      This hotel in bad news! My **** Card had a room damage charge of $250 on the day I checked in 22 Sept 2022. This charge never showed up on my bill. I called the hotel about the charge after I reviewed my **** bill. I was told they needed to investigate it. I have been stonewalled repeatedly. Sent a certified letter which was ignored, a call to Laquinta **************** was no help. My advice, stay away from LaQuinta Inn and Suites.

      My stay was horrible! My husband and I recently stayed (Nov 2022) two nights at the La Quinta in *********, **. My first impression wasn't good as the lobby smelled like an old motel. We asked to be moved the first night because the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Where the lid attaches to the base was dried urine that hadn't been cleaned in months. The second room's bathroom was equally disgusting. Not only was the toilet dirty, there was clumps of hair all around. I asked for a full refund and they gave me $10.00. The general manager, ****************, refused to return any of my calls. I called the corporate office and they sent me back to the hotel. If I had left and went to another hotel I still would have had to pay for the room. I wish I could post the photos I took. The only reason I even stayed at this *** hotel was to attend a wedding and the bride had blocked the rooms there.

      My stay here was horrible. They leave door cracked in back but claim they watching cameras. they allow people to smoke in hotel room when this suppose to be smoke free facility. They housekeeper will clean your room with dirty mop and towels just to be evil. The front desk manager is very unprofessional in front of other guest. They have paint peeling in front of pool which is a hazard. They don't put wet mop signs on floor. They have roaches and they don't answer service calls. I'll never suggest this place while things are going this way!SAD TO SAY Let's not forget they are NOT KID FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY TO TERMINALLY ill kids. I'm a parent of one.

      Rooms are large enough but pretty old and not very clean lot of dust and because of the Wood and the carpet the general smelling is not pretty fresh, breakfast is basic but not very friendly staff for a hotel services except at the reception such is the most important. Localisation is not two bad but not exceptional neather. For the rate of 97 a night not worth it.

      Stayed at La Quinta in, it was unsanitary. Blood on the bathroom door. Urine on the sheets, bed, couch and carpet. Unsanitary smell of urine throughout the entire room. Absolutely unbearable. When I entered the room I immediately left to ask for a new room at which time no attendant was around. I followed up with the hotel and was offered no help. I finally spoke with someone who could not offer a refundz

      The first issue with this Laquinta was at check in. We reserved 2 family suites the day before our stay. When we got there we were told there was only one available. They gave us one family suite and 2 rooms. Not exactly side by side and we had to put the two teenagers in a room by themselves. The rooms were extremely dirty. There were black smudges from dirty hands all over the doors and walls. The floors had not been vacuumed. The toilet bowl hadn't been washed in a while. One of the rooms didn't have a doorknob on the bathroom. One of the rooms had a door that wouldn't lock. Two of the rooms didn't have blankets on the beds. I don't know for sure, but I think there were rodent droppings behind the toilet in the family suite. I believe the sheets were clean and the breakfast was decent with the hotel employee working hard to keep it stocked. The noise was awful as well and we really wished we had picked a different location. With the train, the dogs that barked, and the ambulances, we didn't get much sleep.

      Would give zero stars if I could. The lady two doors down from us came out with her pitfbull, which isn't even allowed at the hotel to tell me to make my kids who are ONE AND TWO to be quiet while her dog barked at my kid scaring him. She called the front desk and the hotel made ** leave because ** telling her to shut up because she's not the only one in the hotel and kids are gonna cry especially at this age. She called the cops and the cops by law can't do anything and said it's basically up to the hotel staff. The manager told ** to leave and said he wouldn't refund me. Wouldn't give me corporates number had to call SEVERAL people to get a refund. Complete ********.

      I will never ever stay at a laqinta hotel again. I had to cut my business trip short by one day because of a medical emergency at home with my wife. They are still charging me for my full stay more than $200 for the one night I can't stay. I went to the lobby this morning and there were homeless people sleeping in the hallway with no pants on. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

      The breakfast was terrible, the entire hotel had a nasty, mildew smell, and our room was really bad smelling with gnats and roaches. The room was so damp, the towels would not dry which caused us to ask for new towels every day. As far as staff, I don't think there were any employees that even recognized us except for 2 women that were working at the front desk during the late afternoon/evening hours. They were very nice and attentive and listened to our complaints from many guests. I honestly think everyone was just tired of always hearing complaints ( but still no excuse). The gentleman at the front desk ( an older gentleman) said he was the supervising manager which was in the morning didn't even look up or say good morning. He was made aware of the smell, no sanitizer in the gym, dampness (the towels wouldn't even dry), the bloodstained sheets on our first night. Also the outlets in the gym were hanging OUT of the wall, the few lounge chairs that were offered by the pool were ripped, There were paint chips on the outside of the pool, hours of the pool were scribbled out with magic marker and changed instead of making a new sign or simply leaving the hours the way they were. Our door deadbolt did not work and the manager was made aware of this on our first day, We had to remind them at the front desk about it and then they had a maintenance man come to fix it who seemed to be not so happy to have to work. He first advised us that the door locks automatically...I then politely advised him that the deadbolt does not. He did come back with a new strike plate and replace it, (the lock worked great after that). The key cards worked intermittently. I could not leave fast enough. We really wanted to leave on our first morning but asked if there was a better room available instead of leaving and were told all of the rooms would be the same. I had already unpacked our luggage and really did not want the hassle of moving to another hotel, so we toughed it out for 4 nights.
