      Date of Incident- 3/25/2024 time 2:53 Pm I drive a Tesla y model and one day for the car wash two boys who guide the cars to stay on track were busy talking. As soon as I entered the car wash, I had a flat tire. The person on call was nice enough to help me get out and take make a report. I had no idea that the tire that costed me $450 can be reimbursed by them as it was there mistake as per the staff on call that day. But then a series of events happened:1. I went inside the office, and they told me the copy of the report is being emailed to me and I never go the email. 2. Then I would get it in two days but till date I never got the email.3. I called several times and every time a new excuse- change of Manager and GM, someone is fired, someone is not working today etc. etc and I will get a call in a week. 4. After a month waiting, I called them and asked if I could see the video and the rude staff member said to me that I am not getting to see the video and we will not be paying for the tire. 5. Today when I went in to cancel my membership, they did and when I asked if I could see the video they said no. They said since I had paid for this month I could still use the carwash for next 6 days.6While I was cleaning my car one of the guys yelled from the other side to me and asking me to that need to leave the premises. Such a bad experience by the men in the office who insulted me as a woman to leave while I was washing the car.

      After going through the car wash in December my husband noticed that the clear casing in our rear driver side light was missing which began to cause the turn signal to click quickly when used. He went to the ***** location and spoke to a worker who said they would check the office to see if the casing was retrieved from the car wash, he left his phone number and never received a callback. He followed up again and talked to a manager on site who said he would check to see if it was picked up, he would check the cameras and give him a call- he never received a callback. As I began to drive the car more, I noticed the turn signal clicking fast and it be and annoying, I called left a voicemail to see what could be done to consider repair of the light, I never heard a call back, so submitted an online request concerning the light and never heard back. I visited the car wash and had time to speak with the manager on site, he reviewed the cameras as far back as March but the footage from December wasnt available for him to review and he said there is nothing he can do. He stated since the concern wasnt brought to their attention within a reasonable time that a claim couldnt be filed but thats not true as my husband reached out several times but never received a response or any contact information to follow up- we have to actually go in person to talk to anyone. I sent an email to the regional director and left a voicemail for the corporate office but havent heard anything in response to my concern.

      on April 7 2024, my car was damaged at Whitewater express carwash in ********* La. . The manager filed with his company the damage report, and told us it would be 72 hrs. before we would here anything. 90 hrs. later he called and told us to get estimate's on damage which we did. After giving him the estimates, 72 hrs. later he called and said they would not be fixing our car. I have called corporates office every day since the damage and no one will contact be back.

      I purchased a discounted member from WhiteWater Express on 2/23/24. The representative told me that I had until 3/23/24 to cancel or my membership would renew on 3/23/24 at the full price. On 3/19, I accessed my account on **********************'s website and told them to pause my membership b/c I would be out of town and would not be able to use their services. I received an automated response on their website which said they would review my request as soon as possible. I never received any additional correspondence from WhiteWater. I just cancelled my membership this morning (going from "pausing" to "cancelling"), and I still have not received any confirmation from WhiteWater. Their business practices are deceptive and unreliable. There should be some e-mail confirmation when making changes / cancelling memeberships. In addition, if "pause membership" means something other than not billing a member who has temporarily suspended their benefits, then White Water should explain what "pause" means.

      On 3/25/24 my credit card was charged $19.99 for a membership I DID NOT authorize. I visited Whitewater Express Car Wash (******* location) one month earlier where 2 different attendants mentioned there was a one month unlimited special where I paid $11 per visit. It wasn't until my second visit where I was handed info on the promotions where I simply placed in my console. Coincidentally while checking my credit card transactions, I discovered that I was enrolled into a recurring membership where that I DID NOT authorize. On that same day of 3/25/24 I was able to successfully cancel 2 different memberships via ************************** that I had been enrolled in however I had already been charged $19.99 for one. Next, I visited their website again & called the corporate number provided ************ but only got a voicemail so I chose to email them via their send us a message option. I requested a refund of $19.99 but only got a response that I could still use the carwash until 3/23/24 & 4/25/24 after each membership cancellation.I only requested a refund because the 2 attendants misrepresented the company by intentionally misleading me & possibly many other customers leaving out critical info concerning Whitewater Carwash 's promo. It turns out that the promo states that the first month is unlimited carwashes & then your card is charged $19.99 per month thereafter. I was only told that it was unlimited for one month.Thank you.

      I visited in person to cancel a monthly subscription and was told it would be taken care of. I continued to get charged so I used their website to request a cancellation and was again charged. Now I'm having to dispute the charges with my credit card.

      On February 27, 2024, I bought a monthly membership for $25.00. On March 12, 2024, my windshield wiper blade was ripped off my car during a carwash. When I asked the worker to help me locate it he said ok, *********************************************************************** Even though I never left the parking lot. I asked him again to please find my wiper blade, he disappears again for 20 minutes. I asked another employee to help and he told me he was busy and walked away. I asked the next employee I seen to cancel my membership and asked for corporate number. He said he cancelled my membership and gave me a number that no one answers, only voice mail. No return calls for the 50+ voice mails I left after being charged $39.99 on March *******. I'm going to file criminal theft charges and take them to small claims court.

      The rollers malfunctioned causing the car in front of me to bounce back and hit the front end of my car. After reviewing the video footage with the manager ****** ******** and you could clearly see it was not the car in front of me fault. They tried saying she hit her brakes but in the video footage we reviewed you can see she didnt. They tried to tell us we had to exchange insurance information even though the danage was done due to their faulty equipment.They said they would pay for damages and needed 3 estimates. I took off work and got the 3 estimates they requested. 2 months later they finally get back to me after I sent multiple emails and left multiple voice-mail just to tell me they would not pay for damages after they already said they would. This place has multiple ****** reviews for cars being damaged. I had a monthly membership with them that I canceled after this incident. They need to pay for damages done to my car caused by their business.

      On February 12, 2024, I went into get a car wash at Whitewater express car wash Northlake facility and I was greeted by a young man in the member line that I went to by accident and he said I could only be a member to go in this line so I asked him how much a membership was it was $11 For a special that month for the full month and then the next month will be $19.99. I told him OK I would like to sign up. I signed up using my debit card and then 6050 and I was given a sticker , I went through the car wash I was satisfied with the vacuum. I love the vacuum section but the car wash was not all of that and mediocre. I then tried to get a car wash during the month of February, but the worker said that I did not have a membership I showed him my sticker that was on my windshield and he let me through. He asked me to come speak with his general manager that I believe Name is ******* and the general manager gave me a new sticker and said that next time I come in it would work well guess what I came in another time in February and it did not work. The worker that was claiming to be the manager name was ***** ***** told me that , I did not have a membership and made me leave the line of the car wash, feeling embarrassed and angry because I paid my money for a membership and I could not even get my car washed that month. I had somewhere to go so I did not have time to stay and fight for my car wash , in March when I had time I brought my debit card which ***** told me to bring in order for me to get refunded and ***** was not there, but it was some younger workers including the worker that signed me up for my membership in February the worker claiming to be the manager for the night told me that he cannot give me a refund and he I need to come in tomorrow when ***** is there. ***** refused to give me a refund and tell me I need to contact corporate I contacted corporate and have not heard back since I would like my money back immediately all of it

      I used their car wash on my new truck twice, which I had for 9 days with zero paint defects, and after the second visit there are scratches on the driver front fender. The business claims it could not be their fault because other people would complain. The truck is kept in a garage, parked in a protected spot at work and driver on the highway. These marks did not occur at any of these locations.
