      This brand new gas station is showing prices for items on their shelves and charging more at checkout. When asked about the difference, some employees will simply change the price, but others are not willing to resolve the issue. It is bait and switch when you select your product and then the register you are charged up to $2 dollars more. This is gouging.

      They are baiting and switching the Small 12 oz Slurpee for the Medium and charging nearly double the price. In other words they are fooling the customer that the medium cup is the small cup and charging nearly twice the price. They always claim they ran out of small cups. My goal is that they should Deliver the small cups to the customer and stop robbing people. This is a health issue because people who only want small are forced to drink more sugar than they want to. If they are diabetic this could be dangerous. This can also lead to diabetes. This can also lead to weight gain and obesity, a serious health issue

      Hello.

      I came into your store on Saturday, May 7th on my way from Washington DC to Indianapolis. I purchased $40. Of gas at the counter and went to the pump and filled my car with Premium gas.
      Shortly thereafter, my car died on Highway 68. I was able to make it to the shoulder and sit for a minute and my car restarted. Two more times my car died before I was able to make it off the highway in Morgantown, WV.
      I checked myself and my daughter into a hotel for the night.
      On Sunday, May 8th I tried to find a rental car as I was due back to work on Monday. There were no cars around to rent. So we stayed an extra night and were able to rent a car on Monday. At that time, my car hadn't been looked at and there was not a timeline for when it would get into the shop.
      We drove the 6 hours home.
      Turns out I got BAD GAS at your store on the 7th.
      I called the store and spoke with the store manager, Mandi and left a message with her for the owners. At that time, she indicated that there was an 'investigation going on.' I left my name and number and was told that I would hear from the owners. Which hasn't happened.
      I ended up taking another day off work on May 13th to drive back and retrieve my car. 12 hours in the car - 16 hours round trip.
      At this point, I am out 2 days of work at my day job - $200. A day and 4.75 hours at my part time job - $14.70 an hour PLUS the cost of the hotel, food, tow, rental and repair. My daughter missed 7 hours of work on Monday - $14.00 an hour.
      I am not asking for reimbursement for the terror on the highway.
      However, I do expect to be made 'whole' on this.
      5/9 - missed work $200
      5/9 missed work $69.82
      5/9 - missed work (daughter) $98
      5/13 - missed work $200
      Hotel, repairs, food, rental, etc. $2,249.94

      My total expenses for this: $2,817.76

      I sent copies of all receipts via certified mail 5/25 and have heard nothing. I have left several messages, too.

      They didn't give me my money back and no product and it was an accident the baby push the button when I was in the restroom and it was a simple mistake and on the web is where they get you cause when I read it I though I was getting a refund or my product they just took the money

      on 8/7/22 10:13am I purchased a food item with my EBT card and I asked the clerk to give me a bag, he told me that there will be 10c cash charge for each bag, I said to him bags are free when there is a food purchase with an EBT card and It is a law. He said, "I don't care what about the Law, I must pay him 10c.". So, no bag

      They double charged me for a car wash. At the pump, the screen asked me if I wanted a wash. I selected "yes". Part of the screen was broken and you couldn't see it. After I finished getting gas, it did not provide me a receipt or any code for the car wash. Nor did it give me any sort of notice that it was charging me for a car wash. So, I pulled around and paid at the car wash. While I waited, I check my CC and noticed that the pump charged me. I went inside and let the attendant know. He refused to refund me for one of them. I contacted customer support and was told I would hear back from them in ***** hours but that did not happen. Their machine failed to confirm that it charged me and failed to give me the receipt with a code for the wash. I'm attaching the receipt that the attendant printed out when I went in to ask for a refund. I'm also attaching my credit card statement showing the payment and the pump and the second payment at the car wash. They owe me $9.

      Went into 7 11 with my minor child had a puppy who is a service dog in training the employee said is that a fuking service dog ..I told her it is and you are violating hippa laws I do not need to say more she continued to curse and scream I turned to the manager and said are you going to let this happen and allow her to speak to me like this ..they stood there !!! The employee who's pregnant came around the counter to hit me ..the other employee then proceeded to put his hands on my son a minor they spit on us ..I came between them and let him know he can not touch my son ...they proceeded to yell and threaten us till we left this store should be shut down they have violent employees a owner who is violent...my child is now in tears and scared for his life from retaliation...not only is this store unpredictable unprofessional they are violent and if they had the virus a.d spit on us we could loose are life..

      I currently have two accounts with 7-Eleven.One account is connected to my email address ****************** The second account is at [email protected] have contacted 7-Eleven repeatedly for several years to have my original account deleted. The last time I contacted 7-Eleven about my old account was in August 2018 when I emailed with "*********************** Customer Relations Liaison". After telling me he had "submitted a request to delete the account associated with ******************* the account remained open and further emails to the 7-Eleven customer support email address went unanswered. That original account remains open today.I contacted 7-Eleven's privacy department this month to request that a newer 7-Eleven account be deleted according to the **** and the privacy policy that I agreed to when providing my personal information.The privacy policy (found here:************************************************************) states: "You opt-in to the 7Rewards Program by creating a 7Rewards account. You may also withdraw from the 7Rewards Program at any time by asking us to delete your personal information."Today I received a response that states they were denying my request to have my personal information deleted as specifically stated in the privacy policy. Here is their response, "At this time, we are unable to fully complete your deletion request because of a legal obligation imposed upon 7-Eleven".Since the company is not honoring their commitment to my privacy, or the rights given to me when I agreed to provide that information to them, I am seeking to have all my personal information deleted from their systems and to have my accounts deleted.

      I decided that the job was no longer a good fit for me and quit my job weeks ago and I still have not been issued my last paycheck and was informed when hired we worked a week in the hole and was not issued my last paycheck like they agreed to when hiring me.
