I took my Mini ****** to get fix after a rear end accident in September. My bumper and hatchback needed to be replaced among other things. When I picked my car up the lady there and a shop guy was out at my car and trying to paint over a gash they put on my brand new bumper. I asked what that was on my bumper and rubbed my finger across it and got wet paint on my finger. They tried to cover it up and not tell me but it was very obvious. They scratched up my new hatchback in several places on the inside and also didn't fully paint 2 sections of the inside of my hatchback. Also my rear window(that they replaced) defrost doesn't work and I had a reverse light out that is in my bumper. I took my car back to them to get all this fixed and telling them due to work I would need a replacement car while this work was being done. I had a rental car from my insurance when they were fixing my car so I shouldn't be out money renting a car since they didn't do their job right in the beginning. They told me they would call me and get me in the first week of Jan and I am still waiting for them to take care of me. Extremely frustrating!!

On 2/20/2023 I went to pick up my vehicle from Caliber Collision on *************************** around 2:15pm. Once I arrived at the body shop, I noticed the mechanics giving a vehicle that looked like my vehicle a boost off and I went inside to let them know I was here to pick up my vehicle (which had been in their possession since 12/26/2022 unsecured) one of their mechanics walked outside to show me my vehicle. I looked at my car (which was the same car getting the boost) and was told that I'd need to bring it back in to put the finishing touches on it (pinstripes), but other than that I could take the vehicle off the property. I dropped the vehicle off with a good battery and two 12" speakers with amps; however, that's not what I left with, I turned on the music to notice that there was no bass coming from my trunk! I pulled over to open my trunk and low and behold NO SPEAKERS, but instead some other equipment which was left in the trunk along with wire pliers that were used to cut my speakers. I called the shop back and spoke to the manager who told me that they aren't responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged on their property, but I wouldn't **************, speaker, and an amp an item that's part of the vehicle. They told me they could not do anything about it mind you there was no forced entry meaning someone had either left the vehicle unsecured and unlocked or someone had taken the speakers when they were doing work on my car. It was a setup either way because there's no way my vehicle that was supposedly left behind and electric fence missing speakers and no one knows anything. The car had been sitting unsecured for two weeks on their property before they began working on it, but you're not responsible for this setup? I am extremely upset with this company because I work hard for my things and for someone to just take my belongs and pretend that it didn't happen angers me. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

My vehicle was in shop for front-end damage which was very small. After 2 weeks my vehicle was done, I picked it up and the front-end was loose. I called to complain and got the general manager who stated a disgruntled employee was working on my vehicle. I immediately had it towed to a dealership where it was for 2 more weeks only to find out the front end was never fix ******** just replaced a part. I asked for reimbursement for the tow from the Regional Manager at Calliber and he agreed, I was never reimbursed.

They had my truck 6 weeks; estimate said they would have my truck 10 days: after 6 weeks truck was not fixed and they raised estimate from $3200 to $21000 ***** continually said she would keep me updated but I always had to call for updates. 2nd Body Shop said what they did was more harm than good. Please save yourself the heart ache and take your vehicle elsewhere: Also, sadly, this is a State Farm preferred shop.

      ****************, ********, **

Vehicle was delayed due to admitted damage caused in shop. Vehicle returned with >15 miles unaccounted for on odometer (tracked on VW app), unrepaired damage and PET HAIR in the cargo/hatch area (vehicle was detailed prior to drop off). So disappointed that we traded this vehicle in the following weekend (was a 2022 and we only owned it for 4 months). Front desk lady was nice and efficient, *** who took responsibility to make it correct was nice but didn't appear to care this happened. I hope it is just the Canyon road location and not a widespread company issue. Cannot recommend using them for repairs.

Had some work done after a deer hit our front passenger side. After getting the car back we realized the trunk no longer opened. Called and they wouldn't do anything about it. Car also pulled to the left very hard. Use any other body shop. These guys only care about getting your car done as quickly as possible and not doing it well.

I had my car repaired at their ******* location in April of 2022 due to being rear-ended. When I got the car back, my belongings were missing and the repairs were not completed. I was told I'd be reimbursed for the missing dash camera which also had footage of the accident. It is now December 1, 2022 and this has still not occurred. I called 4 times and never received a return call From the manager, ******. Last week, when I finally was able to reach ******, we scheduled to have them finish the repair on December 1, 2022. I was told I would receive a call to pick up my car before the end of the day and I was not supplied a rental car. No one has called or picked up my calls to the office and my car has not been returned! I am a working professional who is relying on my vehicle to get to the office and was told it would be finished today! This, on top of my lost items, unfinished repairs and terrible communication. I am outraged and pushed to my absolute limit with this location.

I had my vehicle towed to a caliber collision shop the 23 or 24th of September and was told it would take awhile. But.... I didn't get my car back until Oct 28th. Over 32 plus days with not a phone call. Stating why its taking so long I called Monday the 24th and was told it would be ready the 26th of October and when I called they said not until late Friday. And afterwards i inspect my car and its still dusty from sanding it down or buffing it. And the front desk lady. Not friendly and quite rude. Almost annoyed i was picking up my vehicle... i do not believe ill be using this establishment anymore. I used the old shop before. Ming auto has changed. I can see .
