This Corporation uner its many Umbrelas practices Out of Trust sales by allowing their dealerships To transfer the "floor plan" loans to the consumers not releasing the ****** and ****** a lean against the vehicle due to the dealerships pocketing the money received from the consumer through Negotiable instrumen/Contract/PromissoryNote. Then toyota financial repossess the vehicle from the consumer because of the dealership never sending the proceeds from the sale to manufacturer/financing CORPORATION/. It's hard to see but look up Selling Out of trust by dealershipsand it will all make perfect sense.Toyota Motor Credit Corporation

This is in response to the review submitted by **** *****, against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC), regarding their dissatisfaction with their dealership experience.
Toyota Financial Services' relationship to the dealer is that of a financing source, similar to a credit union or a bank, and the dealership is an independent business entity over which TMCC/TFS has no control. Furthermore, TFS is not involved in the negotiation process between customers and the dealership. However, we are unable to locate a TFS account, based on the information provided in their complaint. We encourage Mr. ***** to review his finance contract to determine the financial institution with whom he is financed, and if TFS is his auto loan finance company, he may contact Customer Care Team, Monday thru Friday, at ************ to additional information.

It's been 4+ months since my vehicle pay-off and I still do NOT have my title to date. Numerous calls have been made and every single representative has provided misinformation and made false promises about sending out my title "overnight". They will continue to spew lies to boost their performance reviews. Completely unreliable service, I am 100% deterred from ever using TFS again. This is in response to the review filed against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) by ******* **** regarding his experience while attempting obtain his title.
First and foremost, we would like Mr. **** to know that Toyota Financial Services (TFS) does not condone inappropriate behavior towards our customers, including misinformation provided by our team members to our customers. Rest assured; any concerns have been reported to the appropriate management team for coaching.
Our records reflect, on September 29, 2022, Mr. **** paid off his above referenced account and TFS originally released the lien on October 7, 2022; however, the California DMV rejected the release, and our internal team has been working with them since.
As of February 21, 2023 our team has mailed the title to Mr. ****'s address on file, we do have to advise and inadvertent error happened and his title did not got out via Fed Ex as previously promised. We respectfully ask that he allow seven (7)- ten (10) business days for the title to arrive.
TFS strives for excellence in its customer satisfaction and we sincerely apologize for the information Mr. **** received from our team members in regard to his title. Upon review of the information provided to Mr. **** during multiple calls into our CSCs, we sent Mr. **** a $100.00 a token of our appreciation for his business, and patience. Mr. **** can expect to receive this, by mail, under separate cover. If Mr. **** should have any further questions or concerns regarding her TFS account, she may contact our Customer Experience Center directly at **************, Monday through Friday.

This place is a absolute **** ****. I've been transferred 15 times TRYING TO PROCESS A PAYMENT that nobody can seem to navigate who I'm paying. I am extremely Iritated with the choice of these people they have working their call center, ITS A ABSOLUTE JOKE but they are able to take the monthly payments out of my account with no questions asked. I've asked for a supervisor to assist me and every rep declines me to a supervisor, I GET NOWHERE BUT MORE FUSTRATED EVERYTIME I CALL!!!! First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration Mr. ****** endured when contacting our customer Experience Center regarding his payments.
Our records reflect on February 21, 2023, Mr. ****** contacted Toyota Customer Care. Mr. ****** was able to remit a $1000 payment towards his balance and agreed to make an additional payment on March 30, 2023, for the same amount. Mr. ****** erroneously transferred to the wrong department when calling Customer Care. Please note, we have requested to update his account status, and it will corrected within the next 24 hours. We encourage Mr. ****** to call us after that time for assistance with any additional payments.

The worse company to deal with ever! I have been getting charged late fees for over a year and no one can explain to me why. Every representative is not helpful and blatantly rude, just awful!!! Mind you it took five phone calls to even get a representative to talk to. I purchased a vehicle through Toyota and had the Toyota app installed on my phone at the dealership. I processed for the first time a payment through this portal but no confirmation was ever received. After waiting 48 hours and confirming online that there was no scheduled payment, I received notice that my account was past due and I then scheduled a payment online. 1-2 business days later Toyota withdrew both payments. Upon calling (notably frustrated) I was told it was my fault, that I downloaded the wrong app, there was nothing they could do to help other than to mail me a check that would take 10 business days to refund despite the funds being taken via ****** had no money to pay my rent at 6 months pregnant due to this. I escalated and spoke with someone who submitted the request for review to mail 2 day air ***** and was advised to call back to see if it was approved. I called back, was instructed to upload photos of my bank statement so that they could expedite the approval upon TFS instruction. She stated it was approved after a brief hold. I never received the funds via *****. I called one last time and was told "we don't know why they told you they mailed it overnight because we don't do that. We put it in the regular mail and you need to wait 10 business days." I asked for an immediate resolution as again I needed to pay my rent and they refused and also told me the representatives never advised it would be two day air (calling me a liar essentially) despite it being on record. When I asked for proof they told me their notes are for their staff only. I still have not received my money to date and am now figuring out what to do at 6 months pregnant for owing rent.Toyota Motor Credit Corporation

