    I ordered a small part 45 days ago and they say it was shipped 18 days ago. They are now telling me to wait 30 business days before they will initiate a trace. They say they cannot trace or cancel this order prior to the 30 business days which is about 6 weeks. I do not have confidence in this company and It seems to be buyer beware.

    I had quick service and the product ordered was perfect for my repair. A light bulb for my freezer.I was perfectly happy for the time it took to get to me and that the product fit perfectly and worked!!Thanks, ******

    Ordered a replacement mower blade on May 29th with 2-5 day shipping. Confirmation email did not have a tracking number, so after 5 days I had to call customer service and leave a message, (their customer service does not answer calls). When their customer service returned my call, they informed me they do not have the part and it would arrive by June 26th. Once again on June 27th I had to leave a message with their customer service because it did not arrive. When they returned my call, they had no idea when they would actually get the part in, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund on my credit card. They said the refund would in appear within 48 hours, we'll see if that happens. The main issue is that they deceive people on their website by stating items ship in 2-5 days, when they don't even have the item in stock and really have no way of knowing if and when it will ship. This is false advertising and a major inconvenience for someone who trusts the part they ordered will arrive in a timely manner. Their lack of communication is also an issue, as they never contacted me about the delays, I had to contact them and wait for them to return my call. Very pathetic way of doing business.

    I ordered a replacement outer ****** and hex bolt for my 18v makita saw on june 24th. I paid 18 dollars to expident the shipping to 1-3 days. It has now been 5 daysd Why did I post the extra 20 for 1-3 day shipping? I want a partial shipping refund because that's 20 dollars for a service that was never implemented.

    While moving my daughter home from college for the summer, i didnt take the time to fully secure the door on her Hisense mini fridge, the door came open and a glass shelf fell out and shattered. I looked around on the web and found Parts Warehouse and they had a replacement. The price was very reasonable and it came two days earlier than expected. It was packaged very carefully and professional and it came without any chips or damage. Ill use them again
