      Agree with every horrible review on this site. Had the same experiences everyone else had -- waiting an hour for shuttle pickup from *************, overcharged for car insurance after being told mine wasn't adequate, being asked to supply an insurance declaration page from my carrier, exorbitant daily rate for toll road fees, etc. Had prepaid thru Hotwire--never do that without knowing the company in advance as the prepaid amount is non-refundable and non-cancellable once booked. Never took the car and had to pay twice as much to use a reputable firm last minute. Would give no-star rating.

      I booked my rental car as part of my Cancun trip from Priceline, we I reached at rental car desk area there is no NU Rental desk in that area, when I called given NU Office number no one answering. Finally asked around and came to know there is no NU Rental near by, I have to go to next city ( 45 minutes away ) to get my car.
      This company is scam I am not sure why still noone is taking action to stop this scammer.
      BBB itself has enough proof from customer.

      I’ve used them twice now once in Orlando and just recently in Phoenix. Both times great service and no additional charges. In Orlando we got there early…went next door to get something to eat. Checked back at my pickup time and got upgraded to a Chrysler 300. Had rented a Charger. In Phoenix no problems. Low priced brand new cars. Would recommend them to our friends.

      We were charged $330 extra for liability insurance even though the web site said $750000 Mx was includsed. The rental was with a different company, even though it said NU Car on the door in *********************, ******. Total rip off organization.

      Worst rental company I ever tried renting from four years ago I rented a car and they charge me for car insurance when I had my own car insurance they said I couldnt use it, I complained. Now 29 January I tried renting a car from new car rental and he blackball me so they wouldnt rent a car for me go figure, now Im trying to get my money back $149. Dont rent there!!!!!!!!!!!

      This company is awful. They have the worst service, shuttles dont show up on time, they dont answer the phone, etc.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      omg NEVER rent from this company!!!!! Charged me $160 on a car that was prepaid for with points from AA credit card. This included $20 for transport across the street to their office from the airport. AND $30 for 2 gal of gas that i used driving 43 miles.

      In October I rented a car online for a business trip in ********. I have been doing this same trip for 36 years. I ordered a front wheel drive car knowing that they are safer going over the passes to my place of work for that week.The shuttle from the airport was obviously an old shuttle repurposed for this rental company. The driver drove insanely fast, the couple next to me looked genuinely fearful. The driver was screaming into his phone the whole time, holding it in his left hand.When we got to the rental place, there was a desk, but also a bunch of temporary tables set up. When I asked for the car I ordered they said they did not have it, and hence started the hard sell.An unsafe car I didn't want for the same price, or an additional charge for bigger more expensive cars. And the hard sell for insurance which my company already has. As I stood there, standing firm, and not budging. I could see the lady getting exasperated. She started raising her voice. And I started listening to all the conversations around me. Everyone was being told they couldn't get the car they wanted. They all were getting a hard sell for what they didn't want.I stood firm, I took the car they said I could have and as I walked out to the lot saw many of the cars I had booked. To be honest, it was dangerous to take that car over the passes with snow, but after 40 years of business travel I refused to be bamboozled. I knew EXACTLY what they were doing and called them on it very loudly. And wrote awful reviews too.

      This is the worst place to rent a car from. My wife and were pick up from the in ********* **. On the 19th we were driven to a building that had only 3 cars. Which the one they tried to rent us had damage on the front. I asked the driver is this the car? He said come inside the building. I told my wife this is suspicious. The building was an old bank and there was a screen which we were told to tap the screen. Then thus guy comes on asking for insurance paperwork and credit car. However couldn't tell me how much my deposit going to be etc. My wife and I our both veterans and I'm currently in Law Enforcement and this is a shady place. Cheap is not always better and this place is the worst. The only reason why I gave it one star is that the driver was nice. I told the young man that this was horrible and suspicious. I told the driver to take us back to the airport and we rented from a respectable company. I will definitely be calling the BBB on this coming. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

      The worst and most unprofessional car rental place Ive ever seen. Stay away you will get ripped off over charged and not get your car on time plus it will be a junk car. I hate this place I was so ****** off after dealing with them. This place is a joke and should be shut down
