      Worst hotel ever! Poorly maintained, old, dark and free breakfast was terrible. Needs to be closed and remodeled. Tile in bathroom coming up and someone could fall!

      Horrible company to be a vendor for. The do not respond to emails or return phone calls. I would strongly have them prepay before selling the anything.

      We had an extremely horrible experience at this hotel. It started when we couldn’t get towels to take a shower morning of 4/18 from the front desk because they claimed they were out but the housekeeping staff had some on their carts. Those ladies wouldn’t give us towels because they said we had to go to the front desk.
      Then we leave to attend a funeral service and when we arrive at our room later that evening both our room key cards had been deactivated. When we went to the front desk the man working couldn’t explain why. Then he made some derogatory comments which made me upset as I was already having a rough day. He had no name tag so I can’t provide you with that but he was a white male with long hair and absolutely no customer service skills. There was also a white lady working at the front desk that started cursing at me and the yelled at me down the hall as I walked away. The entire experience was the worst I have ever had. Sadly, I’ve stayed at Motel 6 and had a better experience than I did at this location.

      I checked in and that process went smooth. Got to the room and was on the 4th floor with my 1yr old and my 6 yr old in a room that the windows did not open and NO smoke detector.A light that clearly had wiring issues as it would go on and off on its own so we did not use it. Everytime my family got off the elevator the floor reaked of Marijuana. Was charged for my room the day before check out which granted made the check out process quick however, noticed on my way home from our stay that they charged me an additional $169.13. Called them on Saturday April 8th to discuss the charge and was told it was for smoking. Never ONCE smoked in their room!! I walked outside rain or shine!! When I called I was told that the only one who could take care of it was the manager and he wouldn't be back until Tuesday April 11th. Called back at 9am and was told he was already gone and would return Wednesday April 12th and 7am. I called today at 7am and was told he was not there. That they did not know when he would return nor how to get ahold of him. I would like this matter resolved ASAP!

      **** * ******** **** ************* **. If I could i would have given location a ZERO star I would have. No idea where they got their pictures from, but it does NOT replicate this location. at first glance the outside is not taken care of at all…gave it the benefit of the doubt. Checked in and asked if we could have the first floor since we were 3 adults with large luggage. No elevator. He gave us first floor. Entering the building it stunk so bad of weed, garbage everywhere piled up in corners. Got to the room OMG. Carpet ripped and coming away from the walls. Actual poop smeared on the wall. Along with some blood stains. Hair all over the tub. Stains all over the sheets. Window was broken. I didn’t have the stomach to even look in the bed for bugs. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. He tried to blame me for asking for a first floor room. Seriously? Got my refund right away on my card was the only positive. Defiantly not worth $180 cdn. La Quinta should be assumed of having their name associated with this location. We are frequent travelers and frequent La Quinta. Not any more. Terrible disgusting location.

      My husband and I stayed at Laquita hotel last week in Franklin TN. We were on first floor. Room was very old and small. Bath tub was dirty and rusty around drain. Carpet in room was very old and looked dirty. Bed was even a little lumpy. We didn’t even partake in the free breakfast because of fear of uncleanliness. Would never stay there again.

      I stayed here last Saturday and was woken up to a bed bug crawling on me. So I went to the front and asked for a refund and he denied that and offered another room but why would I get another room at that place. So I had to pack up my things at 2am in the morning and go pay for another hotel. & also the room itself is not at all up to par.

      From the moment I entered the property I knew I made a mistake. The front desk girl that checked me in was shall we say abrasive. She was short and unwelcoming. Push papers across at me and told me to sign.
      The elevator is shifty and gave me pause. The hallways are a disaster area. Looks as if they took the standard LaQuinta carpet and wall colors, slapped them down and called it day. The walls were scratched to the extreme, poorly lit; all bad.
      As for the room, where to start. The chair had stains on the seat and what appeared to be maybe chocolate on the arm rests.
      The paint on the walls is scratched and thin. Looking like one poor coat of cheap paint. The corners and edges were cracked and open.
      The bathroom had cracked and stained sheetrock. The handle in the tub was broken off. The exposed nut was the only way to open the valve. The paint was sloppy and didn't even cover the wall behind the toilet.
      Will NOT be returning.
      To the person responding to these complaints. Don't bother, your apologies are empty and without merit.
      Update, “Mike” Patel did not return my phone call or make any effort to address my complaint. On to trip advisor for my next post.
      Two days after departure and several "notes' being left for Mr. Patel he finally returned my call. Citing personal issues as his reason for taking two days to return my call. He did NOT have any concern whatsoever for listening to the issues facing his property. Rather, he was more concerned with defending his negligence.
      As a public service I will be reaching out to the Louisiana department of Health, for all the good that will do; as well as the BBB. Finally I'll be letting the fine people at La Quinta corporate know about this matter.

      For my stay I check in with the front desk the clerk could not give me a receipt so she took my email address and I have yet to receive anything. The first night I complained about my room not locking and that you can push the door open and nothing was done about it so we had to stay in that room. The same night we had a disturbing roommate next door domestic violence. Second day comes and we ask about the update on getting a new room and clean towels and rags still no update. Come to find out they could not find me in their system. They gave my room away while I was out that Saturday morning and came back to no room. They finally put me in a different room but the bathroom tub did not work nor did the shower so I could not take a bath or shower the night. Sunday morning comes and I am downstairs trying to eat and housekeeping yelling that she just clean up I should be eating in the breakfast area take it to my room. The whole experience was a nightmare. I should be compensated for that whole stay. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable

      Thank you for your help but I received my refund but not the amount you told me I would receive. I was told 189.29 and I only received 161.10. I don't understand what is going on with this hotel but they are not being honest whatsoever. They only refunded me for one night and I still can't even get that whole refund. I'm confused ?? Please help me understand why??
