We had the crappiest room possible at the Dublin **** location. The first room they were definitely trying to hide a smell. The second room was a little better but not much. I would highly not recommend staying at this location. The manager on duty is worthless. They go out of their way not to help you. Unfortunately I had to give this a one star so I could write a review, I would believe their score would be a negative 5. They advertised free internet but they left out the exception it only works if you're next to the front desk That's completely worthless. It is completely clear that corporate does not ever inspect any of their locations.La Quinta Inns

The room was comfortable. Breakfast the eggs was not warm, very saltly, the sausage was not cooked all the way. I came early for breakfast before the crowds. The coffee did not taste good.La Quinta Inns

We arrived on Friday June the 16th we asked about our fur babies they said it would be a $ 75 charge and then turned around and said it would be $ 150 they lied about the rooms are nasty as all get out I had to buy our cleaning supplies and clean the room our selves there were roaches everywhere the bed was nasty had to get our on sheets just to have a clean bed the staff was very rude to ** we will never stay here ever again it will be the Hilton from now on like we should have doneLa Quinta Inns

1 starStayed at La Quinta *********************** in ************. The first room didn't have a working light in the bathroom so they switched **. The next room had dead bugs strewn across the bathroom floor. The side of the tub had a hole in it. The whole toilet area was dirty. The soap dispenser had mold under it. The bathroom door locked, but was able to be opened from the outside anyway. The chairs and bedding were dirty, the non-working blow dryer had a layer of dirt and one of the window latches was broken.The refrigerator worked very well and the staff were extremely friendly, but even considering that,WILL NEVER STAY AT LA QUINTA AGAIN.Review fromEllyn M

2 starsObviously corporate doesn't check in on their properties. Last night elevator smelled like weed. King room had 1, that's right 1 towel for shower and it was tiny. Which, apparently, is normal for a king room with 2 people. The room was set for 60 degrees when we walked in. We adjusted the temperature, but still shouldn't be set to artic temperatures, with no extra blankets. The bed was comfy 5 pillow types to choose from. There was something gross and sticky on the back of the desk chair, who wants to touch that? The electric sockets were loose so our chargers kept falling out. Decor was from the 80s. We used the fridge and it was clean. Didn't check the microwave. The breakfast area... Well. The bagels were good. The butter was frozen so had to microwave the butter to spread it. The microwave was disgusting. The hard boiled eggs couldn't be peeled and they ran out of coffee. Tables didn't get wiped off after people left. I would have rather gone to *****'s for breakfast. At least it's clean. Getting in and out was tricky, as not signed well at night.Review fromA. B.

Won't ever stay with La Quinta / Wyndham again. I made a reservation (online) for three rooms on June 5th for the night of June 6th around 5:50P. This was for a senior trip to ***********, **, and I had volunteered to chaperone.I was asked to change the hotel location (from the seniors) and called the cancellation number to cancel the reservation at about 6:02P. I spoke with someone named ****** (heavy accent). I explained the situation, and wanted to make sure that I could cancel the reservation since it was after 6:00P (two minutes less than 24 hours). After being on hold a time or two to speak with his manager, he said he cancelled the reservation and assured me that no charges would be made to my credit card.I then changed the location of the reservation to another location.June 7th I wake up to several fraud alerts on my credit card. I call the hotel and they tell me that the reservation was canceled but I was charged for a no show (about $450).If I had known I would have been charged, I would never had changed the hotel location. Now they don't want to reimburse, when it is obvious their man dropped the ball. Horrible company !La Quinta Inns

1 starOn May 5, 2023 we stayed at the LaQuinta in ****** ****. Terrible housekeeping and customer service!! The rate posted online was $65.00 but at check-in it was $170.10 because of an event in the area and all hotel rates were up. We agreed to this because we just drove 10 hours, were tired and we like the Wyndham locations. We have stayed in Wyndham locations many many times. In our room, there was a used washcloth on top of the shower rod, plastic pieces all over the carpet so it had not been vacuumed, and dust so thick on headboard I cleaned it myself so we would not breath it in during the night. I have pictures of this. Makes one wonder whether they even changed the sheets. The next morning there was no hot breakfast even though the front desk clerk said eggs, bacon and other hot items are served. I tried to discuss all of this with the front desk staff, but they said the manager was not available and they provided his number to me. He never called back. So, I emailed ******* customer service regarding the poor housekeeping, unkept promise of a hot breakfast and lack of customer service from that location. ******* said this is an independent location and they have no control over the matter. It seems that Wyndham would require certain standards to be met in order for a location to use their name. Evidently this is not the case so I will not stay in Wyndham locations in the future since I cannot rely on their name. We paid a premium for this room, yet housekeeping was terrible, unkept promises which could appear to be a lie in order for a customer to agree to stay there and poor customer service. ******* should feel embarrassed by this location, yet they chose to do nothing.Review fromJon I

Id like to report this business to the FL ********** of ******* This is a horrible hotel and it needs to be condemned and its ownership reprimanded. The original assigned room didnt have a working TV and a toilet that had rust and p*** coming out of the bottom and the 2nd room that was assigned had bed bugs. My mother is over 70 years old and disabled and was subjected to a horrible experience while at this property. Your staff and management should be ashamed of the conditions of your Rooms and facilities. even the hallways smell like smoke and mold. If I dont receive a full refund I will be seeking legal action.La Quinta Inns

1 star because of this incident. Up til then, I'd say 4 stars. Commercial hotel pool ladder (indoor pool). Unfortunately noticed this after caused a deep gash to a young swimmer. Needless to say fun for the night ended... and a trip to the ** needing stitches generating a bill to the parents. I can't tell for sure where the sharp edge is on the ladder. But caused deep cut entering or exiting the hotel pool. Manager reviewed the camera and wrote up an incident report.Why this was never corrected is beyond me. By the discoloration, it's been that way for some time.Not only is bottom step bent, it's missing a tread to prevent slippage. Underneath of the existing treads are plastic reraining clips extending through the step with sharp edge underneath. Bottom nut on outside of step rod is not a safety nut with rounded edge like the top step.Hotel responded saying it's a non-liable hotel.Never heard of such a thing.La Quinta Inns

**** **. Staff was friendly. Our room smelled, the bathroom floor was severely sticky, pink scum in the shower. Carpet and curtains in terrible need of be replaced. Most definitely not the same as other LA Quinta properties I have stayed at. This one was the worst.La Quinta Inns
