      Worst customer service experience ever. Already filed a complaint on here and am requesting a fraud charge complaint with the bank for a refund. They charged us over $100 to ship an empty box for the tower to be sent back for repairs and 3 weeks later the empty box hasn't shown up and they refuse to get us in touch with anyone to help. Not even through ******** They ask for the service link number and when I give it a new customer service rep pops up and asks for the info again. They eventually stopped responding. Every department says it's not their department to take care of this when calling and then doesn't know who to transfer to and just hangs up. We will never buy anything from Dell again. How do they have an A+ rating on here with a 1/5 star rating?? Horrible customer service and a rip off.

      I am very upset with dell customer service. I work up this morning to my screen looking like a dropped tv, and the fans were going full blast and getting really hot. I called dell and they told me that I wasnt covered for accidental repairs in my warranty and I was confused. I explained to them that Im home alone, I leave my laptop open on my desk and never close it but I do shut it down. And lastly this computer over heats and gets hot to touch so I use a cooling fans under it. Dell didnt care about the fans or it being hot they told me I needed to replace the screen with my own money because I broke the computer. This thing has had loads of problems Ive had to troubleshoot and it over heating and now the screen being messed up and blaming it on me. I take care of the computer not a single scratch and I get told its my fault. **************** with ********************** is terrible and the computer should be frowned upon. I now have a computer that not only over heats now but only shows half of the screen and the other half is black and has lines and has never been dropped or even bumped its been in one spot for 3 months now and now its broken.

      Dell sold me an Active Pen with a Laptop that I purchase - 1 - They sent the laptop, but delayed the pen and that caused me too much issues with AMEX Offer and had to do too many follow-*** to get the offer credited with AMEX 2 - The Pen they eventually sent, did NOT work with my Laptop out of the box. I called support who told me the Pen was not compatible with my Laptop and asked to buy a different pen. I asked them to do an exchange so I can still qualify for AMEX offer, which was a lot of money, they wouldn't budge, and eventually denied the return/exchange altogether.So this company sold me an Active Pen with my Laptop Purchase, that was NOT compatible with the Laptop and would NOT 'exchange' for a compatible pen ... go figure ...Never buying anything from Dell, even if you are selling it for free... ****** learned.

      Never Again...Regarding a new XPS desktop computer ordered from their site: (1) first, my new Dell computer -- on 2nd day of use -- failed to boot up ever again (2) Second, very poor customer service. Was hung up on once, repeatedly transferred to various departments, even back and forth between two departments. More than 2 hours, total, on phone calls. Could not debug as I only had a wireless keyboard, as it did not pair to computer at time of failure. The "expert help" did not comprehend this fact. Heavy foreign accents made comprehension sometimes difficult. (3) Awful return policy. Given 30 days to return, which wouldn't be bad except for the fact that 30 day count down began at receipt of FIRST order. So, if I wanted to return the defective computer and get an exact replacement, the return window for the second computer still starts at time of FIRST computer arrival. That means one could get ZERO replacement time on the replacement computer. This is such a terrible policy, I double-checked with the person in *****. I was told i could however, return the first one and later order anew the replacement, making the policy even more inane.WILL NEVER buy a Dell product.

      I bought an inspirion **** all in one pc, its barely a year old and functions like its 10 years old. IT IS SOOOO SLOW, it took almost 90 minutes to finally download and print a financial document. Its been like that since I got it, and I dont use it much. Ive called to grt help, they tell me its wifi speed issue, lol, but all our other devices work just fine and fast. Its absolutely ridiculous. I feel like smashing this dell down onto the ground with both hands as hard as I can and jumping on it until its in a billion pieces. DONT EVER BUY A DELL.

      Just attempted to purchase one of their products. The price was $849 while in checkout the price changed to $1049. Classic bait and switch hoping the consumer doesn't realize the price change. Sat on hold with customer support for 2 hours and they were unwilling to give the original price. The first person tried to blame me that I had changed the build. When I finally got to a supervisor, they indeed said that promotion had ended. I am sure it will be back to that price when my IP clears out of their system, and I start shopping again. I will just buy from another manufacturer.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM DELL! I ordered a monitor from Dell on 9/7 and was promised 2 day delivery. It is now 9/18 and, after 2 delays have been told the new delivery date will be 9/22 and I dont believe that. Whats worse is I have tried to cancel the order and they wont let me. They are awful!

      Dell is a fraud and gangster corporation. I wasn't able to obtain the premier warranty which I had to purchase and had to get in touch with the corporation. When I requested the service I purchased, I was screamed at, lied and wrongfully blamed by ***************************** who is the North America Executive *********************** Dell and Alienware computers are junk. Dell services suck! On top of this corruption and fraud, the Dell CEO ************************************* has published his book" Play nice but win!" STAY AWAY FROM DELL AND ALIENWARE PRODUCTS!

      They just follow a script of what to do next, reinstall drivers, reinstall applications, reinstall OS (!!) (Twice) without actually trying to understand what the problem is.I had two issues One was that the 3.5mm **** on my new Dell did not work. As mentioned, they had me reinstall drivers, audio software and yes, even the *** Nothing fixed it. They even replaced the motherboard with a new one and when the tech left and the computer was restarted, it was DEAD. So, another motherboard replacement.After nothing worked, they were kind enough to replace the system with a refurbished one 4 months after purchasing a brand new computer and dealing with support for a few months. They did not even replace it with a new computer. Even on the replacement the 3.5mm **** does not work. I bought a USB headset and solved the problem differently. My Bose headphones will just have to be put away in a closet.2nd issue was text jumping up and in MS ******** again after reinstalling software they wanted to again reinstall the *** I said no. The amount of time that I have spent and the loss of productivity is immeasurable. Lack of thought and initiative to actually solve something, and definitely looking out for the bottom line when it comes to replacing a system with one that actually works.I hope saving some money on this one computer was worth it to Dell because they lost a customer for life

      Dell was terrible. Their customer service closed out an ongoing ticket and theyre refusing to help. The computer is a year old and already has the blue screen of death. Nobody will help and they wont respond anywhere. The customer service agents block you if you email them and ask for follow up (thats how I found out she purposefully closed the ticket without resolution). They dont care about their customer. Dont buy ********************** if you want quality.
