    I placed an order on 12/13/23 (Order #48493 confirmed) for a QBounce™ Silent Basketball 2.0 - Indoor Basketball. My purchase total was $40.07 and my credit card was charged.

    I have received no further communication from the company, the phone number on their website is disconnected (347) 256-8703, and my emails have gone unanswered.

    I have filed a charge dispute with my credit card company as well.

    I placed an order with this business and pair for priority shipping. The business advertises on their website orders ship one to two days after purchase and will be delivered 10-20 days later, this is with regular shipping. I paid an additional fee for expedited service that I have not received. I've received a fraudulent tracking number, no order confirmation. The website says my order still has not shipped and the website provides a phone number that is not in service. I have requested a refund directly from the company via their contact us link and they have not made any contact with me to resolve the issue, locate the item ordered, or refunded my money.

    I would like a full refund from the company. Ideally they need to make adjustments to the false claims on the website.

    Over $80 for my order. No product received, shipping information is bogus, no one responds to email, phone number is disconnected.

    Ordered early December with priority shipping plus insurance with expectancy for Christmas and there is no communication from the company. The phone number does not work and it shows as disconnected. No answer and tool our money.

    I purchased the Quiet Bounce basketball on December 11, 2023 as a Christmas present for my grandson. I paid $35.08 plus $4.99 for shipping and insurance. $40.07 total. My order#***** was confirmed and that was the last I heard from them. I have sent emails and tried calling to no avail.

    I placed on order with this company on Dec. 13, 2023. They took my money right away and I haven't heard a thing since. They don't return phone calls, emails, DMs. My order is showing not shipped and I paid for priority shipping. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Many commenting on social media that they have had the same issue.

    Never recieved. When I look at tracking it still says ordered. Was ordered at the beginning of December.

    I purchased from their website a product with expedited shipping and have heard nothing after repeated emails for 8 days. I went to their social media to see if anyone else was having the same problem and they are.

    I ordered a product from this place on December 7th paid extra for priority processing and shipping. 1 they have not even shipped my package yet. 2 they did not even create a shipping label until December 17 and the **** still has not received the package to ship it. I have asked for a refund before they even created the shipping label. They will not respond to emails and the number they provided is no longer in service. I am not the only one they are doing this to. There are many others that I just found out have been waiting since November or before and still have no package and no response.

    I ordered a quiet bounce ball 10 days ago and it has yet to arrive. I also never got a tracking or order confirmation. I tried to reach out on their phone number listed on the website. It has been disconnected. They will not responded to emails. I also looked on ******** and people are having the same problems.
