I purchased a basketball from this company after seeing several advertisements online. The purchase was made on 12/8. It states on their website that it takes 10-20 days before delivery. I’ve attempted to reach out several times with no response. It appears I am not the only one, as their ******** **** is flooded with the same complaints as me. I purchased a Quite Bounce basketball from Quiet Bounce on December 8, 2023 for $39.56. The product was supposed to arrive by December 20. It did not. It arrived on Janaury 4, 2024. The product was damaged and defective. It is not at all what was advertised. It was misshapen and did not bounce properly. This company uses false advertsining and videos of a different product to lure buyers. Their website is very professional. But the product is of terrible quality. I have asked for a refund, but do not expect to receive it from the ******** ************************Initial Complaint

Ordered Quiet Bounce for my grandson on Dec.15, 2023 and paid extra *** ******** ****** It was supposed to be mailed before Christmas. I went on Tracking info and it said it was shipped Dec. 27. This company is a scam. I placed an order on 12/07/2023 and still have not received the order. They do not list a phone number and are non-responsive. Judging by ***** ****** ****** this has happened to hundreds if not thousands of others.Initial Complaint

I purchased a quietbounce basketball on the quietbounce ******* on 12/12/23 with a guarantee to be delivered before Christmas morning. Not only did my cc get charged, but I have reached out to the quietbounce company via email and phone (to no avail) and now I cannot even log into the *******. I placed an order for two quiet bounce basketballs with a hoop on December 3rd. I reached out over 15 times in the past two weeks attempting to get an answer on where my items were. I received one response stating it was on its way. When checking the tracking, all it said was a shipping label was created.
Today I find a package in my mailbox with two horribly disfigured foam balls and no hoop. These items cost about $75 with tax and "priority shipping". The companies website has since been shutdown and their phone number is disconnected. I most definitely want to return this junk and get my money back.

I made a purchase online for 2 basketballs and a net on on 11/24/2023. I emailed the company about making a return and never received a response. I then found a return address on their website and returned the product at my expense. As a last straw, I received the packaged returned to sender. This company appears to be fraudulent and does not abide by the return policy written on their website.
