    You know I should have known better and yet I gave them another chance . All the parts I ordered from them were listed as in stock and yet it took forever to get any of them . I even phoned them to verify they were in stock and they assured me that the parts were in stock. When I called them to check on my parts they were still listed as in stock . These people lie to your face and then make you wait with no notification as to when you will get your parts. . My caution to you if you do business with these people , be prepared to wait a long times for your parts . I have serious doubts that they have a warehouse.

    Great experience. Fast shipping and they sent the (hedge trimmer) part that I needed. Would definitely do business with them again.

    At least based on my first experience ordering from them (a bottom rack for my dishwasher), I give these folks a thumbs up. Found the part on their site based on make and model of my dishwasher, ordered it, and it was shipped promptly. And the new bottom rack works great - it's clear that the old one was distorted beyond repair or functionality.

    We got a bad ignition coil from parts warehouse I called a week ago and it SEEMED that they were sending out a new one I even sent them pictures of the ohm(resistance reading) of the coil . A week later still no tracking number or anything at all . It should have been here by now and we are very desperate to get this part so we can split firewood for the season as we live at ***** feet elevation in ******** where it is winter for 7-8 months out of the year which means if we dont get this part we have to move or freeze to death. I called again today , when I got a message from them saying that we need to send pictures???? I already did a week ago! The part should already be here and I should be splitting wood right now! They are not reliableso if your whole life depends on getting parts in a timely manner..DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

    I ordered a bolt and a pin for a tiller wheel on 4/7/24 that was supposedto be in stock. It didn't ship until 7/9/24. My calls and emails went unanswered. It was only ***** in cost so I figured they got me for ***** and I won't do business with them again. Today it arrived months late. It's good thing I didn't wait and bought the parts elsewhere.

    I placed an order with a part # from my fridge and matched it up on their website. The part was sent to me and it was the wrong part. I called and they said on the phone they do not carry the part I needed. I asked for a refund and they said OK but I need to pay for shipping both ways. I think this is their issue because I had the correct part # and matched it up on their site. Then they say we don't carry that part???

    Ordered a part on 6/11 said in stock on their website. Paid for 2-5 day shipping. 2 week later I call and they said it would ship out that Friday. I call on 7/9 and they said they have them in stock and would ship out in the morning 7/10 and to call in on 7/11 if they have not shipped. I called today and the lady told me they have none in stock and will get them in on 7/23 and will ship after that. That I cannot go off of the inventory that it says on their website. Glad to see even your customer service knows you lie on the website. As of today it still says In stock will ship next day. I'm a business and have to now explain to the customer why the part I ordered for him still is not here. Now to cancel my order and find it somewhere else. Now that I've wasted a month of my customer and my time. I wonder if ill ever get my money back from this horrible situation of lies.

    Ordered a part that was a backed order but they did not disclose that while I made a payment. After ****************************************** to wait. They kept pushing the shipping date when I contact them. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
