  I have had the most awful experience with this ** company! They schedule an appointment without my approval constantly and expect me to make it work. They don't give a **** if I have to work. What the **** kind of company does this?! I'm so beyond stressed out with all of this **. I wish I didn't have to type this all out... I want to scream in someone's face about how awful they are!! I can honestly say I HATE THEM!!! This is why it has taken me so long to file for disability!! I didn't want to deal with this **!! I have been jerked around so much! I can't even describe how angry they have made me!! I want someone who works there to **** **** ***** ** ******** talk to us and address our complaints!! *** * *** *** ** **** ***** **** ****** **** ********

  This has to be the worst cluster of any Veterans services. Had me scheduled for blood work to verify CKD in two different place on the same day, the blood draw places are 50 miles apart from each other and 50 miles from my home. Although they have a copy of my VA blood work and my private PCP's blood work. Tried calling 5 times each time they said please hold then hung up on me after 10 minutes of waiting..The people that answere the phone pass on your name to a scheduler from Texas that knows nothing about my area Pennsylvania. I can't take a drive of 50 miles and my wife can't drive no one to get me there. Called my VA Advocate to see if she could help, Sorry can't do it. Called my State VSO same thing sorry can't do it. The VA gives no help at all, Althogh they keep telling me where here to help.

  As the other VETS have commented, this company really should be banned from doing any kind of business with or for veterans due to their policies. Who sets appointments for you then tells YOU what day to attend? Our regular doctors and dentists don't do that. They work with you on the available dates and YOU select the best time for you. I wish the overseers read the complaints and remove this company. They had a bad email address for me and wouldn't "man up" and give me another date. All I got was a text message 2 days out telling me I had an appointment. I called and spoke with them to no avail. Made 1 of the appointments when I did get proper notification and agreed with the time. 1 letter finally printed on 5/23 for 06/08/2023 appointment but no email. Now I get email after 06/09/2023 phone call raising hell with their ridiculous policies of telling me when I must go to appointments. They have no regards to your daily life and schedules. I thought they were here to help, but maybe not. Pad their pockets with our tax dollars and screw the veterans. Now i'm being put back into the barrel and start over. Really wish there was a lower star, maybe .001 would tell how I really feel about this company.

  Scheduled an appointment date for C&P Exam over a month in advance. Received paperwork with the wrong date. Asked for a rescheduled appointment, which was then changed to a date that I can't make it to the appointment without my knowledge until I received the packet in the mail. Called again, but the people that you talk to don't make schedules, they just send recommendations to the scheduling people, who don't listen to those recommendations, and by recommendations I mean that I CAN'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS ON DAYS OTHER THAN THE ONES I TOLD YOU, yet they still schedule on days I can't make it to. VES is a complete joke, they need their contract revoked.

  We had an immediate feeling something was amiss. Fist, our original remand was remanded from the VA without me even appealing this original remand. Somehow, a second BOVA ALJ remanded the original denial without us knowing. Then we get a letter from VES telling us how important it is to keep the appointment and that someone from VES will soon contact me with an appointment time. Weeks go by and we end up calling them. The person who answered the phone at VES was unprofessiona, argumentative, blamed Fed Ex for the crazy appointment time. He actually told us our appointment was for yesterday at 1am in the morning. We told him we never received the call they promised. Next day, we actually receive in writing, an appointment set for two days ago at 1am. This place is not legit and it is obvious the VA is desperate andhaving problems again if they have considered VES as a viable solution to handle too many claims. VA needs to step back and re access its workload and train professionals for medical verification. This place is classless and should have no business doing business with men and women who fight for Democracy or anything that has to do with people health. Come on VA.

  Just more of the same ** you get from Veteran Affairs but worse. They never answer your questions, they constantly lie. Call Center employees know nothing about your claims then they transfer you to, "Veteran Liaisons" who claim to be Veterans.
  A USMC Veteran Liaison said he went to Boot Camp at Fort Bragg. ***. This organization needs to go away. USMC has two locations San Diego and Parris Island.
  Amazing how America will spend 500,000,000,000.00 to help Ukraine use Nazi Troops but can't spare a dime to help Veterans with severe lung diseases caused by in service toxic exposure.

  So far VES has been unable to process emails, logins and return phone calls. It’s a mess. The ******** ******** ** ******* has referred them to evaluate me for PTSD.

  I have had the worse experience with this company. They were contracted by the VA to set up my compensation exams.. welll.. I take time off of work to go to an exam they set up on may 4th just to find out I don’t have an appointment! I have tried requesting a reschedule a dozen times and nothing.. still no appointment. This has to be the worse company to ever deal with. How is your job to set up appointments yet you can’t do that successfully?!

  This organization is offensively bad. Their process for scheduling appointments is to mail you a date/time and location. If you can’t make it they just kick it back to the VA. When I called to see if I could schedule an appointment I spent 30 minutes on hold to speak with a woman who was clearly distracted and laughing at someone in her office. After repeating why I was calling for a third time she just hung up.
  
  I seriously cannot reconcile how government dollars are going to such a deliberately insulting company. Even Jury duty gives you the courtesy of scheduling more than a week before.

  VES made ZERO ATTEMPTS to contact me prior to arbitrarily scheduling me for an appointment over Easter weekend. Obviously, I have something already scheduled at church then.
  They sent an email that falsely claimed that they made multiple attempts to contact me. When I called, I was told that I not allowed to speak with a scheduler. What a horribly rude, abusive, unprofessional company!
