withheld from me by the front office and many more major problems. I’ve since attempted to contact the Property Management company and those who are over the Atlanta property, Jane ******* and Brian *****. Jane is extremely confrontational as the “Regional Manager” to the point where she insulted my intelligence on their recorded line and continued to argue with and speak over me to the point where I had to end the call. I then reached out to Brian who is her supervisor, I have sent over 10 emails since the incident & have called over 5 times in attempt to contact Brian. Not one phone call or email was returned. I’ve left over 4 voicemails in attempt to explain the importance of the issue. I have since attempted to contact the president of the property management company, Mitch ********* I have been forwarded to voicemail twice after being notified that they were available. I’ve left 2 voicemails as well and again, no returned calls.

      DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!!!! I have regrettably been a resident here for 10 years, and every year around the time of lease renewal I've been going through hardships of some kind that have prevented me from moving. But this place is horrible. I wouldn't refer an enemy to live here. In the 10 years that I've lived here, the rent has increased by $600 however they have NEVER maintained or modified the property. Not even so much as a paint job. Everything that's in my apartment has been that way since I moved it. It takes a long time for maintance to come and when they do come, if you need a new appliance because the old one is no longer functional or compatible they will not replace it. They are heavily infested with roaches here. And **** the property manager is **** and a **** who does not maintain the living quarters nor does she provide a healthy stress free neighborhood. My neighbor leaves food in the hallways until it rots, her children throw things out of the windows, she plays music at 1130pm on weeknights, and many other nuisances. When I've alerted **** she was rude and spoke to me as if I was the problem for complaining. My neighbor retaliated against me by lying on me to the office saying that I was bullying and harassing her. And ****, without conducting any investigation or collecting any evidence gave me a lease violation for things I have never done. When I tried to talk to **** about her role in defaming me she was extremely rude and nasty. **** refused to do any investigation, refused to collect evidence to prove these claims, and also refused to strike these LIES from my records. Not only is **** enabling disgusting and volatile living conditions, she is also trying to hold me accountable and ruin my rental history over LIES. Please for your own mental well being DO NOT MOVE HERE where the property manager enables and condones such behavior.

      I got a email from skyview saying there was a open house and administrative fee would be waived so I replied saying ill be there they emailed me back saying i got to submit a application first and pay the $135 which i thought was fishy i never had to do that for a open house well i submitted the application then they denied me due to a eviction that been on my record from 7 years ago i emailed the manager and even called no reply i feel like they scammed me just wanted extra money i wish i didnt put the application in and how are they being so picky my friends stay over there they have mice and people be shooting its not the best place to live.

      This business is complete trash and do not care about their tenants . I have been living in this complex in ******* ** called The **** on Perimeter for almost 4 months now and about 3 weeks ago started noticing signs of mice . I first noticed when the bread on my countertops had holes in it then they began eating the tortillas. One morning I woke up went in the kitchen and seen one run into my stove . After I alerted the front office they sent pest control who came in told me that there is a known infestation he slapped down 2 traps and was never seen again. Maintenance wasnt sent in to pull out my stove to see if there is a hole behind it nor did they try to find a point of entry. There is currently mice nesting inside and behind my stove this is very unsanitary. I spoke with property manager ******** even showed her pictures of the food it ate in my kitchen and the hole it ate in one of my bathrooms she pretended to care in my face and told me that she would contact her boss about letting me out my lease it is now 2 weeks later and she has yet to speak with me nor solve the issue. She told me when I first spoke with her that I would have to pay to break my lease which I find unfair because I did nothing wrong. I only moved in 4 months ago that would equate to thousands of dollars that I do not have. I know that according to law they are supposed to provide a livable and sanitary place to stay. When you go to the office they claim she is busy and cant talk and when you ask to have her contact you she doesnt. Its ironic because she has time to shut down the office early and hang out with her employees . She doesnt care because she doesnt have to live here. Contacting corporate doesnt help. They do not answer phone calls nor do they return emails or respond to voice messages. I am utterly disgusted. This is an unsanitary way to live . I work hard for my money and should be able to be comfortable where I pay rent. No person should have to live this way.

      Actively discriminate against people with disabilities. Tried calling to speak to someone above their regional supervisor and can’t get a human on the phone and voicemails are left unreturned.
      Requested a reasonable accommodation of designated parking and was told that what they could offer me was waiving the fee to break my lease. That they can’t give me a spot because then everyone will want one.
      I’m physically disabled and have lived there for 3 years. Before they took over the property. Not I have no choice but to move.

      The scam you from beginning to end! Talk stuff on you to others, falsely report to the credit agency. Office staff Sleeping with residents. No upkeep on the pool that has bricks falling out. Completely lie about you to others. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THINKING OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!!!!!

      Total lack of tenant service or employee accountability. I haven't gotten my mail for months due to their unwillingness to comply with ruling from **** to fix mail stations vandalism. They just lie and deny you reported the problem. The post office won't even hold mail for tenants of the Grove at St ********

      This company is complete trash!!!! The apartment complex across from target on **************** in ****** has no management, the staff is rude and unreliable. There is a different person working in the office everyday and none of them know anything about policies or how to handle customer concerns. They do not relay information, and they add fees based on Their own neglect, not based on guidelines of the lease. Their maintenance is nonexistent. My ceiling is caving in and I have requested maintenance several times. The venting is not connected, as in no air blows anywhere except the front room. There are cracks from water damage that have not been fixed. They will not communicate with the tenants or give the tenants any kind of contact information. The rates go up and no remodeling is done. This place is really a slum. They refuse payments through their online portal, then add service fees. They confuse tenants and put notices with private information on the wrong doors. These buildings are old and have pests, but there is no pest control, even though they make you pay for it. I work from home, no one comes to this apartment and checks on anything. The fire alarms on the outside of the buildings dont work. The gate for this gated community has been broken for 6 months and even when it wasnt, they never had the gate closed. The office staff is just completely horrible, they dont know how to talk to people or how to handle complaints or what the policies are. I shouldnt have to read my lease to you for you to say that you will have to get back to me. There is no kind of reliability at all. And this place advertises luxury living, this is the ghetto

      PM *************************** doesnt follow code Enforcement or ******** laws. Unhealthy living conditions with black mold infested buildings and hvac units, leaks, roaches, trash and unsanitary property. Multiple units with severe black mold mildew and leaks. Property is filthy with trash, f**** and urine everywhere.
