    Ordered 2 basketballs on Dec 8 for my grandsons from the Quietbounce web site on Dec 8, 2023, on Dec 9, my ******* *** card was charged $75.14. Quietbounce promised to ship the items in 2 days. I even paid extra for express shipping and insurance. After 10 days my basketballs had not shipped. I emailed them at ***** *************** and got fake computer generated responses stating their EXCELLENT care team would check on my order and get back to me. No one ever did.
    I called their help phone line at. *** *** **** and got a recorded message that the person who owns is not available and I should call back. I have called numerous times a day for the last 5 days only to get the same message.

    I have filed a dispute with ******* *** and hope to get my money back. Meanwhile, QuietBounce is still lying, cheating and scamming people.

    I have all my documentation and tried to attach it all but was told the file is too big

    I ordered a quiet bounce indoor basketball for Christmas for my daughter for approximately $40. It does not bounce and the instructions attached are in Chinese. I have tried to reach out to the company twice bis email with no response.

    I purchased a quiet basketball with basketball hoop as a Christmas gift for my son on December 7th. He had seen it advertised online and put it on his Christmas list. It's now December 21st and I have not received the item or any update as to where it's at. I went online and looked at the ********* and ******** of the business and the comments are riddled with people experiencing the same issue.

    I purchased from the website because the company address was listed as local to me, in Houston, and there was a phone number with a Houston area code. When I tried to call the phone number no one answers and the address listed is the address to a post office building. Emails to customer service go unanswered so it's impossible to get in touch with the company and resolve the issue.

    Ordered two products from this company. They received payment but I never received the items. Tried to follow up via email, customer form, and phone call with no response from the company. I believe this company to be a scam.

    I ordered my product on December 4th and received a confirmation. I also received an email on December 11th stating that a product was on its way. I checked the status and has not shipped as of 12/21. The phone # on site is no longer in service. I want a refund and cancel my order.

    I ordered 2 balls with priority shipping. The package has yet to arrive and I’ve sent multiple emails asking for updated tracking info or a refund. No one has responded!

    I ordered a silent basketball from the quiet bounce website on 12/14. Information provided on the website said it was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. The money was taken from my bank account on 12/14. I did not receive an email order confirmation, i have received no shipping information. I’ve sent the business an email with no response, i attempted to call the number on their website and the number is not a working line. I’m attaching a picture of the transaction from my bank!

    The business committed to providing a basketball that is quiet when bounced. It took forever to get my order and when we got it, it was a foam ball will black lines sprayed on it. I have tried emailing and calling the company to ask about their money back guarantee and have gotten no response. I purchased the ball on 11/30/23 and received the ball on 12/20/23.

    We order two basketballs from Quiet Bounce on November 27, 2023. We just received only one and the product is a complete scam. Nothing like what is shown in multiple videos on their website and social media pages. Upon attempting to contact them for “money back guarantee” the phone number was disconnected and my email has been returned.
    When looking up on social media, it appears that this has happened to hundreds of customers.
