    I ordered this item on 12/15/23 with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. The item has not arrived yet and the last tracking update is from 12/27/23.

    This is a complete scam. I received a very small ball that does not bounce and is not even round. Delivery was delayed by 1 month. Very disappointed !

    My name is **** ******** from ********************, I orders a product called the "Quiet Bounce" from a online company on Dec 7, 2023, after numerous attempts to contact this company online, because there phone contact was not operational, I finally receive the product on January 7, 2024, at an incorrect address, the product was not at all as described, and all items were not received that was paid and ordered, I requested a refund, but again I received no response

    I ordered a basketball on December 18, 2023, and still have not received the basketball. I emailed the company regarding an update on December 29, 2023, and they didnt respond but the tracking status changed to shipped that day. There have been other updates in tracking that say arrived or cleared customs but there are no locations. I have no idea where the package is or if I will ever receive it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I am beyond disappointed in this company. Im feeling as though I have been scammed.

    December 2nd I purchased a gift for my son for $60.05. I quickly realized I wanted to buy one for my nephew so I emailed the company to see if I could cancel that order and add a ball. They emailed back and said yes no problem. They canceled the order and refunded me the $60.05 and charged me for my new order of $70.15. As of January 6th I still have not received the products Business Quietbounce ************************************** Both their phone and emails no longer work.

    On December 7th, 2023, I ordered a Quiet Bounce ball with a hoop and paid priority shipping- ***** * ***** ($62.53).

    I have contacted them multiple times via email and the phone number provided on their website to get an update but have had no response. I emailed them on Dec. 14th via the confirmation email and again through their website. The website states guaranteed satisfaction or full refund given.

    At this point, I would simply like a refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I no longer need or want the items.
