Exeder finance has lost money orders sent to them tacking up unnecessarily unnecessary fees and adding faults amounts to the account ******************** refuses to find these money orders that they have lost the rating for Exeter finance should be worst of any company there's a reason why there's no corporate contact there's a reason why the CEO ***** ***** and the president ******* ******** dodge and hide, there excelation process is a sham, the company may be doing the best that it can with the selection pool that it has to hire from but these individuals are not qualified to really do anything a request to their representative ***** for a supervisor to call which that individual assured would call resulted in no call from the supervisor although the issue was fully explained and they were supposed to be finding the missing money orders... A call after that to someone who presented himself as a manager named ********* this individual pretended to take notes but refuse to take notes and either couldn't understand the simple request or refused the simple request to document the reason for the call and considerable amount of malingering on their part... These are the people that are presented from the standard 800 number the escalation process has nothing to do with corporate and any corporate number that you call one says it's no longer in service the other says this number is being disconnected or being discontinued and there's a reason for that.. it seems though that this person constants was more than willing to document some other type of narrative more conducive to the benefit of the companies error... These companies should be required to have a corporate representative and a viable escalation process mandatory...Business Response

I am not rejecting the response per se I'm just not quite sure what to make of it I wasn't able to access the previous correspondence it seems like they're response implies that I requested further investigation it would be nice to know why they are representative malingered while pretending to look at the records of the previous call when asked who the previous person was it all fairness I was contacted several times by someone from Exeter the problem was that it was just the standard regular customer number which means I have to call up act like I'm trying to find out about the loan listen to a whole bunch of other information wait for somebody explain that to him give them that person's name then that's supposedly go try to find them then they keep asking me how can I help you what can I do and I tell them I need to talk to that particular person had the person responding on behalf of Exeter just simply left a number with an extension I could have called them back although I did try through the standard regular 800 or ***************************************************************************************** if there's anything extra that's old other than the regular amount now would be a good time for me to know it or what they're claiming may be old in excess...Initial Complaint

This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the ***** which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so, they didn't follow the proper procedure in notating my dispute of the account, which is a direct violation of 15 USC 1692e(8), which makes this unfair practices. According to the ***** Im entitled to ***** dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights.I demand this company to delete this account from all 3 credit reporting agencies and compensate me for the violations or I will have no choice but to forward this to my litigation attorney who has advised me that the fact that they didnt notate my account on my credit report as consumer disputes as a violation that I am able to sue them under.Business Response

Took a loan from them 06/2018 for $14,900.00 +or-. ******/month for 80months 27% or 29% The 80months ended March and Exeter shows I still owe $******** + still some interest. I did have a few payments deferred to end of loan back in 2022. Then I havent missed a payment for 2 years straight, have also paid extra money on payments and when any payments were deferred some of the amounts deferred where paid. They put on my credit report that Im 30 days late when you can clearly see u made all payments on time *********,and 2025. Ive never had online acces a to my account, they have never contacted me or sent a single letter ever to me. Theres no way this amount can be correct. Ive paid into over $35,000.00 and still owe ******** they need to fix my credit report that was bs reporting late payments on me when they werent. Correct my balance, and I want someone from Exeter to contact me, person contacting me be aware of why they are contacting me. Ive called them several times recently and get nothing but automated responses and people I cant understand what they are saying and they dont understand what Im trying to explain to them. Having to repeat everything to 3 different people is redundant. These people are predatory leanders they have numerous complaints with bbb and lawsuits against them for ripping off customers. Anything the ********************** can do to help would be appreciated more then you know thanksBusiness Response
