      On Sep 6, 2024 my husband was pumping diesel at the ******************* in ******* when fuel spilled all over his legs and feet due to a large hole in the hose. My husbands legs and feet were saturated from the fuel to the point he had to throw away his shoes. We filed a complaint with the corporate office of 7-Eleven and a representative, ******* *******, called me on Sep 12 to discuss the matter further. ******* stated that he was opening a claim with their insurance claims department, Sedgwick. On Sep 18 ******* ***** from ******** emailed me and asked for additional information; pictures, original receipt, and what damages were caused. I responded back to ******* on Sept 19 and provided all that was requested. On Sept 23 ******* emailed me that the settlement had been approved for damages in the amount of $238.45 and a check would be mailed within 7-10 business days. On Oct 10 I emailed ******* that we had not received the check and was following up on the status. I did not receive an email back therefore I emailed and called ******* on Oct 17, copying in her manager ******** **** to follow up and check the status. ******* or ******** did not email or call me back therefore I called ******* and ******** on Nov 6 and did not get a response after leaving several voicemails. I called the Sedgwick hotline and was transferred to ******* immediately. I explained to ******* that I had sent her multiple emails and left multiple voicemails because I had not received the settlement check. ******* apologized for her oversight and stated that she would stop payment on the original check and issue a new check and mail via *****. ******* stated that she would email me the ***** tracking number for my reference. As of today I have not received an email, phone call or any correspondence from Sedgewick or 7-Eleven. Please help me rectify this matter.

      The car wash malfunctioned and the arm dented in my car. I have it in dash cam. The owner is refusing to turn over insurance information. I couldnt upload the video because it doesnt support the format. I just want my car fixed. Thats it!

      This store rings up items twice and doesn't charge the correct price when ringing up items. And they never provide a receipt to explain the charges..this has happened to me almost every time I've been in this store. The provide no proof of sale or explanation of charges.

      At another visit this store charged me $15.95 just for tax and as I was getting rung up, the cashier started grabbing candy items from next to the til and ringing them up, these items are purposefully put there for this exact reason, these are more expensive items as well, also when I asked for a receipt first I was told no and then when I asked again I was given 3 different receipts all which were illegible. Except for the part where they clearly charged me $15.95 tax on top of the $12 payed

      If I recall correctly, Seven eleven started advertising about a month ago about there signature pizza slices being 50% bigger and offers a deal. 2 slices and a 20 oz cola for $5. Upon checking and visiting multiple locations including park forest, ******, ***********, ect., I found that the slices were in fact 50% smaller! This is considered false advertisement and needs to be stopped. Upon contacting customer service to report the issue, the representative would not proceed with the complaint until exact location addresses were given even though It is the sole responsibility of the company not the store owners. This was stated multiple times throughout the conversation with the representative. I have been checking multiple stores throughout the time frame of the listed advertising. I do not provide any photos of evidence due to the non permission

      On October ******. I tripped and fell because of a hidden wet floor sign. I hurt my left side. I may have permanent damage to my left hip. I went to emergency room in ********, ***. I got some paperwork from a ******* but have had no luck getting in touch with her. I sent in incident report like she asked. The case number is *******. I am seeking pain and suffering plus my medical bills be paid. I am planning on filing a claim in small claims court.

      Purchased a soda at 711 that was supposed to have been 2.30 the thief the teller charge 5.98 then when I check was for lighter did not purchase any lighters I was defrauded u believe it was done intentional

      A promo code was being advertised to me but did not work. I contacted customer service PRIOR to placing the ************ informed me that I would be reimbursed $15 for the faulty promo code AFTER I placed the order. Once I placed the order, they then refused to reimburse me for the faulty promo code, claming the promotion ended on the 12th, which is 1) not what I was told when I asked prior to ordering & 2) does not make any sense because I was being advertised the promo code minutes before placing the order (screen shots included). Like I wouldnt mind if they didnt literally promise it to me prior to me placing the order, but they did, they dont get to just tell me nevermind after I placed the order. I even purposely used my debit card rather than the money in my 7/11 wallet to make sure I would be refunded to my main payment method. This is so screwed up! I wouldnt have placed this order at all if they didnt promise me reimbursement! I asked BEFORE placing it!!!!

      Hello 7NOW Fulfillment Team on the 7-11 app,Thank you for your response regarding my recent order, but I need to clarify a concern with the delivery confirmation provided. The order may have been marked as delivered, but it was unfortunately not delivered to the correct location. My residence at *************** has a red door, which is very distinctive, yet the delivery was not made there.Since I never received the items I ordered, I believe there was an error in the final delivery. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter more closely, as it appears the driver may have left the order at the wrong address or a different door.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.       The store is charging way too much for grocery bags I thought in the state of ********** they were only $.10 they were trying to charge me $.40 for a bag

      05-31-23:my husband, employee of 7-eleven, was discovered in the bathroom at end of his shift and died when paramedics tried to save him. He died on the floor in front of the coolers at 7-eleven. The manager came to the funeral home and said 7-eleven would pay for the funeral costs, but a couple days later, she said, "no, the deals off the table". I was unable to bury my husband for several weeks.Her name is ***, she is the regional director for 7-eleven. She later asked for some of his ashes to spread in ****** along with her sister's ashes. she messaged me on my husbands messenger account, as proof she said the deal was off the table. The reasons weren't clear as to why. I eventually felt obligated to give her some, although I was very uncomfortable. I have been grieving for quite some time and wasn't aware I could complain to the better business b. , as I cant afford a lawyer, I cashed out my retirement to lay my husband to rest. I would like reimbursement for all funeral costs without going to court.
