    Parts warehouse had the parts I needed for my older Kenmore vacuumed and the parts were exact fit. The repair will allow the vacuum to last another 5-10 years and kept me from having to buy a new expensive replacement. I didnt price shop but feel the parts were fairly priced. I didnt have to return anything, so I cant evaluate their returns.

    Honestly the order website is flawed. It allowed me to make the order. But, when I realized it would take a really long time to receive, on the day of the order, the system would not allow me to cancel the order, and in fact, did not acknowledge the order. I had to order from another source, that got it to me in a timely manner. So, I was stuck with the item from parts warehouse . *** tried to communicate with them about the matter a number of times, but got no where. I would have to rate them zero if that was an option.

    I ordered a replacement blade for my lawnmower on June 6th at 8:14am. It said 2-5 day shipping and showed the item as in-stock. By the following Thursday, June 13th the order still showed "processing." I reached out to customer service and had to wait for them to call me back only to learn they didn't even have the item yet but it was due to be shipped out the next day, June 14th. On Wednesday, June 19th, I received an email stating Parts Warehouse STILL doesn't have my item but that it would ship out on Friday, June 21st. This is completely ridiculous and leaves me very disappointed. Not a great experience with this business and misleading.
