Reading these comments doesnt give me warm fuzzies at all. Went to the appointment for my hip replacement...leg perthese for a "duty to assist error". The last examiner opined that she couldnt give an opinion...yes, that happened and sparked a duty to assist error. VES Exam: It was at a chiropractor's office. I call once a week to see if my exam results have been uploaded. No surprise there...not uploaded because they are "working on it" or "researching it". The person doing the exam said upfront that he is not qualified to check me out. He even showed me what questions he has to ask me on his laptop. Even joked about the one question that is asked to him on his side about "is the veteran better off without (leg, hip...) No medical equipment what-so-ever...just a small bench and a chair. Its been a month since my exam as of today. Calling them will take a few times to have someone answer the phone. I call and it rings maybe 3 times at most and then has a busy signal. I did get a milage check back tho. Im worried this dude is going to keep my duty to assist error going for a long while.

Several real doctors qualified exams were sent there for review. After filing a privacy act request the names were clearly visible and I noted physicians assistants disputing real qualified doctors exams with mris and Ct scans and X-rays. They noted in the comments they had not seen the patients and the va accepted this crap. It was originally noted on my exams in the military it’s was a traumatic injury. The VA kept these documents hidden for 50 years so i didn’t have evidence to file. These people are a criminal enterprise.

VES hires anyone with Pulse, Semi Credible Medical Knowledge, without any VA Oversight, I've read glowing ratings, mine have been abysmal.
I had 2 exams 1 for Thorocolumbar, Cervical Degeneration, due to a Traumatic Scoliosis.
Won my Appeal for Service Connection, pending C&P Exam.
Examiner was 15 minutes late, had no idea who I was, why I was there.
Examiner had no way of measuring range of motion, stood 12 feet away, never touched me, I had to explain guestions she should have asked, the office was void of anything Medical, took 15 minutes.
2nd Exam Scheduled by VES, asked if I wanted same Examiner, said Absolutely Not.
Ended up with Same Examiner, this time, She Never Left Her Desk, took 10 minutes.
Low and Behold, NOD, I had explained Exams were requirement of my VBA Grant of Service Connection, look in her eyes, reminded me of Cows Looking at a Passing Train.
Wrote letter of Complaint to VA, Called VA, Filed Complaint with VA Inspector General.
VES explained the scope of their Oversight.
If they receive numerous Complaints, they Terminate Examiner. If you see ***** *********, beat feet.
If you feel a Grevious Error in your Exam, Complaints to IG, Congressman,Senator, Congressional Oversight Committee for VA.
There are probably good Examiners, few andg far between. I also sugest you use VA Health Care Physician's, use your Primary to Refer You to Specialist for your Disability and NEVER GIVE UP, YOU PAID YOUR DUES, IN BLOOD

absolute joke of a company. In 2023 How can you not talk to a scheduler to find an appointment that works for company and you? Instead they TWICE make appointments at times i told them i could not go and then since that was a second reschedule in their eyes though due in no fault of my own, they sent it back to the VA. waste of time. They treat you poorly. Talk to you like you are no one. If you have any option go to qtc or lhi instead. Its a shame the government sends veterans to this awful place of business.

All of these Veterans reviews are spot on for VES. This company is a joke, they are not for Vets, they are scamming the VA, I have had the same problems as all other Vets with appointment locations and canceling appointment without telling the Veterans, this causing even more problems for us trying to get claims processed or by their actions getting our claims denied. They are a wildcard company doing whatever they want and destroying Veterans in the process.

VES scheduled my sleep study consult and my sleep study, and I received a bill. After a year of trying to get this taken care of its still not. Now this bill has been assigned to collection. I have been directed to email multiple organizational email boxes and this still is an issue. As Veteran this is incredibly difficult and overall annoying to deal with. Now this is affecting my personal credit, which should not be happening.

My wife and I have explained to VES that I work from Wednesday through Saturday. My only available days are Sunday and they keep scheduling me on Wednesday. Is there no one that we can talk to about their service that they are not providing to the veterans!

Wife is paraplegic and I am legal guardian for 14YOA grandchild whom I’m raising which prevents my out-of-town attendance to appointments. I’ve told 4 different VES employees this yet, their “scheduler” keeps scheduling out-of-town appointments for s psyche eval that can be done via telephone-health using my iPhone. I’ve had a basic physical, did a range of motion exam, a respiratory test and a series of 6 x-rays done here in town but, the psyche eval or aural test are being scheduled for out-of-town. We have a VA Office in town yet, VES is processing my claim? And they wonder why Veterans have issues? The very system designed to assist you is fighting against the Veteran. I waited 23 years since retiring to submit a claim so the Iraq and Afghanistan Troops could be taken care of. The war is over, except for the Veterans who live it daily. I served 20+ years active duty. I’m just asking for a fair assessment and not a hassle. PLEASE, whoever has oversight for VES, get them on track. My next step in to contact my state representative, a combat Veteran himself. It shouldn’t have to be like that. I’m old now and tired of the games. HELP! Thank you.
