Perfect teeth did some dental work for my family in 2022. After I paid all the premium, they still sent ** bills and claimed that they didn't received the insurance checks. I checked with the insurance, and the insurance told me that the checks had been mailed to them and the dental office should contact them for non received bills. So I checked back with the office and asked them to call the insurance. I called later, but nobody picked up my call anymore. The agent from my insurance said I was only responsible for my copay and no need to worry,Two months ago, the dental office sent the bills to the collection. I pushed the insurance company to contact the dental office. But the representative called several times, and only was able to talk to the manager once and the the call dropped during their conversation. The representative called again several times, and nobody picked up her call anymore, and no calling back either. The representative told me that the charges I was billed for was the regular charge instead of the contract charge agreed between the dental office and insurance. As the dental office would not take her calls, she couldn't do much about it but filing a complaint to their financial department. As the bills has been sent to the collection, I tried to dispute it but the dental office would not dismiss it.

10/13/2020 I had braces put on and removed 8/30/22 removed. At the end my teeth didn't line up but the orthodontist left the dental office and they have not replaced him. I have contacted them MANY times with voice mails and emails and they have not replied. The few times I did reach them they kept referring me somewhere else that referred me back to the office. I filed a grievance that wasn't resolved. In the end both the office and the grievance person suggested I get an attorney to get a refund.

I was a patient at the Perfect teeth clinic in ***********, **. I was in originally for a tooth that was chipped. I was told by the Dentist that they could not save the tooth and my best option would be to pull it and either have an implant or bridge put in. I wanted to get the implant because it looked more natural. This process thats a very long time between the initial pull, the bone graph and then the heel time to see the next Doctor to put in the implant s**** I have redone this bone graph process 3 times and had 2 screws put in that failed and fell out. This has cost my thousands and time and pain of the healing and what the doctor cant explain is either an infection or a second opinion i had agrees with me that I am allergic. I told the dentist in the beginning of this process i am allergic to a lot of metal and he assured me I would be fine. I am not out a lot of money and no solution despite calling the office.

I got braces put on 12/2020. Everything was great up until 9/2022. The practice lost their orthodontist (who put in a 6 month notice). Perfect Teeth had plenty of time to find somebody to fill the orthodontist role and did not. They went months without having an orthodontist in office to look and take care of the patients. perfect Teeth could not get a full-time orthodontist in office and still does not have one in office as of May 2023. They are horrible about reaching out for scheduling or telling the patients the real truth. And they are very short with the patients when they are trying to have their questions answered. I feel as though I no longer matter and my teeth, even with braces still on, are now shifting more and becoming crooked again because of the lack of care. Perfect Teeth is putting me at risk and other patients at risk. I have reached out multiple times to the different offices and try to get in touch with the corporate office and I either cannot get in touch with anybody because the line doesnt actually ring properly (busy signal) or nobody reaches back out to me. I need a refund in order to go to a practice that can actually take care of me, but I paid for my braces in full back in 2021.

The company is unable to keep an orthodontist staffed in *******. They currently have nobody who is able to oversee their ****s of patients who have braces or any other orthodontic hardware in their mouths. For months I've been calling trying to get something/anything done for my son who has had braces on for 2 years now. He's at the tail end and needs guidance and support on how to wear his bands before getting his braces removed and being provided a retainer. He ran out of bands and wax and has a peice of metal cutting his cheek. The offices are closed so we can't go in and get new supplies. I can't go to a different location nor a different ortho because nobody will work on someone who already is established with another ortho. I've called countless times and I only get the call center who can't tell me much. When the call center got me an appt, that day i took my kids, the manager at the office was from a different store and told me we werent on the schedule and they didnt have an ortho. So I wasted my time and my kids' school day for nothing. The call center tells me the office is closed and they don't know when an ortho will be back. They cannot let me speak to a manager to find out a better answer, they send an email on my behalf asking them to call me and nobody ever has. I'm unsure what to do at this point but I'm willing to go to one of their sister companies (Western Dental) and have one of their orthodontists remove my son's braces if possible. I have filed a complaint with the ** board of dentistry and I am out of ideas, a lawsuit is in order here. Please help!

