      This hotel is awful do not stay in it. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. I saw two BIG roaches staring at me!! STAY AWAY if you don't want to be near roaches. Also other reviews have said they found bedbugs on their bed. I didn't experience bedbugs luckily but the roaches were there in their place instead.

      I checked into this slump hotel on July 30th after 5pm only because I was the victim of the bad storm and needed shelter my power was out, and checked out expeditiously the same day around 10pm . The hotel needs to be shut down seriously. I literally only stay several hours. The girl at the front desk I believe her name is ****** seen I was unhappy with my stay and charge me at check out $99.85 versus the $135.84 also my $150 deposit has yet to be refunded. On Tuesday a girl by the name of ***** said she would handle it and her manager name is ***** whoever this head scammer is every time would handle the cc portion. I call he is always busy doing the lords work let the Meth hear looking staff tell it, because its a lot of shady activity going in and around that place thats why I left the room was dirty digusting and the air wasnt working properly. Im calling my cc and reporting fraud because its evident these shady scammer people arent trying to refund my $150 and its all unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay at the location in downtown ************ off Washington Drug heads prostitutes walking around its crazy. They wont refund your money just report fraud to your bank or cc company and never stay at that death trap again.

      We stayed there from 7/13-16 and theres was black mold on our ceiling, and we arent talking a little bit its a lot and we could not move rooms as they were ***************** for the sold out ***** strings show we were there to see all three nights.

      I arrived at the La Quinta inn & suites in ******** ** Southside. Address ********************************************************. The 1st room was dirty room 218 then was transferred to room 105. My stay was advised it would $282.00 plus *****. They ran my card for $230.52 once them ran it again for $280.52. Then the next day they ran my card 5 times for $***** each per my bank navy federal. My husband and I only stayed here two day for a weekend. There room is $119.70 + ***** per night. I checked on 7/14/23 and checked on 7/16/2023. My trip was ruined as it left me with no money for food or gas for what supposed to a great husband and wife vacation.

      LAQUINTA IN *********** ** ON ******************************************* ! Filthy elevators and terrible service! This hotel is TRASH!!! Just try to get a problem resolved!! YOU WONT! They billed us $4 for COFFEE WATER!!! Then refused to give manager or owners name! Save your money GO TO HILTON

      Confirmation 88693EE017465 My wife and I checked into La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndom, ******* West, 6/23/23 around 5 p.m.. We were very travel weary and desperate for showers and sleep. I am sorry to rant about the room, but the further we got into this the more complicated it gets. First of all we were told we had the last of three handicap rooms and I have bilateral leg prosthetics making things like packing, unpacking, showering and etc. very difficult. Changing rooms did not seem a viable option after investing in settling into the room and showering.First of all, the air conditioner did not work well and struggled to get the room below 80 after 2-1/2 hours. Eventually, in the middle of night the night the temperature finally reached below 78. Even this morning as I type this complaint from the room 114, the ac is running full-tilt to maintain 75.Secondly, the bed-frame for the full-size bed is absolutely broken on one side and the bed tilts and clacks about 3 inches from that side when entered.Thirdly there is no trash can in the room.Fourth, there are hot tea bags in the lobby area but no hot water available.Fifth, the bathtub had a running drip the whole time. Fortunately, closing the bathroom door shut off the noise.Sixth, the pool was "closed until further notice".I won't mention number seven about the giant water-bug cockroach in the room I had to rescue my wife from... Finally, when I inquired about the advertised breakfast, I was told that it is not served until 7:30 a.m. at which time I will have ******* in the rear-view mirror.I asked the morning desk manager for the corporate number and email repeatedly and he only gave to me the local motel phone number (that rang himself) and would only give out the local email (that goes to him).I tried to reach ******* but the confirmation number given by the front desk and on my checkout sheet has not been accepted.

      We stayed at La Quinta in ******* this weekend, Very deceiving. The place was filthy. Inside the rooms and in the lobby.Ww have stayed at other La Quinta in the way to ***** from ******* and it was allway fantastic.I will probably never stay at La Quinta ever. It was discusting.

      Can you rank a hotel 0? I stayed in the ************* location and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The pool was broken, the first room had a broken bed so we changed rooms, in the next room the shower handle was broken so you had to line it up just right to turn it on (Im 45 years old and couldnt do it myself), a man was smoking weed in the parking lot and nothing was done about it, they didnt have towels for all the guests (we came as a baseball group), the key cards had to be reset every day by going to the from desk, the breakfast lady was extremely crabby, the ice machine ran out of ice every morning (does it even work?), the washing machine ate all our quarters, the list goes on. The worst hotel experience ever. Extremely unhappy. Will not ever stay in a LaQuinta ever again.

      La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham *** have bed bugs all over the bed. I got bites everywhere. After I found out the situation. I have noticed three of their front desk people including a supervisor. But after I told them how suffered I got from this. They only give me three poor little bag of alcohol bags. And the guy which is the supervisor was so annoyed when I was asking. They never informed the hotel manager about this situation and never responded back to me. I arrive hotel in the 2 am in the morning. I found out the bed bugs at 6. I only slept around 3 hours a day to deal with this. But they never gave me a solution and cared. I have to get medicine myself. I have been called them all day reaching out the manager, but he was never there. First time is saying he is having a meal right now and will finish in 20 mins. After I called again after 20 mins, they told me to wait for the next day. I am just trying to receive positive and easy solution for this but they never cared. Now I am trying to tell everyone about this and be careful when you live in this hotel. I got videos that a many big bed bags and small bed bugs moving in the bed even on my pillows. It was so disturbing and scary. I never met this before and I hope whoever saw this could give me advice how I can deal with this situation and how I get justice for this.

      We were having an horrible trip, broke down in a gas station. We were there for about 7/8 hours. Rented hotel with La Quinta Everything was wonderful. Got to our room, it was clean and cool. Had a nice night sleep. Never heard anyone. Woke up and had beautiful hot breakfast, eggs and waffles. Had a relaxing swim in a nice clean pool. Check in and out were very simple. The staff was personal, friendly and kind. This was a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Definitely would stay again.
