      My Mini was supposed to be $131 for one day. I was tricked into getting a GMC Terrain. For a one day rental, ONE DAY (!),I was charged $545.84 . I feel so taken advantage of. The only peace I get is knowing with practices like their no way they'll last long especially if former customers spread the word. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. If The Purge happened in real life I wouldn't be surprised if someone burned that place down off GP.

      I reserved an economy vehicle for 10am in *************** for $300 for a week. They switched the provider to ******. Nu Car is off site and you need to take a minibus. When we got there we were told they didn't have a economy vehicle, only electric! They couldn't tell us we're the recharge stations where. They said our reservation was at 12pm. It was 11:30 am the only vehicle they had was a Dodge Charger for $850! Talk about bait and switch. I will be reporting both Wise Car and Nu Cars for collusion using bait and switch tactics and not honoring my reservation to the ************************

      Overcharged more than 3 times the amount agreed upon. Seems like a bait and switch. They do not honor the price online

      I rented a car from them in mid August from ***************** agency, I returned car as scheduled.Later 2 and 3 weeks after that received a email about toll charges. But tolls are from Texas highway and not during the days when I had rented the car from them. Of course they charged my credit card in their record. I found 3 numbers to call them so they could correct the mistake, however after spending about 45 minutes online and making at least 3 calls, I was not able to speak to anyone at the agency. First number I called, they said they are Enterprise not NU rental, second number says they are corporate office of **, gave me a number. But the number given is only for text, i texted the number but it was a automated number directing how to avail their shuttle at airport. I was extremely frustrated that no phone number available to call them directly. Please be very hesitant to rent a car from this company. NU rental airport location at *********.

      Im still shaking from this experience and I am a 36 year old man whos experienced many things in his life but this was the worst experience to the point that I thought my heart is going to stop at some point. It took 2 hours from getting out of the airport to the front desk of NU car rental at ********************************************************************* because their location is outside the airport and their shuttles come every 15 minutes and wait another 15 minutes before leaving the airport. At the location, the wait was more than 30 minutes and I just went up to the ****** and made a comment like hey I have a very important event I need to get to and Im running late. Is there a second ****** who can help? got me in a huge trouble with him. His name was ******** *. who immediately threatened to cancel my reservation. I waited more and then when it was my turn I said Im sorry I know you might be the only one and youre overworked or something but I gotta make this event if we could hurry up before letting me finish he started calling me nasty and a horrible ****** etc and told me that I can leave, or he will call the police! The experience was so traumatic that I started feeling pain from the stress all over my stomach and left arm. The lecture being important I just got into an **** and left the area. ******** *. was so rude and aggressive that when I asked to see a manager, he said he was the manager and I can just get the h*** out. To many, this may be a tough experience but they can brush it off. For me and people like me who canf take confrontation like this easily, it was a horrendous and frightening experience.

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had an awful experience with NU Car Rentals. What was supposed to be a $177.50 rental for two days turned into an outrageous $549.57 bill with a surprise $300 deposit ON TOP. Hidden fees, extra charges for unnecessary insurance, and no clear explanations were given at the counter.The car I received was filthy, with crumbs and trash in the cup holders, and it had less than a quarter tank of gas despite prepaying $75 for fuel. **************** was dismissive and condescending when I reached out to resolve the issues, blaming me for signing the contract without clarifying anything.I will never rent from NU Car Rentals again. They are deceptive, unprofessional, and will overcharge you at every opportunity. ***** this company at all costs.

      Rented a car through ******* for $287.67 for four days. We were charged an extra $713.75 upon pickupand although we opted for extra insurance were charged extra add ons and taxes twice! The rental agent tried to upsale and insisted we pay $12 a day for tolls, of which we only went through two the entire four days and she insisted that the vehicle we were renting has issues with windshields breaking and regular insurance wouldnt cover it. When we questioned the extra charges her response was welcome to Colorado We have tried to reach out to the company to no avail. They have hung up on us and given no resolution. We have rented cars using Expedia many times and this was the first time we were charged with so many extras upon pickup. This company is shady at best. Use extreme caution or DO NOT rent from them!

      Horrible service. Tricky and misleading agents. Arrived an hour late for pickup and tried to upgrade us to the car we reserved. Instead they gave us a tiny compact car instead of a midsize suv. For traveling in the mountains. Would not let us talk to manager. Filing fraud claim with credit card company.
