      I use the 711 app wallet to get discounts on fuel and to pay for car washes. On December 20th 2024 I loaded 65 dollars into my 711 wallet I then went to the car wash that cost 12 dollars. After the car wash I went to get fuel expecting to get 53 dollars of fuel which would fill my tank. To my surprise I was only able to get 41 dollars of fuel. I then opened my app and looked and sure enough I only had 41 dollars in there, So I then looked at my transaction history and the car wash that I had went through charged me 2x at 2:03 pm on December 20th. Its all there in the app so I reached out to 711 to resolve this. It is not the 1st of the year and still no resolution has been made. I just want my 12 dollars back in my app so I can use it for fuel. I have attached a photo of the double charges in the 711 app the same one they asked me to provide and still have done nothing to fix this issue. If I were to go to that store right now and steal 12 dollars worth of items I would go to jail why can companies steal and its not a criminal offence? If I do it I get arrested.

      this matter has been resolved and both parties are happy with the outcome. 711 gave me 2 free car washes for the inconvenience that of which I accept.

      Hi *********** hope all is well.I saw I had a $10 off coupon provided by chase&Doordash on the DoorDash app and used that coupon to place a pick-up order for 7-Eleven located at **************************************** at 10:55 am on 12/28/2024. After applying that coupon, I didnt need to pay anything for it. When I arrived at the 7-Eleven store at around 1:30 pm, the cashier refused to give me my order because on his system he saw the order was picked up at 11:00 am on the same day. 7-Elevens cashier let me contact ******** to solve this problem. I saw my order was picked up at 12:21 pm on Doordash app. I contacted ******** immediately via its Help button. The ******** customer service representative told me their system had marked my order as picked up automatically. They couldnt refund me or revert the $10 off coupon at this time. They would transfer my case to another team for review then they ended the chat. I expected they would contact the 7-Eleven store to explain what happened but they didnt do it. I got a decision that they denied my refund request on 12/30/2024. During this process, I didnt see 7-Eleven help me contact its partner Doordash, check their stock quantity, or check with their staff to see if anyone packed my order to solve my problem. They just let me contact Doordash and did nothing at that time. It took my time and I got nothing. It seems no one should be responsible for my loss. I believe I should get what I lost even though its a small amount of money because I met certain requirements to get the $10 off coupon, spent my time placing an order, went to the store to pick it up, contacted a ******** representative to try to resolve the problem. 7-Eleven charged money from ******** but didnt give items to its customers, but neither party cared about it.

      I received an emal from 7/11 to participate in a one-on-one interview on 12.16.24 from 2-2:30pm with ****** ********. I completed my 30 minute interview & was promised ****** points, within the week [which has passed] in the form of a gift card and have never received it. Initially I thought it was a hoax because gift cards come in dollar value not points, but I reviewed the email & found the interviewer on ******** so I did the interview which required my personal ******************* I've contacted 7/11 research team without resolve.

      My debit card was stolen and starting on 10/29 it was used at several of your stores locations. I filed a police report case # DB2400161. The case is moving slowly and I need my money refunded. I would greatly appreciate your help in any way I am pressing charges. I am also attaching my driver's license and would appreciate it if you could put in writing that *** not the one in your stores using my debit card.       My company concerns the 7/11 located at ***************************************. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS LOCATION ASAP. You have gang activity outside on a nightly basis. This has nothing to do with the area And has everything to do with the scum that you have hired for this location! Our whole town is aware. We know that you know your sales have been dropping over the past 2 months. This location has a 1.9 star rating on ****** the last time I checked. The fat black woman who parks her white Dodge Charger out front is a great deal responsible for the riff-raff that comes through here nightly. Plus, she has to park her vehicle front and center in front of the store, s**** the customer. I have not YET contacted the county, but that's coming. Store is filthy, bathroom is atrocious. Dirty, wet rags hanging out on countertops, food being sold undercooked, expired beverages, issues with gas pumps, etc. it's embarrassing that a location can fall this flat and this fast, shame on whoever local management is over this location. Good Riddance.

      I placed two orders from doordash to pickup at this 7-11 store. When I when to picked up, the staff told me that it's not this store and asked me to go to some other store. But after I left and checked the pick up address again. It's indeed the right store to pick up so I went back. This time the staff said there is no orders from me without any further information and left me there. I talked to a second staff there and they started looking in their system and then told me again there is no orders from me. I showed the proof on doordash app that the two orders were charged and this is the right location. Then they asked me to look for the orders myself on their machine. I immediately found my two orders on their machine and showed them. They chatted and worked on the machine for sometime and turned back to told me the orders were already cancelled. But doordash already charged me and the orders should be ready. 7-11 staff called their manage and asked me to talked to their manage. The manager was very rude and didn't let me finished a single question, just told me they can't do anything to answer any question and asked me to talked to doordash. The experience is very bad at this store and the manage and staffs are very rude. I just left and called doordash and they confirmed me that both orders showed completed on doordash system. So I were charged but didn't get any items I purchased!

      On October 30th, I bought a 7-11 based car charger for my iphone 14 at the 7-11 on *****************************************. Just a few days later of using this charger consistently, my phone began to overheat extremely and then became so overheated, it fried my phone to where it would not turn on. on November 5th. I went to a phone fix shop to get a diagnostic repair performed and they said it was completely dead with no way of fixing, due to the faulty charger I used from the 7-11 gas station. And because of this, I had to get a new phone that cost me over $800. I filed a claim with 7-11 insurance claims department on November 6th 2024 and since then I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I have sent over 7 emails and have called several times with no answer. When I was able to get in contact with a 7-11 customer service **** they gave me an insurance claim number and the contact information of the insurance company/person who picked up my claim to process. I have reached out to her numerous of times via email and calls/voicemail with no answer or returned communication. It has been over a month and because of this, I am out $800 due to a faulty charger. My claim number is #IC10009916585. The insurance agent who picked up my claim case is ************************ and her number is ************. 711 said that they sent it over to ******** claims but no one has any answers. Attached is the diagnostic report from the phone, the receipt of the new phone purchased, A receipt of the charger I purchased from 7/11, pictures of the charger itself (different angles) and a picture of the exact replica of the charger I bought (NOT THE SAME BARCODE but the same packaging and brand).I do not have the packaging of the charger since I threw it away, not expecting to have an issue with the charger itself. I also received a refund of the ***** charger but not for the amount I had to pay to get another phone due to this.

      ************** at the following locations are listed as "temporarily out of order" but the employee at the *************** store confirmed the machine is permanently broken, has been that way for 2 weeks, and has no idea when it will be fixed. I've tried 3 times between the 2 stores over the past 2 weeks and they are still not working.I called the customer service line and they are unable to send me the contact details for the district manager. ********************************************** *************************************

      I need my back pay released to me while I was an employee at store 7680 and store 7610 (Speedway) as I was not paid my bonus money for being a store leader/district leader trainee while I was with the company from April 2018 to August 2019. Attached is prior communication with the company as I called their customer service team yesterday with zero response.
