      on 12/1/2022, I tried to use my debit card ending in **** (states refund) to buy drink & cashed out $100. The store terminal said "declined", it rejected the transaction. So I paid them with cash for my apples *************** of milk, no cash was given to me because the transaction was declined. When I got home 3 weeks later, I found out balance on my portal account it's less $100, surprisingly it showed $100 went through by 7-Eleven with same day I got there. On 12/23/2022 I came to the store & met ************* & gave them the letter request for refund of $100. He said the maximum store can let customer withdraw cash was $10, so I asked him to check on this transaction why it went through to my debit card. He went in office check for 15 min & said he will investigate & let me know. Until now, I have not heard anything from him yet. Can you help me to get $100 the money that the store unlawfully withdraw from my account? Thank you very much for your help.

      I went to the store to make a purchase and was paying with change.The girl behind the counter acted like I was doing something wrong.She said, how can you do this here'I ignored her and counted the quarters.As I was counting the quarters she immediately became inpatient and acted like someone was behind **** looked behind myself and there was nobody there.I continued to count.She called me a crackhead, said that my brain cells were dead and pushed my money off the counter.This is the only store available near me.Every other store has closed down.

      I entered a 7Eleven in southeastern ******** on November 25, 2022 and attempted to purchase an item. The clerk scanned my item, read the transaction total, I inserted my DEBIT card, entered my PIN - seconds later - the clerk tells me: "you don't have any money in this account, there's only $5.19". Unbeknownst to me, my employer direct deposit was delayed because of the Thanksgiving holiday the previous day. The bigger issue is the clerk being able to access my bank account balance, when I DO NOT have a 7Rewards loyalty account, I have a standard checking account through a NATIONAL bank (not prepaid) and this was NOT a gift card. Also, there are a few other factors pertaining to the store that disqualify this type of information to be divulged to store employees. I want someone to contact me immediately, my next step is filing a claim for damages according to data breach standards with the attorney general, which can result in damages up to $150,000.

      I went into this particular location to get coffee and the employee there are really rude and dont know how to talk to the consumers and many other patrons have experienced this behavior from 7 eleven staff overtime. Something needs to be done about this. If they can be respectful to Patrons then they should've be working in that establishment.

      The owner of store accuse my of taking **** dollars called me yelling and screaming and cussing..he said he look at camera couldn't find where I took any money but cause it was my shift he says it was me..now I have no job..and he had no proof..I need something done with *****..at **** *********** in ****** **..he owns the store .I was only back there two days ..

      I was trying to cash one of my lottery tickets and the clerk at the gas station instead of paying me out, decided they were going to use the money I won on my purchase despite me not telling them to do so. I informed 7 eleven if it happens again I will fill a complaint with the lottery commission. Same clerk has had an attitude with my self prior.

      - Cashier is not a manager nor of any higher power YET CONSTANTLY BULLIES and has a outstanding number of unhappy customers because he is so rude, lacks control of personal opinions at work, lacks control of his anger, and constantly uses calling the police for anything ranging from your card declining for insufficient funds, his language barrier between him and others frustrating him, he has made deraggatory racist sexist unfathomable remark towards men women and children and the local don't know who to report it to because the police don't do anything when we call. He tries to make owner/manager decisions. He even tries to tell you you can't buy certain things if he feels like he wants to be in charge of your purchases during one of his episodes. Its insane. He should not be able to work with the public at all. Oh and he records with his cellphone to get under people's skin and accused everyone and random people of stealing and tells select people who he ASSUMES usually out of racism that they can't wear purses or bags.

      Everytime I go inside this store when **** is working she always has an attitude with the customers. She doesn't put my items in the bag like her job states, she makes me reach over your counter to bag my own products. She never greets the customers on her shift. She is a continuous problem that I have for no reason.

      Transaction Date; 11/10/2022 @ 10:57am,Total Amount Paid for Transaction; $20.00,I inquired with the store clerk about purchasing an **** Subway card for $5.00 only. I handed a $20.00 bill expecting $15.00 in change... instead... the store clerk applied my remaining $15.00 towards the **** Subway card -without my consent.-////////**Store clerk REFUSED to correct the mistake.       We stopped into the 7-Eleven in order to get air for our tire. Our register in our vehicle showed that one tire was tire, left rear, having only 27 pounds (norm is 34 to 38). Our tires automatically fill, so we were concerned. We stopped and charged what we believe is $2 to our ***** As an aside, the weather was raining really hard. I tried and tried to fill the tire and the machine did not work (in an earlier part of my lifetime, I changed tires). I finally gave up and went inside. Two ladies were working. I first spoke with ***** who told me that she was new and did not know what to do. ***** and I then spoke to ***** (I understood she was in charge). I explained what happened and said I need them to help or give me a refund (by the way, they refused to give me a receipt for the original $2). She told me that they did not own the machine and I would have to speak with the owner. There were no markings on the machine other than a BIG 7-ELEVEN sign. She would not help and I believe was rude. All I wanted was a solution. She claimed that 7-ELEVEN had nothing to do with it. I showed her the machine and the sign. I was sad that she treated me this way.As an aside, my wife and I met in the original 7-ELELVEN (across the street), 38 years ago. We have been routinely using this new store to visit (good memories), utilizing their products and even having lunch with the prepared food and beverages in the back. Fun time.This experience saddens me that they could be more honest and take care of their customers better. Certainly in this instance.
