1 starMy repair took a week shy of two months, our estimated repair date was changed more than five times and I have dates and the auto texts to prove it. I never got updated once on why it was ever changed I had to call every time on the day it was susposed to be ready only to hear something else was wrong or different such as "more damage found" which was the excuse used more than twice which begs to question how well the inspection was done in the first place. It was delayed another four days, changing the date twice due to an inspector not showing up to check a system but I never got a answer or a description on why it was delayed for so long in total. The fact I still have to pay adds insult to injury for terrible communication and service. Along with the fact my rental of 50 days expired due to their inspector no showing for 4 days so now I am out of pocket for those days on the rental.Review fromPatrick E

2 starsThis location didnt honor the lifetime warranty for work it completed. I have reached out to the management. The solution was they bought the replacement part and I would have to get it put on. I have called and asked to speak to a district manager and no response. I spoke with a representative named ***. She is some type of manager. But I asked for someone higher than her. If I knew this was the type of treatment I would receive, I wouldnt have taken my vehicle there. I been dealing with this since June. I received part two weeks ago. I still havent received a call back from corporate. I recommend people read the reviews and go elsewhere especially if youre not getting a warranty. I will reach out to my insurance company and tell them about the situation.Review fromBobby B

1 starEmpty promises and made vehicle worse. We were in a traffic collision. We were told by the at fault partys insurance to bring our car for repair to minor damages. After three separate events of being told the car is completed, each time pointing out repairs that were not completed. The manager *****, finally stated he would replace the bumper with a new oem part because he was tired of messing with it. We went to pick our vehicle up for the fourth time and the repairs were still not made, but made it worse. The body lines were not in line on the opposite side as the damage. We were shown the old bumper with the damage so a new oem bumper that was installed but still had defects. We were told give it time. Heat should fix it because the bumper is plastic and blamed Toyota.I do not recommend this business. This review is for just information as we took possession of our car before they made it worse. If you have the choice, please look around and find a shop that does better work.Review fromCarol B

2 starsFirst of all let me say that the staff that I dealt with while my car was at this shop were very helpful and courteous.. The issues began when I had a complaint about how dirty my car was on the inside when they finished painting the outside. I have a very light beige interior with leather seats and beige carpet and headliner. I took pictures before I took my car in mind you, but when I got my car back, the interior was filthy including the headliner. The molding was loose around the doors and it too was filthy. My rugs were dirty. The rugs were also buckled as if they had been loosed up. Why! There was a piece left off of my rear view mirror that I found in my cup holder, which they did fix. When they offered to clean my headliner, they left water rings on it which makes it look like I had a leaky sunroof. One seat was left unsecured. If I would have had an accident with someone in that seat, wed both probably be dead because the whole back seat would have pulled loose and flown into the drivers side seat. When I dealt with the manager, he didnt even want to look at the pics I took before hand and was very argumentative about what they handled and didnt handle. He promised to replace the molding , but never called me back when it came in, if he even ordered it. He kept referencing the age of my car being that it was 9 years old at the time, but Im the only owner, it had low mileage (******), and the pictures would have shown you that it was nearly immaculate when I brought it in. Last but not least, I had 30 day rental through my insurance company. It took almost a month and a half for them to finish a paint job only. So I had to pay for all the the additional car rental days needed. Thank God that the rental company allowed me to continue with the same rates that my insurance company had. But somehow I believe they are all in cahoots from the insurance *** the rental *** and the repair facility. Stay clear of them!Review fromJennifer B

1 starFaulty repair hack job on my vehicle ***** CRV. My car was hit and damage was bad. Took it in and they itemized the person at faults insurance for about ****** in repair. Didnt even hold up a year. They never fixed anything properly. The key doesnt open the door anymore. The fixtures on the windows and front bumper did not align. The whole front bumper came of driving on the highway with my kids in the car. Come to find out some of the parts ordered that were damaged in that crash such as the under splash shield bolt etc were never put on. This is fraud. To bill insurance for parts you didnt put on or fix! I took it back after duck taping it together for them to fix as they said it was under warranty if anything needed to be fixed or if something appeared it wasnt done properly. Now they are trying to say I was in another accident which I wasnt I almost caused a few accidents driving down from ************ with my bumper flying off and wrapping around my tire causing me to cross four lanes and hit a traffic cone on the other side of the car. Not where the bumper and bottom piece guard fell off. Dangerous. None of the plastic pieces aligned when I pulled over and looked closely. Bolts were missing under the vehicle and parts missing that were never put on. They have to be held accountable for allowing apprenticeship automotive body workers to repair vehicles poorly, inadequately, and not in completion.Review fromEdith A

