This place is horrible to deal with. Managed to cancel asked multiple times over multiple calls if there was a cancellation fee. Was repeatedly told no. Just got a bill in the mail for cancellation. Stay as far away from this hack job company as possible. Absolute joke that will upsell you, call non stop to try and get more and will not even try to ****** the product to your needs. After a conversation with the agent I was promised a. ****** policy. I was only given a 2200 policy. I told the agent no after I found out that it was a bait and switch policy. I did not want this policy. This company took premiums out for 77 a month for a 2200 policy. Now Im being told I have to sign a cancellation letter for a policy I did not want. As for my premiums Im will not get refunded. Bad company to do business with.American Income Life Insurance Company

DO NOT DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH THIS COMPANY. We had automatic direct deposits come out of our account. Every time it was time to renew they would call like major old school bill collectors with extra pressure to upgrade our accounts to basically pay more money monthly. 4 years later we were extremely fed up and requested to cancel completely. Even after we canceled our account was still charged. I had to call back and waited on hold for almost an hour. We was able to speak with ****** at extinction ******* in the cancellation department. And was advised that our account was not supposed to be charged again. She then advised that this matter would be looked into and that we should be contacted back and that we should receive a check in the mail. Almost 3 weeks later we received 2 bills in the mail instead . 1 for $393 and the other for $382. If doing business with this company is this much of a headache I wouldn't want to know how much of a headache it would be for our families if a payout was due. 0 stars not recommended.American Income Life Insurance Company

-5 stars This company is the most unethical, unreliable, and fraudulent business I have ever encountered. After having a policy for over 10 years, I decided to switch to a different provider and have been trying to cancel my policies for over two months now without success. Every time I reach out, I am told that they are canceling/processing my cancellation and I should see the check in the mail in 3 to 5 business days. When I call a week later, they are still in the same position and it still has not been processed. Worst experience ever! This company deserves a zero rating. They take advantage of the elderly and manipulate them into purchasing policies. When my dad contacted the agent to cancel his policies and stop all automatic drafts immediately, he was told a cancellation form would be sent to him for signature and return. Were still waiting on that form. This companys shady business practices should be reported to every state insurance commissioner and held accountable.American Income Life Insurance Company

I also tried canceling my policy the day after I received it and I was told I didnt return it soon enough and I would not get my $900 back. They argued about the day I received it yet. They never sent it certified to prove what day I received it. Weve had major issues with the ************** delivering items, 20 to 30 days late at times. I did nothing wrong yet they refuse to give me my money back. They wont call me with updates which means I have to call them and be put on hold for 30 to 40 minutes before anyone ever answers the phone each time. My next step is to involve my congressman. They need to be put out of business. Maybe we could all start a class action suit against them.American Income Life Insurance Company

If I could give AMERICAN INCOME NATIONAL INCOME LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY A NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD.Terrible company and even worse customer service. tried to cancel a policy after my dad passed that he had taken out for his grandchildren. Started this in January and it is now MARCH almost APRIL. Everytime they ask me for paperwork I submit it same day and then call back a week later and they ask for more paperwork. Couldnt cancel the policy until it was transfered into my name, mean while they contiued to debit my decesased fathers bank account. Once I finally stopped those payments from coming out by going to the bank to pay for a stop payment, they then debit the monthly amount from the overall cash policy and take months intentionally in closing it. They told me its cancelled and a check is in the mail. after submitting paperwork multiple times for three months, We will see.American Income Life Insurance Company

Ever get a call from ****** **********, run. I was originally sold life insurance by another salesman who was very good, explained everything and gave me every bit of information I needed before we went forward. Then about a year later I started getting calls saying my policy was at risk if I didnt get on a quick call to go over my policy information. In that process I was transferred to ****** who lied and said he worked close with my original salesman and not to worry. In the process I did not realize another policy was being added which more than doubled my monthly cost. Seems this company has a reputation for this exact time of scam and I just happened to fall victim to it. Very sad because my original encounter was very good and easy to deal with, now I just have a bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing and will be waiting to get a response about if Ill receive any refund for a policy I did not want or needAmerican Income Life Insurance Company

Was a customer for 5 years,had to cancel for personal reason they told me they were going to return my money I gave 100s of dollars every month,paper work after paper work for 4 months waiting and all I got back was $12.30,these people are scumbag and thiefs just like their father ****** *****,do not trust them!American Income Life Insurance Company