This is in response to the review submitted by ********* ******against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) regarding her concerns with a double payment made toward her Toyota Financial Services (TFS). First and foremost, we regret to learn of her financial hardship, secondly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any frustration Mrs. ******endured when contacting our Customer Experience Center to discuss her account's remitted payments.
It is important to know our Pay Online feature is a customer-controlled payment method and payments are debited as authorized by our customer online. Our records reflect on January 21, 2023, Mrs. ******authorized a one-time payment via the Toyota owners App to deduct $455.14 using with bank account number ending with*********. Also on the same day, with nine hours difference, she scheduled an additional payment via the Toyota's website (TFS) for the same amount $455.14. After conducting a thorough investigation, TFS received two payments that were both authorized by Mrs. *****. We recognize that this was not her intention and have taken steps to expedite the application of the funds as mentioned below. Please be advised, our customer has the option to remit their monthly payments via TFS website of their Toyota owners App whichever they prefer.
On January 25, 2023, Mrs. ******contacted our Customer Care Center regarding her additional payment of $455.14, and per the conversation, she was advised a paper check will be mailed to her at the system address on file. It is important to understand that website payments are considered non-certified funds and may result in an appropriate hold for 7-10 business days before a refund is processed. On January 31, 2023, check number********* was mailed for the over payment to the system address on file. Please be advised, we assume all refunds checks are received by our customer, unless we are notified otherwise by our customer.
Our records reflect on February 17, 2023, our Corporate Customer Service attempted contacted Mrs. *****, but with no success. We can either reissue a new check with FEDEX delivery or we can apply extra funds for her February 22, 2023, monthly payment date. We encourage Mrs. ******to contact Toyota Customer Care, and for her options provided above.

Sad they are still continuing to lie about the promising of 2 day air shipment which was on two recorded lines. Toyota continues to place blame on me as the customer despite me advising them that the application I was given by their dealership did not provide confirmation of payment for two days. The posting time may be hours apart but their interpretation of what actually happened is incorrect. They did attempt to call me during the work day and did not leave any message on 2/17. They have not tried to better their practices. The funds are withdrawn via ACH within two days. Funds should be able to be returned if an error occurs in the same manner. Once I am done with this car I will not be purchasing another Toyota vehicle. TFS holds no responsibility and their remarks are only intended to cover what they have lied about. When I asked for the transcript of my records, they told me to get a lawyer to request it so they know their fault is noted and are continuing to hide behind things that are not true.Review fromKhalid S

Just got a new Lexus on 12/27/22. I have been unable to create a payment method on their absurd website for the past two weeks. Their online support is useless. I tried calling them last week to pay over the phone - but guess what? That system was down too. I tried calling them today and more guess what?! Their main number is down. This company is horrible. Lexus Financial Services (LFS) does not have access to their log in credentials, nor can we access full bank account numbers entered into our system. This is to ensure we maintain the privacy of their sensitive data. Our records reflect on January 26, 2023, Mr. ******* created an online profile on our Lexus website. However, due to a system update, Mr. ******* was unable to add his bank account number on our system. After conducting a thorough investigation, our technology department was able to resolve the system error. The links within the Toyota financial website are not working properly. Error message "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later" pops up if you click on payoff statements, payment reschedule and support center. We've been trying to reach customer service and/or online support but those links don't not work either. It's been a few weeks and the problem persists. Your customer support link was not working so we had to call a Toyota customer service rep. Toyota customer service rep asked me to clear my cache which I did and requested that I use the latest version of chrome or Internet explorer 11, which I was. I tried the link using 3 separate computers, all with the latest version of IE and chrome, and it didn't work. Tried this for 3 consecutive days with a cleared cache and the link still didn't work. Tried it now and it's still not working. I wasn't only trying to access then payoff statement. Your website is there so we won't have to call every time we want to do a transaction online. This company has done me wrong on so many levels. They are reporting on my credit report from a account I have with my daughter that we missed payments. We have shown them numerous times they are wrong and they still continue to ruin my credit. They say they fix it and then send another bill with conflicting information. I will go against them in court if they don't get this resolved after telling is many times it is fixed. On December 08, 2022, the co-borrower on Ms. ********'s TFS account, also filed a complaint via Better Business Bureau regarding the same matter. Toyota Financial Services makes every attempt to positively respond to all of our customers; however, the information that TFS reports is required to be accurate and complete pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and consistent with our customer's payment history. Our records reflect that we are accurately reporting to Ms. ********'s account to the consumer reporting agencies based on her payment history.
