      Bought a new Dell in 2022. Had some Web camera issues and the chat room guy tried upselling me service program while my computer is under warranty.

      Awful experience from start to as of yet finish. The worst staff at every department. No help. The computer was stuck in customs because they forgot to fill out paperwork. So what was supposed to take 5 business days or less was about a month. The new XPS laptop was hot garbage. Literally, on use the thing would heat up to temperatures so high it would leave marks if you had it on your lap. Then the whole thing crashed. Blue screen. I returned it for a full refund that has never happened. They keep assuring me just another 3-5 business days and it has been escalated. I started this return on August 26 and its currently October 11th. Horrible company, horrible service, and a horrible product. I may have to *** in small claims court to get my money back at this point. Never, never, never buy a Dell especially directly from them. About as two bit as a multi billion dollar multinational company can get.

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!If you're expecting to get your Laptop serviced by their premium support technicians be prepared to wait 2 months and then have them miraculously complete the service request without even showing up to your home. You're better off getting TotalTech from Best Buy, at least you'll know someone will actually look at your device. Even after complaining about how nothing was done, Dell has not reached out to me to correct the issue.They then sent me a survey asking how my experience was with Dell *************** to which I wrote the above review, and I received a reply: "anonymous, Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"So not only did they read the review but decided not to publish it because it paints them in a poor light. Shady business, untrustworthy, and unable to provide excellent customer service. If I could return my 4k laptop I would, but I know for next time never to do business with them again and will advise for everyone to do the same.

      I am so frustrated with Dell. I paid the extra money for on-site service. Unfortunately, I am going on 10 days and counting without any tech coming to fix my computer. Like many of you, I rely on my Dell laptop to run my business.I have sent multiple e-mails to no avail. They had the audacity today to send me an e-mail telling me they were escalating my issue. That doesnt make my computer functional for my business.I have always liked my Dell products. Right now, I am seriously considering every buying a Dell product. Buyer beware!

      In June 2021 I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 ****, and I have had trouble with it ever since. About 6 months into owning the computer, I got the first ****, the error code was that no boot drive was found, and I lost all of my files that were not on OneDrive. Last month I got another **** with an error code that the memory crashed. I wondered if there were simply some drivers or updates missing, so I reset the computer to factory, and then just last week I got the **** again, this time saying that there was a HyperVisor error. The *** usage will randomly spike to 100% and the computer will crash. I am not running processor or memory intensive software, just MS **** and MS ***** I will not be purchasing a Dell computer again, and I regret buying the one I have.

      I bought a laptop from them about a year and a half ago, and they've been charging me $4/month I didn't agree to, and won't let me cancel, I've been trying to cancel it for over a year, I've called and it tells me the department is closed and hangs up on my call. This is rediculous!

      Dell is the WORST company ever. I purchased a computer Aug 31st, 2022 and today, Sept 23, I still have not received it. I spent $1,200 and was promised it by September 7th. Dell claimed they shipped my computer, however Purolator has not even recieved the package. I have called Dell 7 separate times, emailed 6 and have only heard from a representative once, in which they made promises that were not kept. I called as was hung up on multiple times, I was told I should receive email responses within a few hours and DAYS later I heard nothing and had to call to speak to a representative who could not help me in any way, yet again. I have recieved zero compensation for this and it has caused me to be out of work for 3 weeks. Don't EVER SUPPORT DELL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THEY GIVE EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!!

      I purchased a brand new Dell laptop from the school I am currently attending. I returned to college in 2021 after being away from school since ****. I needed a new laptop computer to make sure I had the technology necessary to complete online course submissions, create multiple documents, and stay connected. It was a good computer until the hard drive went out almost exactly one year after I purchased it. Of course there is no warranty. Cost to repair? A Dell representative told me a new HDD would cost me $1,200. What?! I only paid $700 for the laptop brand new! Or, I could send it to Dell for them to put in a refurbished HDD for $140. Needless to say I am highly disappointed in the Dell product, quality of components, and quality of care the company has for its customers. $700 for one year. Now, I have to make a choice. Do I repair it with Dell for a 90 day warranty? How long before I have to dump more money into an inferior piece of equipment? Do I dig into my impoverished savings to buy another computer (most certainly not a Dell)? If Dell could help a hardworking individual to not continue to face challenge after challenge with painstaking commitment, maybe they could be the good guy. Maybe they can help me change my mentality with such a simple gesture of good faith and customer loyalty. Or, maybe they will disgrace me by having Arun send me I am the executive resolver taking care of the problem. I will be your single point of contact and the resolution offered is the best Dell can offer. Please accept my sincere apologies for any disappointment you may have experienced during your transactions with us. Once again, I thank you for sharing your experience with us. The feedback which we receive remains a crucial tool to determine how we can best improve our products and services. We truly regret any inconvenience or frustration this matter may have caused.Laughable!

      Horrible customer service & no resolution to issues with computer. Computers completely shut down with no ******************* overheated within less than 30 days of use. Still awaiting a solution. Purchased best warranty & support available. Would not recommend doing business with Dell!
