      They are taking payments and applying them to interest and failing to tell people they can apply the payment to principle only. Hidden at the bottom of the payment page is small print stating apply payment to principal only hidden so you can't see it. This is deceptive advertising.

      This is in response to the review submitted by ***** ********, against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC), regarding her website remitted payments, principal, and interest balance.

      It Is Important to know, on a simple interest contract, finance charges are calculated based on the unpaid principal balance of the contract. As each payment is made, the payment amount is applied toward the finance charges that have accrued since the last payment was received. The remaining portion of the payment is applied in accordance with the terms of their contract.

      With respect to the website payments, our records reflect on January 03, 2023, she successfully remitted a principal only payment, for $800.00. We understand that Ms. ******** found our website to be lacking information, and we appreciate the sharing of her experience our website structure as she helps us identify areas that may need correction or improvement, which will allow us to continue to strive towards providing extraordinary service to all of our customers. Our website does allow for submissions of principal only payments, however, customers may not only make principal only payments and meet their contractual obligations.

      How can this **************** get a A+ rating with ONE star review? They told me 2 months ago I was to receive a refund of over $15K that after 14 phone calls, 4 "supervisors" lying to me and worst "customer service "EVER!! NO check!!

      I have never seen a company that doesn't care about relationship with their customers like Toyota financial. I wish I had been warned about this to stay off. My payment was late for one day even thou the balance was paid off to zero by the next day. The reported my account as delinquent and this has impacted my score greatly. The customer service representatives are so rude and uncouth that it's near impossible to get any help from there. I had called multiple times and this is a very terrible way to threat a customer. I have had no missed payment for the past 5 years that I had been with them. I wish there was something less than 1 star. I will advise anyone to stay away from this company, I wish someone told me this too.

      I recently purchased a Toyota vehicle through a lease-end buyout. The process has been a nightmare. They took over a month after receiving a check from the bank to send the title to the bank. They did not include a bill of sale with the title. I tried to register my vehicle and pay my sales tax but could not without this document. I called and requested the bill of sale, and a month later, still did not receive it. My bank sent me, supposedly, all the documents I would need to title the vehicle, but I was turned away again because there was no bill of sale. I call Toyota back -- all of a sudden, they can fax the bill of sale to the *** within a 90 minute window. Why couldn't they just do that a month ago? These people have wasted a lot of my time -- two trips to the *** and several hours of phone calls between Toyota and the bank. In the meantime, I'm driving around an untitled, unregistered vehicle because of their incompetence. ****** learned from this experience: Never lease a vehicle from Toyota, never buy out a leased vehicle from Toyota. I guess the cars run forever. Their Financial Services are a disaster to deal with.

      This is in response to the review submitted by Ms. ********* **** against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC), regarding her concerns with receiving the Bill of Sale for her purchased lease.

      Our records indicate Ms. **** contacted Toyota Financial Services (TFS) on September 26, 2022, requesting a copy of her Bill of Sale be sent to Apple Federal Credit Union at their mailing address.

      Our records reflect Ms. **** contacted Toyota Financial Services again on October 24, 2022, requesting her Bill of Sale be faxed to the Department of Motor Vehicles at the provided fax # **********. Ms. **** also requested for a call back once her fax request was completed. On October 24, 2022, our Title Resolution team contacted Ms. **** via phone and informed her the fax request was successfully completed. Unfortunately, due to an inadvertent error identified internally, Ms. ****'s Bill of Sale was never processed and released with the title documents on September 14, 2022.

      We regret to learn of the delays that took place with Ms. ****'s Bill of Sale and her experience with our agents while attempting to gain a better understanding of receiving the Bill of Sale, but we hope to have addressed this matter amicably. If Ms. **** has any further questions, she may contact our Customer Service Center directly at **************, Monday through Friday.

      We bought our 2021 Camry in October 2020 and been making payments ahead of time even 2 months ahead of billing dates. First we were sending the payments to ************ ** somehow our payments would get lost even though its tracked to its destination ,Then a rep from TFS told ** to send payments to ************ ** and now again it seems 1 of our payments is lost and i have asked for a manager or director to call me i was told the other day i would contacted with in 48 hours no call yet!

      This is in response to the review submitted by **** ********, against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC), regarding a missing payment on his account.

      First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration Mr. ******** has endured when contacting our customer service center regarding his missing payment. Our records indicate on August 09, 2022, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) received a money order from Mr. ********, in the amount of $787.00, which was inadvertently misapplied to an account. We have located Mr. ********'s payment and subsequently requested an adjustment to apply the funds to his account. Once the payment adjustments are completed, we will apply the payment to Mr. ********'s next payment due on November 13, 2022.

      Paid off my 2017 RAV4 on 9/12. It is 10/3 and I STILL don't have my title while someone has been patiently waiting to buy it for over a week. Nobody can give me any info other than that it was sent 9/26. The title should've been in my hands shortly after my payoff processed.

      My auto payment got process 2 days early I could of have overdraft fees if my direct deposit didn't came in 2 days early this time. When I try to call them for an explanation the guy that answer the phone keep bring up there was 2 auto payment setup , first what does that got to do with them processing the payment 2 days early , 2nd there are only one auto payment active the other one was cancel right away and it got nothing to do with why they are processing my payment early than he keep denying it that the payment never got processed on Saturday,October 1,2022 after he keep bringing that up than he change the subject again and ask for proof and trying want me to submit evidence to their fax number which got nothing to do with the explanation. And the bank normally leave it as pending for few days before it is actually posted on the account but they will deduct the amount out of your account even when it is in pending which can cause me to get overdraft

      This is in response to the review submitted by ****** ******* against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC), regarding his dissatisfaction with processing the most recent payments on his account.

      It is important to know our Pay Online feature is a customer-controlled payment method and payments are debited as authorized by our customer online. Our records reflect on August 15, 2022, Mr. ****** created a recurring payment profile on our website for $467 to debit on the 3rd of every month for the life of his contract.

      Please know, our systems are designed so that all recurring payments will be in a pending status one day before the payment date. After carefully reviewing Mr. ******'s online activity, our system reflects his October 3, 2022, payment was transmitted (pending) with his financial institution on September 30, 2022, since October 1 and 2, 2022 were non-processing days for the bank.

      The exact same thing that happened to ****************** happened to me. I was not informed my monthly payments would be increasing after moving (forcibly during a military PCS). I called 2 days prior to my deployment with the 101st Airborne in the wake of the ******* Crisis to ensure that everything was good with my account and would remain goo. During this entire time, my auto-pay never changed, and I was never informed that my payment would increase due to tax differences between states. No problem, it was only $30. I could have easily increased my auto-draft. My credit score has been demolished. I would still never have known if I hadn't set an alert on my credit score. They didn't even contact me

      First and foremost, we would like Ms. ** ****** ****** to know that Toyota Financial Services (TFS) does not condone unprofessional interactions or inappropriate behavior towards our customers, including misinformation provided by our team members to our customers. Rest assured, all phone recordings have been reviewed on Ms. ** ****** ******'s account, and any instance of unprofessionalism discovered has been reported to the appropriate management team.

      terrible, more than 50 days $52000 money stock on 2 cars title and they still didn't release the title. base on California DMV code the finance company has 15 days from the date they received the found to release the title to finish the document and provide the title to buyer. or there is some penalty. I am gone make the lawsuit against TOYOTA / Lexus financial and I am looking for more victims to make class action