1 starWarning to everyone Do Not to go to Caliber Collision of ***********************. I brought my car in twice the first time was because I had damaged the radiator on my 2021 *** and needed it to be replaced. On 6/3/24 and got it back 6/22/24 that same week 6/28/24 I was driving the car for 15 minutes and steam burst from under the hood. I thought the engine had blown up. I let the car cool down and drove it home very carefully. So I had my car towed back to Caliber Collision 7/1/24 ********************* called me on 7/3/24. ****** said that there was an oil, water mix and the rod had been damaged, there was nothing that Caliber Collision could do because this was out their expertise so should have it towed to *** of ************************** I thought that my car was towed to *** of ******. I had a rental car through ***** for 19 days. The coverage on the rental expired on the 7/16/24 I had to pay out of my pocket $800. Meanwhile, Caliber Collision had my car all that time, my car was at Caliber collision private parking I was informed that I could have it towed my car towed I was under the impression it was at *** being worked on. I had called several times.7/9/24 I personally came to Caliber Collision and talked to ***************************** who confirmed that my car had been towed.Caliber Collision had my car for 19 days! ********************* and ***************************** LIED to me about the location and status of my car. On July 19th, I went caliber collision found that it was still there and had my car towed to *** ********** service department. On the 7/24/24 the customer service gentleman told me that:There was an air pocket in the radiator hose causing the radiator cap to come off or caliber collision mechanics put too much coolant in the radiator. The engine was not damaged. There was any oil, water mix the rod wasn't broken.I'm a 63 senior woman on a fixed income this experience with caliber collision was emotionally and financially devastating!!!Goal compensation.Review fromCheryse T

1 starDropped my vehicle off and was told 5 days for repairs. It kept getting extended, until 26 days later, when I was told it would be ready. I called prior to driving over to pick the vehicle up, that it was not ready. I received no communication after the 15th of July stating that the completion date was going to passed the 17th of July. The manager did not seem to know anything about my vehicle that has been sitting in his shop for almost a month. I would recommend using a different body shop if at all possible.Review fromJake A

1 starIf there was a no star rating, I would've given it. Terrible experience all around. Horrible customer service and communication. LACK of COMMUNICATION. Several mistakes and issues were made with the repair and they were attempted to be covered up and quick answers given before they were even known. Ultimately I had to take the car to a separate facility to have them verify Caliber's mistakes for Caliber to pay for the fix and make it right. The timeline was 3 times longer than I was told. ******** excuses for the work not being done or not being done correctly. ****** was my service coordinator and he is inadequate at his job. Not capable of managing the experience. Highly unprofessional. After they fixed all the mistakes that were made they asked me for payment for the very first time via voicemail saying "this is the balance due, if you don't pay by "XX" date we'll be sending you to collections." The manager, *******************, got involved and also didn't take responsibility for the actions at Caliber. Highly disappointing experience all around. Will never, ever recommend Caliber and will tell people to stay far, far away.Review fromAngel M

1 starDO NOT go to Caliber ********. I used this company through my insurance provider. I was ensured I would be back to normal from the damages of my wreck. I hit a deer and obviously damages would happen to something under the hood. Although this company told me they are supposedly just a body shop my insurance provider and Caliber Collision assured me anything from the wreck would be FIXED including anything under the hood because its covered, that was the exception. I left and my car was SHAKING/PUTTERING. I assumed maybe because there was no oil in it since all of the fluid drained from the ******** with the deer. They didnt touch ANY fluid in my car, my coolant and oil was nonexistent when I picked up the car. They test drove it bone dry, this couldve added more damages to the car smh Im not throwing free money for it to not be running. I advise NO ONE to go here please. They want that money and thats it. Once that card swiped they said they werent touching my car. WOW but customer statisfactory is something they take pride in? I should not have payed close to ***** dollars to be leaving with nothing. Who is giving THEIR money away like that for nothing?! And even if Caliber collision doesnt do under the hood work it takes nothing to let someone know but they took my car and money knowing they werent going to touch anything under the hood. What a waste of time and money. I have been dealing with this issue from Caliber Collision mess up since 03/6/24 and its now 07/7/24. As of today my vehicle is deemed totaled.Review fromDavid J

1 starI recently had a minor accident with my 2021 *** X5. Despite the negative reviews of your shop, and at **********'s urging, I took the vehicle to your Franklin ******** for an estimate. The damage was on the tailgate, and the Service Advisor (SA) assured me that the repair would require replacing the tailgate with an original *** part. I was given a written estimate to that extent. Since that time, my completion date was delayed 6 times. 6. The car repairs took 28 days. On the day of pickup, the repaired area was scratched and hazy, and the ** had to take it back to polish it out again. The Store Manager expressed regret that I wasnt called when the change to my estimate and scope of work was made, but that was the extent of the resolution. He states that the work was done to State Farms standards. They were completely unwilling to do the work that I requested, even if I paid the amount in excess of what State Farm offered to pay. I've contacted corporate 3 times, and they've never replied.
