      We were hoodwinked by this company after booking with them for $314.05 for a car rental for pickup at 9:PM when their website shows they will be open but were not. We arrived at the airport and tried to find them but they were closed with no shuttles running at that hour, and being on a business trip without much time, we had to rent elsewhere. I called to notify them that we needed to cancel but they had us call back the next day since no one was available to help. I called back next day but they gave us the run around providing other phone numbers to call that gave us the run around without ever assuring us that they would cancel. I have tried numerous times to get help from this company, but they go by several names Car Trawler, **************** Rentals, and others, and the parent company is located in Ireland. I have tried to get our money back through **** of America to no avail. This is a company of crooks, and they know how to evade giving funds back being based outside of *******. I would give them a negative 100% rating if I could.

      Worst of the worst. All types of hidden charges Then make u wait as if u dont exist. Worst costumer service ever. Will never rent from them. I wonder how we can get Priceline and the other to stop promoting them.

      ** is the worst car rental company i have ever used. ***, made a reservation one month before, waited in line 2.0, to be told they are our of cars!!!! ** IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY, AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. To top it off, it has been over three weeks, and still haven't seen my refund. What a scam. ** needs to understand what a reservation means! I hope ** become OUT OF BUSINESS! There are several car rentals down from the ** in the Westin, that are professional, and I recommend them.

      AVOID Nu ******************** I was double charged for the same car in December. I have been calling/emailing for months with no resolution. I thought it was an accidental error to begin with, but with the way they have acted since, I now believe they are intentionally over charging. I would definitely NOT rent from them!

      Upon booking with the company. My flight was delayed from the act of Mother Nature. In no way can a company keep someones money for something that was out of my control. This company should be investigated and s*** down for such unfair practice. Im now out $500 and no sign of any help for a car that was unable to be rented do to a delay with the air lines.

      They have terrible customer service, and hidden charges. ?? Got this rental car through ****** and was told a price. Which was not what they charged. Sorry I used NU Car Rentals. Never again.

      Just rented a ***************** picked it up Thursday night before they close at 7pm. I asked the counter what time should I bring it back? He answered since youre checking out the ***************** you can bring the van back anytime on Sunday night, we have a drop off key and parking spaces for the rental cars. I specifically asked do I need to bring it back before 7pm on Sunday night, because I DO NOT want to get an extra day rental or late charges. He responded by saying NO, as long as it is back before midnight on Sunday. I brought back rental on Sunday night by 9 pm, Monday afternoon rolls around, I see chargers on the invoice they sent me in my email. I called the number on the invoice, trust me you will be on hold for more than 2 hrs. They finally answered, they charged me a late fee, I explained to her what the counter guy told me, she responded by saying he must be new and doesnt know what he is doing! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! It will be one of your worst nightmares.just giving anyone who wants to read my review a HEADS UP!!

      DO NOT RENT FROM NU - They keep their prices low by charging $30 fees for tolls that you may or may not incur...If I could leave zero stars, I would. I rented a car from Nu Rentals at the ************** in August when I was taking my son to college. Although the initial bill was $185 for the rental, I began seeing what appeared to be a monthly charge on my credit card, although the amounts varied. I submitted an inquiry through the Nu system and was informed that the additional charges were for tolls incurred while I was on the trip. I was unaware of any tolls that I had passed and asked for more information. Ultimately, the Nu representative said that the *********** doesn't allow for payment as you go through the toll, but charges the rental company. And "per my rental agreement" Nu settled the charges for a $2.90 toll for a $30 admin fee. They charged me over $100 in "admin fees," and when I asked to see the tolls, they sent an invoice with one $2.90 charge at the exact same time of day on the exact same day listed twice. When I pointed out that it was clearly one charge, they said that they paid for each time it was listed on the invoice and applied the $30 admin fee. In the end I was charged 3 times for the admin fee. They were only able to produce 1 invoice for one toll of $2.90. The representatives I dealt with were unwilling to acknowledge any possible mistake on their part and repeatedly told me that they would not refund any money based on the agreement - even though they could not produce any invoice that concurred with the charges.

      I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. How do you let me prepay for my car with an Apple MasterCard, then after waiting for almost an hour for a shuttle surprise me with a $200 deposit (reserving judgment, maybe I shouldve known) and then tell me you dont accept Apple MasterCard and my only recourse is to try asking for a refund? Never heard so many employees tell me my frustration is not their problem. I never write reviews and Im going to review them everywhere possible to try to help people avoid what my family is going through on our first vacation in 3 years.

      Horrible service first problem was they advertise that they have a location at the ********************** *** but they are off site and you have to take shuttle. Problem is we have a flight leaving out at 6:50 am And they don't open until 7am so they said they don't care not there Problem I called customer service and she hung up on me. Didn't have the car I rented we reserved a SUV they gave us a truck. Not what we paid for or needed. Horrible service would never use them again.
