      La quinta ********. Room was not ready at checkin. Second floor under construction, we're in rm 218. it was stressful. Broken machines in fitness center, room phone does not work. No coffee pot in room. I'm in tears. This is so upsetting!

      Worst customer service by front desk person (SK) and I wouldn't even give 1 star the way he gave response to ** and replied. We (7 families) stayed in La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham ** ************* Beltway (*********************************************************************) for Oct 7th night and we were travelling SAT to Niagara to ********** and we reached the hotel by 3AM in the 8th morning, so we called hotel and spoke to ***** who checked and confirmed us reservation is good and all rooms (2 Queen ***** will be available for us. By the time reach home this guy called SK was very rude to answer and took 1 1/2 hr to give us rooms, he gave only 6 rooms and said no 2 Queen *** rooms available and started shouting on us saying no more rooms and can't help with anything, even denying from providing us the extra ***s or sheets when he say have only King *** for 4 guests in that room. Also, he started discriminating us by saying GO TO INDIA your not belong to here moreover that guy is drunk and doing the job. We have called cops and they suggested to reaching via BBB. You can check CCTV camera footage around timeframe and check what happened. I need to make sure there should be serious action on that person and compensation for the time we all spent with talking to his guy at 3 AM after travel all the way from Niagara to Washington. Worst customer experience I ever faced in my entire life.

      This room is dirty, it smells. The tv doesnt work, the front desk will not help you, when you tell them you will complain, they just laugh. Usually other Laquintas are great, but this one is the worst!

      Dont be fooled by the 5 stars. This place is terrible. Would never recommend my worst enemy to stay there. Roaches. Mold. Water. Absolute nightmare and I cant even get refunded or compensated. Wouldnt even spend 10 dollars a night to stay there.

      Worst hotel room I have ever seen hair on the sheets dirty stained bath, foot print from a boot on the bed sheet, just over all disgusting, I will never use la Quinta again.no dial tone on the phone. I dont think it even deserves a one star. Its a shame. And that hair on the sheet was a black short curly one .. draw your own conclusions.***!!!!!!

      Stayed at La Quinta on 9/9 thru 9/12/2023, on the Loop 375 in *******, *****. It was an excellent stay. Clean room, the breakfast was very good. **************** was great. We felt relaxed and at ease.

      The La Quinta Inn in ********* University was so clean! It was decorated by **** and everything was beautiful and clean. I am going out of my way to find a bank to get cash to tip her. The breakfast was very good and offered everything a breakfast should have. Pool clean and bright. No bugs sheets clean fresh floors didn't turn my socks black!!!:This was a 10 experience in every way. Tks **** and La Quinta. ************************** traveling LPN

      I stayed at La Quinta in ****** at ************** on **********. Hotel and staff were great but my car was stolen! DO NOT leave your car. They say its safe and have security. I left when I flew out for 3 days. It is Not!!!

      LaQuinta **************************** ********, ***** This is the nastiest, worst maintained hotel ever. The hallways are filthy. A ***** walking across the bathroom floor. The tub has rust spots all over it. The furniture is dirty and stained. Cigarette burn on the comforter. The coffee maker doesnt work. The A/C rattles. Its just awful!I am a Wyndham Rewards member and a Wyndham property owner. This property in not EVEN up to Wyndham standards. Fix it or revoke their franchise.

      I stayed at a Perimeter Laquinta in *******. The bed was very hard. The enamel was peeling off the tub, looked gross.I stayed at a Liberty Laquinta in ********* **. One bed was so ruffled it looked like someone slept in it. Had to move to another room. Again the tub had peeling enamel so it looked dirty. No more Laquintas for me.