Made an appointment for May 4th 2023 and let them know prior exactly what I needed done and that I was with Dental quest ********* through ********) to get a replacement pair of Dentures. When I first came in I did not get to speak with ****************************** and was l taken to get 13 x rays done. After the xrays where done ******************* came in and spent 20 minutes trying to convince me to get dental implants. I told her many times i was not interested and just wanted a replacement set of dentures since mine current dentures are 15 years old with cracks and super lose. She told me she would come up with a dental plan prior to 5/8/2023. She said they would need my current dentures to send out and it could take 2 weeks to a month to get them done. I called another dental office in my area to see if this was true. They said that she would need to take impressions and send them out to the dental lab and it normally takes a couple of days. I feel ****************************** is not being honest and is all about profit. When i was getting ready to leave and make the next appointment ******* (office manger) She asked me to sign a form electronically. I asked her I would need to see what I was signing before i signed it. She refused to print out a copy saying just sign it and she would then give me a copy. I refused to sign and Called Dental quest from the Dental office. ******* (office manger) refused to taker the call with the dental insurance provider say the provider would need to contact the office directly. After speaking to the representative at Dental quest she recommended filing a complaint letting you know that this provider had no intention of taking care of ******** patients and is about up-selling products to poor people, Knowing they cant afford it. After calling in this morning and speaking to ******* they had no dental treatment plan established and was very rude letting me know they had no intention on moving forward after being paid by ******** for the x-rays.

We were referred by Comfort Dental to ********'s Perfect Teeth as a Humana in service provider to have my youngest son's four wisdom teeth removed. We confirmed that the provider was in network prior to having the oral surgery. We paid our 20% co-pay of $416.00 9/15/21 at the time of the service to account #***********/15/22 we get a billing from Perfect Teeth corporate (**********, **) stating $117.17 was still owed against the account with no explanation. After checking their website ad finding no contact information, I called their billing customer service number multiple times on 1/9/23 and finally was transferred to the Loveland location and talked with ***** (business manager?) and she said she could not verify the added charges and would call the regional manager to get the issue cleared up. We got multiple bills for the same amount 1/6/23, 1/13/23 and 1/16/23. I called the customer service number again 1/23/23 and after multiple transfers got hung up on twice. 2/1/23 at 2:45pm I called and successfully talked again with ***** who insisted that she could remove the $117.17 charge.04/25/23 received another bill from Perfect Teeth corporate showing the $117.17 removed, but now $424.92 had been added without explanation.I called our dental insurance provider Humana for help, and they indicated that the Loveland Perfect Teeth location had not been added to the approved network of providers until 01 Nov 2021, nearly three months AFTER the supposedly covered wisdom teeth removal. If the provider had been truthful about not taking our insurance, we would have picked another provider. So it looks like the Perfect Teeth corporation is trying to claw-back payment after our insurance carrier refused full payment.

In October and November of 2021 I had appointments with Perfect Teeth to get my teeth cleaned. They demanded I pay $341.00 up front even though I am insured by ******** and ******** via ************************ Services in ***********.The technician told me that my insurance would pay for the cleaning but not the subsequent $750 antibiotic treatment they claimed I needed, though I have NO cavities, and no big issues with gum disease.************************ Services paid for my teeth cleaning. When I discovered Perfect Teeth was holding my money 'for future dental work', I contacted Perfect Teeth and spoke with their 'Patient Coordinator"--*****************************--who said she 'put in a ticket' to get my money refunded, but said it 'would take some time' though she was unable to tell me how long that would be.That was SIX WEEKS ago.*************** told me that Perfect Teeth routinely does this--demands money upfront, and rarely/never issues refunds they expect patients to use the credit 'for future dental work'I had no appointments scheduled after my cleaning as I had turned down the 'antibiotic treatment'.Moreover I informed *************** that I was not particularly happy with the way Perfect Teeth handled my cleaning and I would never be back.I would not have even known they were holding a $341.00 credit had I not asked for a statement so I could deduct medical expenses from my taxes.I demanded the refund. That was SIX WEEKS AGO. I have received NOTHING. No refund, no correspondence from them.I now understand that this theft is Perfect Teeth's routine business model. I do not intend to allow this charlatan company to keep my money.

In early 2022, Perfect Teeth (our usual provider of dental needs) recommended Invisilign Treatment. We moved forward with the treatment and it was paid in full. The treatment progressed until the resident orthodontist left the practice. This occurred in the fall months of 2022. Perfect Teeth had me fitted for a plastic retainer to wear until a new orthodontist was hired. Since October/November of 2022, I have had no orthodontic treatment. In late November/December, Perfect Teeth assured me that as soon as an orthodontist is hired the treatment would resume. Since then, not one Perfect Teeth representative has reached out to me.My wife, has spoken to several employees about my situation and has been given numerous excuses as to why the treatment has not restarted or are told they will "get back to us" and they do not call back. We have offered to drive to another city to resume treatment and we were told that is not possible. The last telephone conversation today, we asked the Perfect Teeth employee if we could have the management name or number to voice our concerns and were told that management said their contact information is not to be given out to clients. At this point I have a fully paid Invisilign treatment that has stopped with no answers and no promise of being completed. I do not understand how this practice can remain in business, with an ******* dental license, while taking money from patients with the promise of completing treatment that does not happen. We would greatly appreciate a response as we are at a loss of what to do next.
