This company is a rip off I had money coming out of my account for my grands ********************** policy automatically and some months they would only take out enough for 2 policies when I had enough in my account for all 11 kids and twice they've charged me twice in one month stating I didn't pay for that month so when I called and canceled the policies I were told that they would email me the paper work to get a refund back and I never received the email and now they are telling me something all together different like I could only get a refund in the first 30 days which they never told me ******** I'm truly thinking about finding me a lawyer to look into this because I feel as if it wasn't my fault cause I had the money in the account and they chose not to take it out. Just a whole mess and I feel like I've been scammed and if I could give them a half of star they will get it.American Income Life Insurance Company

This company is a joke and so is their agent ****. My wife in 1 weeks time frame has been charged already 3 times in 1 week which is an outrage and she is literally in the negative due to this company and the payments started at once a month, then twice a month and now 3 times in a week. We had paid for life insurance for more than 10 years and when we called to surrender the policies we spent almost 4 months back and forth with emails and calls. I was not sent the forms they required for several weeks, even though they would say on several phone calls that it would be emailed right away. After getting forms and submitting, I repeatedly got replies that they could not open PDF attachments and I was told they were missing information, which was on the already submitted emails. Finally, after 3 months, I mailed the forms certified so that I could prove they received them. Finally, after they unprofessionally handled all this and kept my money for an additional 4 months, they did indeed send my the surrender value of the policies. These people are the worst! They call and harass you every year, force you to meet with them over zoom, make a world of promises to you and never meet any of them. I like the countless others have been trying for MONTHS to "surrender" my policy and same lines "We'll be emailing you a form to cancel" I never receive anything these people say they are going to send. I have called numerous times talked to many different "experts" and each one claiming it so odd that I've had so many issues. Apparently they don't read the BBB comments because the issues I am having seem more common than they like to admit.American Income Life Insurance Company

Why has this company not bene put out of business, just had call, they being persistent on a zoom call. I got a cancer policy 4 years ago. I took the papers to my other health Insurance man, he said they were a reputable company. After the call today from them, and ready the BBB report. This company is pure trash. Everyone Ive spoke to on the phone has lied. I called to cancel earlier this year. They talked me into a reduction of coverage for a reduced premium, which I agreed and in return they removed my account from automatic billing and upped my monthly payment only to tell me three months later that I am no longer covered and that I owe them $600. Every time I call the one ************************************************************************************************** I have to deal with my direct office. They never returned my phone calls and when they do, I think theyre going to help me, but theyre only trying to sell me additional coverage or for my family. I have been paying nearly $200 a month since April 2023 until January 2025 for coverage that I never truly agreed to their nonstop phone calls harassing my family. This is not the way an insurance company should operate and when you call the one 800 number for help they do nothing or they lied to you, which is worse Steer clear away from them. Im going to have some words with my credit union who set me up with this company.American Income Life Insurance Company

We are so disappointed with this company. Unethical is an understatement, it's worse than joining the gym when it comes to cancelling.We cancelled March 11, 2025 and were told that they would email the cancellation because they needed a wet pen signature for it to go through, no email received and no mail cancellation, tried calling multiple times over the next few weeks and following up with the MANY - and I mean MANY calls and texts that they send trying to upsell you and add on NEW POLICIES - not new rides, actual additional policies as when we called AGAIN and finally spoke with someone we were informed we have three other policies. Find out they billed us again in April AND sent a collection invoice for April, when we cancelled in March.Trying to get a refund for the additional ********. This company sounds good, like they are there for you should you have to go to the hospital etc, had several hospital visits with the kids and got NONE of the reimbursement because their process is so convoluted. Call you MULTIPLE times a day to review your policy - it's always an UPSELL. They will call back repeatedly and not take no for an ********* NOT - I repeat DO NOT sign up with this company. It sounded like a good alternative to a benefits package as a small business owner without said coverage, and it's been quite the ****. I do not know how they have a A+ rating on BBB, this draws into question the integrity of BBB given such a low overall rating per customer reviews.American Income Life Insurance Company

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMPLACE ELSE! Did not pay out upon death. Left my kids and I homeless after waiting for payout. Never paid out. Was told whole life paid out no questions asked. They took my money even took money over a year after his death for kids policies. Left homeless and lost my children as well. Begging any family out ther reading this don't purchase with them it's lies they tell you then when tradgy hits they could care less for their people they service it's all about a sale and seeing if there's anyway to get out of providing for you.American Income Life Insurance Company

This place is horrible to deal with. Managed to cancel asked multiple times over multiple calls if there was a cancellation fee. Was repeatedly told no. Just got a bill in the mail for cancellation. Stay as far away from this hack job company as possible. Absolute joke that will upsell you, call non stop to try and get more and will not even try to ****** the product to your needs.
