      I went to Caliber and they did the body work great. However they killed my battery and when they used a small jump-box it blew my headlights and alarm system. Had to get it towed to ******* dealership. Now Calibre states if I get a diagnostic from ******* they will not honor warranty. I missed work and my flight. I am out a days pay and price of ticket. Caliber should be held liable for all damage and rental vehicle. Poor poor service and ***************** ****************

      Ive used caliber collision twice now ****** time they have impressed me. The team in Stillwater is very helpful with lining up rental cars for you while the repairs are being completed. The work that they have done on my cars has been flawless. Excellent craftsmanship at this facility

      Unfortunately my car was rear ended. Took it to Caliber Collision in Manassas, Virginia. When I went to pick it up there was a gouge in the new bumper and the alignment was off between the bumper and the rear quarter panel. The manager acknowledged the issues and said they would be corrected. When I returned the gouge was fixed, but nothing was done about the alignment between the bumper and the rear driver's side quarter panel. The next manager said it might be due to a previous accident, which it was never in. I was told I would meet with the District Manager. I showed up and they were nowhere to be found. I have filed complaints with Caliber and my insurance company.

      I got in an accident and took my car in on 2/16. I got a call from my adviser to pick up my vehicle on 2/28. I went to the shop to pick it up, then when I got there I was told that all of the lights turned back on when he drove the car to the front. When I took a look at the car, I realized they had also forgotten to replace the locked seatbelt, which is something I had mentioned when I first went through the damages with him.
      He later mentioned that he was trying to get the vehicle picked up on that day because it was the last day of the month and he wanted it to count towards February’s sales. There were several communication issues after this and several times that I was told that I would get a call and did not. I could go into detail, but to sum it up, I was told “probably tomorrow” for the next 2.5 weeks.
      The car was ready on 3/17. I picked it up, and I noticed that there were some issues with the interior of the vehicle. There is supposed to be a plastic piece that goes behind the door handle; this part was broken and placed in the center console. There are also plastic pieces that are supposed to cover the metal bolts on the seatbelt hinges; these are missing from both sides. I was also given my car back with 15 miles in gas left.
      Two days after I picked up the car, it wouldn’t start. When I tried jumping it, I looked at the battery and it did not look new, even though I had been told it had been replaced and I was charged for it on my receipt. The sticker on the battery said 2/21, which was the last time I purchased a new battery. I called and the manager claimed that the dealer must have sent them an old part. I have a photo of the battery and it could not have been mistaken by either the dealership or the repair shop for a new part. This job was over $11,000 and I think that it should have been treated with much more care and communication than it was.
      I emailed this to customer service and did not receive a response.

      I give them one star and they deserve 00000 because every thing about them very bad the people who own this company needs to look closer and watch they company before the company shut down . I will sue them and I will, higher 5 attorneys and I will spend all my money to teach them lessons because my car in they shop for 16 weeks and it’s not done they lies for everything’s that’s why they deserve everything Shity and after them i will sue my insurance company because they not better than the shity shop they offered me and i been driving rental car all this time and i pay for it from my pocket. Allot people give them 5 stars and I don’t know how or for what because I didn’t see anything about what they talking about !!!! What I see 1000 cars around the shop and this cars just setting for no good reason and I see the workers setting and social butterfly with each other I don’t know where is the owner of this company from all that and the most important thing if you leave bad reviews about this company they will dump you and your car and I am very sure I am not the only person who dealings with this company

      I do not know how this place is still open. I have seen better work come out of a flea market. Which is probably where they are getting their body guys from. There is no metallic in the paint. The body is wavy where it wasn't wavy before. Two new dents in the car that weren't there before. I have a sneaking suspicion one of the workers was driving the car because a friend of ours spotted it on the road while it was supposed to be being repaired. The clear coat looks like it was put on with a paint roller. Caliber Collision needs to close down.

      bad service, I was mistreated by someone there because I didn't want to repair my car there. horrible experienced with the staff there! I will not recommend at all.. please be honest with people after an estimate is done and approving if you are going to repair your car there.

      Took our car to Caliber Collision for body repair on the recommendation of AAA insurance. Spoke with ********************. He made us feel like our car would be repaired. Then he informed us our car was totaled. When we asked what additional damage was found that would cause the car to be totaled. ******************** refused to tell **.I feel he was being dishonest and deceptive. Why would he not tell **? Unless he had something to hide. The car was in above average condition for a 2013. I believe the car could have been repaired. Now my daughter is without a car. As she is unable to afford another at this time. I have never talked to anyone that refused to inform me of what repairs my needed. I would not recommend Caliber Collision.

      THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE A WARRANTY BUT WHEN MY TRUNK WAS HOLDING WATER ON THE ****** WHICH THEY FIXED. THEY SAID IT WAS A KNOWN DEFECT BY THE ********* NEVER DID IT PRIOR AND ONLY HAPPENED AFTER THEY REPAIRED IT. I ALSO HAD TO GO BACK AND STILL GOING BACK AND FORTH AFTER 14 MONTHS
